On the evening of June 9th, I placed an order at Sir Benedict in Narellan for poached eggs totaling approximately $30. Unfortunately, the delivery driver brought the wrong meal. After contacting him, I was promised a follow-up that never came. Despite reaching out again, I was left without a response. When I spoke with the restaurant manager, I was met with rudeness as they claimed the issue was not theirs to solve, redirecting me to Uber Eats. Attempts to reach them at the number listed online, [redacted], were futile as it appeared disconnected. My main request is a refund for the undelivered meal. I ordered pizza via Uber Eats for my son's 8th birthday celebration with his brothers. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive as expected. Despite waiting diligently near the front door with my sons, the driver did not attempt to deliver or contact us. I even left instructions for the delivery person to leave the pizza in a designated spot if I wasn't home by a specified time. The driver, Reynaldo, did not follow through with the delivery. After reaching out to the pizza place who redirected me to Uber Eats, I tried to contact the driver without success. A customer service representative, Esraa, from Uber Eats, provided no solution, only suggesting I check my details. This level of service is unacceptable. Hello, Today, I discovered I could now use Uber Eats in my area after signing up a while ago. I had a £12 discount offer with the code JUBILEE12. I placed an order for £25.38, applied the discount, and proceeded with the order, assuming the amount would reflect the deduction. Upon delivery, I tipped the driver. The next day, I received an updated receipt showing £27.92, which included the tip but did not deduct the discount I had applied. When I reached out to support, I was informed that the promo code was not valid for my location. This information was not displayed during the order process, even though the code seemed accepted. Although I should have double-checked the total before confirming, I had some difficulties paying with PayPal as I am new to the app. This was my first experience with Uber Eats, and while the food was enjoyable, I am disappointed that the discount was not applied as expected. We recently made an order, and unfortunately, a major item was missing. Upon calling the restaurant, Manager Roger handled the situation poorly, making it seem insignificant. He declined to send the missing item and was confrontational. Additionally, the items were inadequately packaged, resulting in a leaking drink and missing utensils. Roger's unprofessionalism and threats to ban us from the restaurant were unacceptable. We urge the owner to address this behavior, as we will not return with such a manager in place. This experience has tainted our view of the restaurant and misrepresents them. We hope for confirmation of a refund and a resolution to this issue promptly. Thank you.

I recently ordered a grilled chicken club salad from Miami Subs Grill in Plantation, FL. Unfortunately, my salad was missing the eggs, cucumbers, and bacon that were supposed to be included. After contacting the restaurant, I was informed that I would need to return the incomplete salad in person for them to make me a new one. However, I don't have access to transportation, which is why I opted for delivery in the first place. The manager confirmed that the missing ingredients were in stock but were simply overlooked. Additionally, they included black olives, which I didn't want, instead of the bacon that should have been there. I'm hoping for a resolution to receive the correct salad promptly. Thank you.

Good morning, I am currently on holiday in Spain and placed an order through the Uber Eats app on 12th June. The food was delivered, and I was asked to pay cash because the payment was not received by the delivery person. I paid 24.80 euros in cash assuming the pending funds in my bank account would not be deducted. Unfortunately, the funds have been taken from my husband's bank account ending in [redacted]. I have been unable to locate the order on the app to address this issue as it does not show in my previous orders. The only confirmation I have is an email without an order number. Hello, I placed an order using the Uber app which unfortunately was not delivered due to a missing house number. While I understand this mistake can happen, the situation escalated when I contacted the driver who was different from the profile shown on Uber - a male instead of the female displayed. The driver refused to return with my food, claiming it was sent back to the restaurant (McDonald's), which the manager confirmed was untrue as no order was returned. I'm disappointed and if I don't receive an apology, I will report this to the authorities for fraud. It's concerning that a different driver without a food carrier license handled my order, resulting in a loss of £24. My order number is F0F65, although I'm unsure if it's a zero or an O. I recently created an account on Uber Eats following a promotional offer received in the mail. However, when I tried to apply the $30 promotion to my order, I received an error message stating I wasn't eligible. Despite living in an area where the promotion is valid and my nephew having successfully used it, I encountered issues possibly due to using his phone number for verification as I lack a cell phone. We placed an order on Uber Eats for Newks. The app was glitching but the order finally went through. After receiving two identical orders, we tried contacting Uber Eats through the app but did not get a response. We called the phone number provided today and explained the situation to the representative. However, they said they couldn't process a refund because we received the order. Despite our immediate attempt to reach out, they insisted a supervisor would say the same thing and dismissed our request. We are frustrated with this response and will not accept being charged for the app's errors.

UberEATS Edmonton - I recently had an unsettling experience with one of your delivery drivers, Jacob. On Father's Day, my son Austen had ordered me a bottle of Scotch as a gift. When Jacob arrived at my door around 9:00 pm MST on June 19th, he insisted on seeing Austen and asked for ID, despite me explaining that my son lives in Vancouver. This caused a lot of confusion and frustration. I believe Jacob's behavior was inappropriate, especially since he represented UberEATS but had a Skip-the-dishes bag. I am requesting either a high-end bottle of Scotch as compensation or a refund for my son Austen. My ideal resolution would be for Jacob to deliver the gift himself with an apology, refund Austen, and issue an apology to me. This whole incident has left a sour taste, especially when Jacob showed up at my door with the gift in the wrong bag. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I would like to report an issue with my recent order. Unfortunately, an item was missing, and when I tried to request a refund for just that item, I accidentally refunded the entire meal instead. The refund form only allowed me to select the burger for a refund, not the individual add-ons like the missing drink. I believe this occurred because the fries and drinks were listed as add-ons on the receipt, causing the system to only recognize the burger for the refund. I kindly ask for assistance in escalating this problem as it seems to be a technical glitch that needs to be addressed. Additionally, could you please cancel the refund for the entire meal and process a refund solely for the missing drink, the Pepsi Max glass bottle. Hello, I recently used Uber Eats for the first time on 21/06/[redacted] to order from KFC using a promo code. I provided the address in the app to the courier for clarity before they picked up the order. The courier confirmed in the app that they would deliver to the specified address. After waiting 45 minutes with no sign of the courier, I called them through the Uber Eats app. The courier mentioned that the address was too far, had other deliveries, and could not make it to my location, refusing to deliver the order. The courier falsely updated that they had waited at the delivery address, taken the package, and consumed the food. This experience was frustrating, and I am disappointed. I am considering not using Uber Eats again due to this incident and would like a refund. The customer service response from Uber Eats has been unhelpful, stating that a refund is not possible. I am contemplating escalating this issue to the appropriate authorities to seek a resolution and reimbursement.

I ordered food from a McDonald's outlet just 2 miles away, but there were multiple delivery time changes within an hour. When I called the restaurant, they mentioned that no driver had picked up my order. After contacting the driver, I was informed the order was still processing. The food eventually arrived almost an hour late and was cold. It was prepared at 16:15, picked up at 16:30, and delivered after another drop. Delivering cold food, especially to kids, is unacceptable. Although I complained, I only received a refund for the delivery charge. This response is unsatisfactory. The food had to be reheated in the microwave. The customer service team I spoke with was not helpful. I expect a full refund for the entire order due to the series of errors between the delivery service and the restaurant.

Here is my original message regarding a canceled order and unjustified cancellation fees: "I live in Lambersart and ordered from Napoli gang Lille (2km from my place), but the address autocorrected to Paris, showing a restaurant with the same name in Paris. I had to cancel my order and incurred cancellation fees. Can I get a refund if I reorder? I acted promptly on this issue, so the restaurant didn't process my order. Thanks." I placed an order and received a text that the driver was 3 minutes away, only to later receive a message that the delivery couldn't be completed and was canceled. After reordering, it's been 2 hours and I'm now told the order is on its way. Speaking with customer service, they couldn't reach the driver. The reorder was then canceled by the restaurant, and the new driver was also told it was canceled. A third driver is now claiming to be delivering the order. I hope this time it goes through as I'm very hungry and not feeling well, which is why I ordered. I believe some form of compensation is warranted as I frequently order from Uber Eats and have never encountered such issues before.

I placed my order at 5:41 PM, choosing priority delivery for a quick arrival within 15-25 minutes. Although the restaurant prepared the food promptly, the first driver faced issues. He took multiple wrong turns and veered in the opposite direction, delaying the pickup significantly. I have a screenshot for reference if necessary. After messaging and attempting to call the driver, receiving no response, he eventually canceled the job after driving aimlessly for nearly 30 minutes. Fortunately, a new driver was assigned who swiftly delivered the food shortly after. Due to the initial driver's navigation errors, my food arrived cold and dry, leading me to discard it. I ordered from Deliveroo instead, as I've had better experiences with them.

We purchased 2 Margherita pizzas from Rossella, an Italian pizzeria in Kentish Town, but unfortunately had to discard both as they were of poor quality. The pizzas lacked real mozzarella and instead had an unfamiliar and unpleasant cheese. As Italians with experience dining at Rossella, we were surprised by the change in quality this time. We tried to request a refund yesterday but couldn't locate a contact number to file the complaint. We are seeking a full refund of £26.40 for Uber Eats order 12BC9 delivered at 19:23 on 25/6/22.
