Dear Sir or Madam, Today, I ordered burgers and fries from Knax for 13.98 euros. The delivery was scheduled for 2:40 p.m. By 3:30 p.m., the delivery had not arrived. Following the advice of your service (chat), I waited and then canceled the order. At 3:50 p.m. (70 minutes after the promised delivery time), Knax called to say they would deliver now, but I informed them of the cancellation. Later, they charged 13.98 euros for the purchase and 1.80 euros for a tip via PayPal, amounting to 15.78 euros. I couldn't contact the restaurant by phone as the number provided by Uber was incorrect. I request a refund of 15.78 euros as no delivery was made. Best regards, Michael R.

I recently placed a lunch order, but unfortunately, half of the items I selected were unavailable. I was eagerly anticipating the delivery of Scotch eggs, milk, Fridge Raiders, custard slices, sausage rolls, and ham. When the delivery person arrived, he repeatedly asked me for the pin number, which I confirmed as [redacted]. Despite this, I received bags containing sour cream and wet wipes instead of my food items. I promptly reached out via email to address the mix-up and was informed that I couldn’t receive a refund. I believe I should be entitled to the items I paid for under The Consumer Rights Act [redacted] and request a full refund or further assistance to resolve this issue. I ordered from Ubereats on 26th June [redacted]; however, the delivery driver, Emmanuel, mistakenly delivered the meal to a different address. Despite providing evidence from a receipt, Ubereats has been uncooperative in issuing a refund. I have had recurring issues with my orders from Ubereats, all supported by evidence, yet my refund request is being denied. The delivery mishap is clearly indicated in the receipt, showing the food was not delivered to my address. It is essential for a customer to receive the service they pay for, and in this case, the food I ordered was not delivered to me due to an error in delivery location.

I placed an order at 12:04 am and was informed that delivery would be within 30 minutes, but the delivery actually arrived at 1:29. I have screenshots showing the order and delivery times. I would have preferred if the order had been canceled instead of waiting for an hour and a half. When the delivery arrived significantly late, I inquired about compensation from the driver. He offered me two random bottles of alcohol shots as compensation, which I found unprofessional. I have the bottles as proof if necessary. The driver took my phone and marked the option that he arrived on time, despite the actual delay. When I pointed out the delay, he insisted that the shots were sufficient compensation, which made me uncomfortable.

I ordered from Ubereats last week and got quite sick. I contacted customer support, and they advised me to reach out to the restaurant (McDonald's) directly. After doing so, McDonald's directed me back to Ubereats for a refund since the order was placed through their platform. I've been trying to contact them for three days now with no luck. I am extremely disappointed with the service and demand a refund.

I attempted to use a gift voucher from my company on June 27, [redacted]. Upon reaching the payment section, I encountered errors indicating insufficient funds in my account, which was not accurate. After trying three other cards with the same result, I contacted customer service. They explained there was a verification issue with my account and assured me they would escalate it. Despite repeated calls, no resolution was provided before the voucher's expiration on July 1st. The customer service agents could only escalate the problem and promised someone would contact me within 24 hours. Today, July 1st, the issue remains unresolved after spending an hour on the phone with agents. Even requesting to speak with a supervisor only led to the same resolution timeframe. This situation is concerning as my company's money is tied up. I seek a prompt resolution and threaten to share my experience on social media if not addressed promptly. Hello, I ordered through your app yesterday and was disappointed with the food I received. The meat on the pizza was undercooked, the pizza was squashed against the box, and the cookie was overdone. I have been trying to contact Uber to complain through the website and app, but I keep encountering errors. I have been attempting to contact UberEats support all weekend regarding my order delivered to the wrong address. Despite submitting a refund request immediately after noticing the error, the app kept stating my issue was noted and would be addressed within 48 hours, but the refund could not be processed at the time. After multiple failed attempts, I finally reached out via chat today, just to be informed that since 48 hours had passed since delivery, a refund was no longer possible, despite providing evidence that my order went to the wrong location. I am seeking a full refund as I did not receive my order and believe it is not my responsibility that my initial requests were not processed or that the driver delivered incorrectly.

I ordered a small McFlurry, 2 regular-sized burgers, 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 medium drink, and 1 large drink. My order arrived missing the 2 burgers and 2 McFlurrys. I contacted the delivery driver, who was rude and unhelpful, claiming he didn't have my missing items and refused to return. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with McDonald's, and the overall quality has been consistently poor. I had even sent a picture of my incomplete order previously, clearly showing items were missing. I am frustrated that I didn't receive all the food I paid for and disappointed by the disrespectful behavior of your staff member.

I cancelled my order due to entering the wrong address, assuming the money would be refunded to my account. After noticing the money pending for 2-3 days, I became suspicious and contacted my bank. I was informed that the money was being debited instead of credited, putting my account in negative balance. This situation is causing me stress as it is my first time using UberEats, and it has not been a pleasant experience. I apologize if I sound disrespectful, but this inconvenience has consumed a lot of my time and effort.

I made an order on Uber Eats on July 6th and was charged twice for the amount of £38.93 from my bank account. Although Uber Eats claims I missed my delivery, I canceled the order online immediately after placing it, but the transaction had already been processed by my bank. I had to reorder, not anticipating being charged again. Can you please refund the duplicate charge to my account ending in [redacted]6 with Sort Code 20-23-97? It is financially straining for me to be charged nearly £80 for sides from Pizza Hut due to this error. Two identical charges of £38.93 each were made in the evening. On August 7th, [redacted], three unauthorized transactions totaling $62.19, $68.79, and $87.69 were deducted from my bank account for Uber Eats purchases. NAB, my bank, promptly detected this suspicious activity, suspended the card, and is investigating these unauthorized charges. The transactions do not appear in my Uber Eats account, and my account information was not shared with anyone. I have attempted to contact Uber Eats via phone at [redacted] and email at [redacted], but have been unsuccessful in reaching them, which is challenging and frustrating. I placed an order online with McDonald's using your app. However, when the delivery arrived, half of the items were missing. The delivery person took it back but never returned with the correct order. I paid $16.50 for a Big Mac meal, 1 McFlurry, and a double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, but received two burgers and chips instead. I placed an order from Kelsey's Grand Park for 2 Sonoma salads to [redacted] Dinsmore Court. The order # is 9CF5B. The delivery was scheduled for 3:41 p.m., but when I checked at 3:48 p.m., the order wasn't there. I got a notification that the order had been delivered, but after searching, I found it wasn't at my front door. I contacted the Uber Eats driver, Ismail, who insisted he had delivered it. After insisting he return, he found he had left it at [redacted] instead of [redacted]. The residents were unaware of the delivery. Ismail's behavior was rude and unprofessional, yelling at me and not following delivery instructions. He failed to ring the doorbell, just left the food at an incorrect address. When my sister tried to address his unprofessionalism, he walked away. I believe I shouldn't be charged due to his poor service.

I used a promo code, YUMMYCAN_0LB, for a 40% discount when ordering food through the app. Initially, the bill decreased from $29 to around $20 after applying the code. However, when I proceeded with payment using my credit card, the amount reverted back to $29 before confirmation. I would appreciate a refund due to this technical issue. Thank you.

I ordered from Tacos Avenue through the Uber Eats app for a restaurant near my place at 7:20 PM. My order was scheduled to arrive by 7:45 PM. By 7:50 PM, as I hadn't received my order, I checked on Uber Eats and saw that it was marked as "delivered" without any notification or call. The restaurant confirmed the delivery but suggested I contact Uber. Uber stated the delivery driver waited for 9 minutes at my door, yet no calls were made for directions as they usually do. I attempted to order 3 large drinks from McDonald’s late at night, but experienced delays. I canceled the orders twice due to the slow service, and on the third attempt, it finally went through with a $1 tip added. To my surprise, I later received 3 bags with all the drinks. The Uber Eats app showed two orders were canceled without being charged, but it reflected that all 3 were both delivered and charged separately, totaling $51.73. I did not intend to receive or pay for the additional drinks. I am seeking a refund for 2 of the duplicate orders as I made a conscious effort to cancel them promptly when facing the initial issue.

I placed an order last week, and although it was supposed to arrive in 55-70 minutes as per the app, it took 2 hours and 20 minutes. I reached out to Ubereats support and was initially promised a discount in Uber cash, but I have not received it yet. After following up with them, I was informed about a refund, which I have been waiting for over five business days without any sign of it. When I contacted them again, they mentioned they couldn't assist because it had been more than 48 hours. The exchange was unpleasant as they accused me of multiple refund requests, which was not the case. My main concern is that if they couldn't fulfill their promise, they shouldn't have offered it in the first place. I found their customer service disappointing; instead of shifting blame to the customer, an apology and acknowledgment of the support team's errors would have been more appropriate.
