We paid for an ECU repair, but after installing it in the car, it still isn't working. Despite contacting the repairer multiple times, we had to return the unit, and now there has been no response or repairs done. We are facing a substantial loss of nearly £[redacted] until the unit is fixed and returned. The repairer is unresponsive to our calls, leaving us worried as without the ECU, the car is essentially useless. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have an eBay account and would like to transition it into a business account since I am self-employed and want my sales to look more professional and organized. I saw how convenient it was for my friend to use their eBay business account for listings, and I believe it would benefit my business too. I have my UTR number from HMRC. Could you please assist me in upgrading my account to a business one? I'm new to this and would appreciate your guidance. Last October, my account "markjamison70" was suspended by eBay for violating their policy related to WW2 German items. Since then, I have respected eBay's decision and have not attempted to circumvent it. Prior to the suspension, I had a nearly ten-year track record on eBay with no negative feedback and was known as a reliable seller. I am reaching out to inquire if there is any possibility of having my account reinstated after this period of time. I would greatly appreciate it if that could be considered. Subject: Issue with Damaged Parcel and Missing Item Hello, I received my parcel today, 9th December [redacted], but unfortunately, it arrived with the package torn open and the DVD "The Scarlet Pimpernel - Series 1&2 Complete" missing. The order number is 26-07[redacted]8 with the item number [redacted]54. I have already contacted the seller, who advised me to reach out to eBay, and I have also informed Royal Mail, providing them with reference number 1-[redacted]. I have taken pictures of the damaged parcel and the plastic envelope used by the post office. As I am not very tech-savvy, I am unsure how to send the photos. Could you assist with this if needed? I recently sold an MSI GTX [redacted] graphics card on eBay, which was in perfect working condition. Despite providing documented proof of its condition, the buyer returned it after a month, claiming it was not functioning properly. The buyer failed to cooperate in troubleshooting the issue and threatened negative feedback, making false accusations against me and violating eBay policies. I promptly paid for the return postage when a case was opened, but the buyer delayed sending it back, raising suspicions. Upon inspecting the returned item, it still works flawlessly, indicating possible buyer tampering. I reported the situation to eBay, but received no assistance as they now only offer automated responses. I believe I should not be responsible for the return postage since I accurately described the item and have evidence to support its condition. This experience has caused me financial loss and wasted time, and I am concerned about other potential scams. Any suggestions on resolving this matter and recovering my return charges would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with eBay closing a case despite the item being returned. The item number in question is [redacted]51. I shipped the item back using the provided label on the 6th and have a receipt from the post office showing the seller's address as proof. Unfortunately, I did not receive a tracking number from the post office. It has been challenging to reach eBay for assistance, and I am unable to attach the receipt here for reference. I am requesting a refund for the returned item and am disappointed with eBay's lack of customer support. The absence of a contact number and reliance on automated agents has made resolving this matter very frustrating.

I am disappointed with the recent delivery of the three items I purchased. The seller used Yodel courier service, but I never received the items despite Yodel claiming they were delivered. The delivery was supposedly made to my work address, a factory where no one was available to accept packages. The seller is insisting that I contact Yodel, but I believe resolving delivery issues is their responsibility, not mine. I have faced similar problems with Yodel in the past and have opened a new case regarding this latest incident. I find it frustrating that Yodel's delivery confirmation does not guarantee that I actually received the items. Despite eBay closing the case, I am determined to pursue this matter further. I recently joined eBay for the first time and began listing items to sell. After uploading 2 novels, 2 CD soundtracks, and an old PC game, I was unexpectedly banned. Despite my uploads not violating any terms, I've had difficulty obtaining a reason for the ban. I've tried contacting eBay through Twitter and email, but the responses have been unhelpful and identical. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone directly to resolve this matter.

I have noticed a -£2.50 fee on one of my listings. Initially, I believed listings were free, as stated in emails I received. Your request for payment is causing me difficulty. I am currently in Spain and will not have funds in my UK payment account until Wednesday. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts, I tried to update my Spanish details to make the payment. Could you please wait until Wednesday, December 15th, for this £2.50 payment? The stress from this situation is impacting my health. I wasn't aware of any fees due as I am not very experienced with eBay. Kindly reach out to me as soon as possible. Being a pensioner, I find these matters very distressing. I encountered an issue with accessing my eBay account. Despite informing eBay of my updated email address on the 21st of November, I continue to face challenges. eBay requested a password reset, but the email associated was closed, and the phone number provided is unfamiliar to me. I've attempted multiple calls and online chats with eBay to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, the chat system sometimes confuses me for a robot, and when I do manage to connect with a representative, they redirect me to a phone line. However, my experience with the phone lines has been frustrating, resulting in being advised to resolve the issue online or encountering technical difficulties with the phone service. I've spent around 5 hours attempting to reach a resolution without success. Additionally, my attempts to create a new account were unsuccessful as eBay states the email is already in use, while the login process claims the email doesn't exist.

I purchased an EV charger on the evening of December 11, [redacted], which I did not order. I am unable to contact customer service and request a refund for this unauthorized transaction. I want to resolve this matter promptly. If the refund is not processed, I will have to involve the authorities. The individual responsible for this has already faced police caution for unauthorized card usage. I have taken steps to block the card and would like the funds to be returned to the account. I recently bought a brand new old stock blue dial on eBay for my Seiko UFO Bellmatics. I sent it to WatchKings in Exeter for restoration, but they returned the watches and a movement without the dial. Despite contacting them twice, they haven't returned the missing dial. I'm reaching out to eBay to discuss this issue over the phone. The watches and movement were returned on December 8th, [redacted], after I initially sent them for servicing back in August.

I am attempting to buy a motorcycle rear shock absorber on eBay from a seller in the US who uses eBay Global Shipping to ship to the UK. However, when I click on the "Buy It Now" button, I receive a message indicating that I cannot complete the purchase due to shipping restrictions. I have reached out to the seller, who is puzzled by this issue since they have successfully shipped to the UK using eBay Global Shipping before. I purchased a DVD, "Martin Chuzzlewit," from an eBay seller named Rarewave.com with the order number E[redacted]3-[redacted]. The item was supposed to arrive by December 3rd, but it did not. After contacting eBay customer service, they mentioned they would reach out to the seller for a refund. I have already bought the DVD from a different seller. I purchased a service from someone named Patryk on eBay under the username patpet. I sent my ECU to him, incurring a cost of £[redacted]. Unfortunately, after he sent it back, it still wasn't functioning correctly. I contacted him, returned the item, and he mentioned he needed to use parts from another ECU to fix mine. He took a long time to respond and send it back. Today, I received the ECU back in the same condition as before. He is unresponsive to messages via phone or eBay. I purchased the ECU repair service from Patpet-0 on 15/11/21 for £[redacted].99. After sending the unit to Sleaford, it was returned without being fixed. Contacted the seller and sent it back again, but it still doesn't work. Despite multiple attempts, I managed to reach him, and he mentioned needing another unit for repairs. However, after receiving the unit back today, it remains faulty. This situation is unacceptable, and we are seeking a full refund. I received a partial refund from the seller, however, my order of 2 kitchen mats totaling £32.18 never arrived as the courier is returning it to them. The seller only refunded me £16.09. I have provided the seller with photos showing the order was not delivered. Even though I informed eBay about the delivery issue, they closed the case since I received a partial refund. I believe they did not consider the total amount I paid. Can someone assist me in getting the full refund amount? Thank you.

Hello, my name is Jonathan. I recently discovered that my eBay account has been suspended. I suspect this is due to various reasons. Firstly, I want to mention that I never received any notifications from eBay about my suspension or any issues related to my bank account. To share my recent eBay experience, I had a challenging situation where I sold an item in early September. Despite pricing it low to facilitate a quick sale before I had to go away for work, the buyer who eventually purchased it did not pay. After multiple attempts to contact them to arrange for item collection, they remained unresponsive. Eventually, after a month, the buyer suddenly paid, but continued to ignore my messages about collecting the item. I had to issue a full refund and was disappointed to be charged £17 for the refund. Despite this, I am relieved to avoid dealing with a potential scammer. I suspect that the issue with my bank account on eBay led to the suspension, possibly related to the refund process. Hi, I initiated a return for an item at the end of November. The item I received was misrepresented, containing more pine cones, pine needles, and fern instead of the advertised reindeer moss. The seller violated eBay's refund policy by denying my return request. After starting a dispute and being asked to return the item, the seller failed to provide a return label as promised, only sending messages instead. eBay closed the dispute because I had not sent back the item, waiting for the return label.
