I am facing an issue with a buyer who is disputing the delivery of their package. The tracking information confirms that the item was delivered and is currently in a parcel locker at their local post office according to the parcel route linked to the tracking number. The buyer insists they have contacted their post office, but when I requested the phone number to follow up, they declined to provide it.

I bought two c-settlement stones from the same seller. While the notification said they arrived, I only received one. After contacting the seller, I faced rudeness before being blocked, which I found unprofessional. I believe she might have treated others in a similar manner. I've been unsuccessful in reaching eBay for assistance as there seems to be no contact numbers or clear support on my eBay page. It's frustrating and needs to be made more user-friendly. Additionally, I received another stone, a pink heart, today in the mail. However, it's disappointingly small, almost the size of a fingernail despite appearing large in the listing photo. This has hindered my plans to wire-wrap it as a Christmas gift. It's disheartening to experience misleading advertising from sellers.

The callers had different area codes like [redacted] and [redacted], coming from New York, Arizona, or Nevada, which seemed suspicious. I need assistance and may need to report them for internet fraud; I have documented everything as well.

I drafted this message to the seller through eBay's return page. I included five photos of the damaged guitar. However, upon attempting to submit the note, I realized the send button was inactive. I've attempted to send it multiple times from various points, but the button remains unresponsive. The guitar I received was broken and had other issues, rendering it unplayable. It seems to have been dropped before being packaged for shipping. Despite being packed properly with the guitar box inside a larger box and well cushioned, the instrument arrived in poor condition. The listing indicated it was gently played and returned, yet the guitar is unsuitable for playing. The fret ends were left unfiled, so sharp that playing would result in hand injuries. Rectifying this would cost approximately $[redacted] for a fret job.

I am very frustrated with the return process. I am having difficulty obtaining a shipping label for an item I need to return. Despite following the instructions provided, I only received a tracking number and details for the post office instead of a shipping label. I tried at the post office and Office Depot, but neither could assist me in generating a shipping label. I simply need a proper shipping label to return the item.

I would like to address the recent cancellation of order number 10-09[redacted]4 by the seller spajulie1970. The reason given was that the item was out of stock or damaged. However, I suspect there may be more to this situation. This particular item typically sells for over $[redacted], but I secured it for a bid of $6.17. Since these items are unique, the seller likely only had one to offer, and I did not notice any issues with it in the provided pictures. I am disappointed by this experience and would like the opportunity to leave an honest review. I am also curious if there is a minimum price requirement in place and if the seller may be manipulating this system. I have contacted both sellers regarding the sizing issues with the jackets I ordered. Despite being advertised as US sizes, the jackets are significantly smaller than expected. I provided visual evidence comparing their US-4XL to a US XL jacket, clearly showing the discrepancy. Unfortunately, these jackets were intended as Christmas gifts and are unusable due to the sizing problem. I requested prepaid shipping labels from both sellers as I believe I should not be responsible for return shipping, given the inaccurate sizing information. However, they have refused to provide labels for shipment to the US. I cannot afford the shipping costs, as it would amount to nearly half of what I paid for the jackets. I am seeking a refund for both jackets so I can repurchase suitable replacements for the recipients.
