It arrived damaged and fixed with clear tape, revealing a pink sticker stating "RECEIVED WITHOUT CONTENTS." Despite not opening the box due to familiarity with the item, a refund is necessary. eBay's defense to my bank denied the refund, but I still seek a resolution.

I would like to lodge a complaint against an eBay seller (ddtboutique), as their item listing did not match the actual product received. After requesting a return, I left negative feedback, and the seller accused me of misusing eBay's platform and return policy. Using the CapitalOne shopping app, I found a pair of boots on ddtboutique's listing described as "new in box." However, the boots arrived as "new with defects," with a significant flaw. Despite the seller's no-return policy, they provided a return label after I insisted. The issue is the seller misrepresented the item, causing inconvenience. Furthermore, I specified the defect upon return request, but ddtboutique altered the reason to claim shipping damage, which was untrue. The seller reacted to my negative feedback by accusing me of dishonesty. This shopping ordeal with ddtboutique has been problematic, making me wary of future third-party purchases on eBay. I don't anticipate intervention from eBay unless I don't receive the refund from the seller. It's concerning that ddtboutique prefers falsehoods over adhering to eBay's policies, as evident from other negative feedback responses. I placed order#[redacted] and immediately cancelled it because it was not what I wanted. The seller mistakenly shipped it the next day. I am seeking assistance with a situation regarding an item I sold in July. The buyer requested a refund and received it but did not return the item to me. Despite contacting eBay Australia and customer service twice, I have not received a resolution. I have been trying to reopen the case, but it keeps getting closed without a proper investigation. I bought an item in May [redacted] on Ebay with an estimated delivery between June 11- July 30. On June 15, I checked the delivery status and noticed the seller vanished. I reached out to customer service, was assured a refund, but later found out my refund request was closed with no refund issued. I am still waiting for the item and need to speak with a live customer service representative to resolve this issue and get my refund as promised.

I was chatting with Hans Christer but the connection got cut off. I received an email with the chat transcript. I need to know the delivery status of an item I purchased on October 20, [redacted], billed on October 21, and was supposed to be delivered by December 6. I haven't received my order placed on December 11th, and it has not been shipped yet. I requested overnight shipping to resolve the issue, but they blamed the pandemic. Why are they selling on eBay if they cannot fulfill their contract? The pandemic has been ongoing, and their excuses are becoming tiresome. I just want to receive the item I purchased 12 days ago. I was originally promised delivery between December 18th to the 21st. I am eager to receive the item they guaranteed me when I made the purchase. I've been buying car items on eBay for over a decade, and recently two subwoofers I bought stopped working shortly after installation. I spoke with customer service representative Jordan Williams, who assured me that the purchase price would be refunded to my Chime card. However, despite this promise, I am now being asked to go through the process of obtaining a shipping box, printing a label from a pdf, and carrying the heavy speakers to the post office by January 3. This has put me in a difficult situation as I am financially constrained until December 29th and I am also disabled. This process has caused me unnecessary stress and wasted over a week of my time.

Due to VAT issues, I was advised by eBay to create a new account under the service request number SR# 1-[redacted]99. The new account is shopspax. However, it has been banned without explanation, and I am unsure of the steps needed for reinstatement. Should I create another eBay account? I sent back a clothesline to the seller (12-07[redacted]1) using their return shipping label to get a refund. The item was dropped off at the post office on December 20, [redacted]. However, there is no tracking number, and on Ebay, it says I still need to return the item further. I've tried reaching out to the seller multiple times, but no response. It's frustrating because it seems like the label might be faulty, and the lack of communication from the seller is concerning. I feel stuck in this situation and unable to contact Ebay for assistance. I really need some help with this matter!

There is an auction for a "[redacted] Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine Serial # AD547439" that appears to be fraudulent. The item description does not match the pictures provided. The serial number seems to have been altered to match an earlier model, while the images show a different version. One noticeable discrepancy is that the initial run had a distinct silver bobbin winder resembling a school bell. I tried contacting the seller regarding this issue due to their reputable status, but received no response. Currently, there are 18 bidders on the auction, and it is causing concern among our Featherweight sewing machine community.

This morning, my account was deactivated without reason, but I managed to get it activated again. However, all my items were unlisted. When I try to relist them, the page does not allow me to do so for any of the 70 items. It's a huge task to manually relist all of them. I simply want my items to be relisted. It feels like they are targeting me, putting funds on hold and now this. I've had mostly negative experiences except for one. My main concern is getting my items relisted.

I recently sold an iPhone on eBay and the buyer paid for it. However, the buyer later emailed me, claiming to be moving to Delaware and provided a different address outside of eBay. Sensing something suspicious, I researched and confirmed it was a scam. I promptly canceled the auction, refunded the money, and received a message from eBay warning me about a potential scam involving the item, advising against messaging or sending it. I complied with their instructions. However, I was surprised to receive a $[redacted] eBay fee for canceling the auction. I am seeking a refund of this fee. Laird P.S. For the last month, I've been encountering issues with E_BAY disrupting my transactions and asking me to repeatedly verify my long-standing account information. This has happened four times in the past four weeks, claiming my password and user I.D. are incorrect even though they have remained the same for years. This is frustrating as it's preventing me from checking on recent purchases. I urge E_BAY to either stop interfering with my account or fix the issue promptly. I sold a $[redacted] laser level on eBay. The buyer requested a refund, so I covered the shipping costs for the return. However, the buyer sent me a box filled with wood instead of the laser level. About a week ago, I bid on an iPhone XS Max 64GB for $[redacted] but later decided to cancel my bid before the 12-hour window ended.
