I recently listed a property on the MLS, and it appears on Zillow with the incorrect town listed. The correct address is 3 Birchwood Park Drive, Barre Town, VT [redacted], not St. Johnsbury, VT. My seller is very concerned about this error. When I tried to address this issue through live chat, they suggested I speak to a computer expert, even though my computer is working fine. I kindly request that you update the town on the listing to Barre Town. The MLS number is [redacted]. Thank you.

My home in Alford, MA, has been listed on Zillow for about 21 days. I've been trying to get the company to change my ZIP code, but it's been like pulling teeth. My broker, Suzann W., is fantastic and has made several attempts to update the ZIP code to [redacted]. Alford has no post office, so we use the [redacted] ZIP code from our neighbor. Please, Zillow, update the ZIP code to [redacted] for my address at 26 North Egremont Road, Alford, MA. We appreciate any help in making this adjustment to ensure accuracy in the listing. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I was referred by Julie Estes from Medigo. I live in Springford Apartments, a lovely development with beautiful homes. Unfortunately, due to my health issues, specifically with my spinal discs, I can no longer manage living in my current 1-bedroom apartment. I have fallen multiple times down the stairs in the building, most recently resulting in serious injuries to my face, foot, and ankle. Given my condition, I urgently need a ground-floor apartment to avoid any more accidents that could be life-threatening. As I am on disability, I currently pay $[redacted].00 for rent. I appreciate any assistance that can be provided. Thank you for your consideration. - Teresa J. Smith

Hello! I'm Michael G. Around a year ago, I successfully sold a property for my in-laws through Zillow at Cypress St. in La Habra, CA at the asking price. Now, I am planning to sell a property in Bella Vista, Arkansas but unfortunately, my Zillow account is currently disabled. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be resolved promptly as I have made significant upgrades to the property such as replacing all roofs and decks. The property is situated on the largest lake in Bella Vista, Arkansas, known for being a favored area for Walmart's Executives due to its close proximity to their headquarters. Even though it is currently listed at a remarkably low price, I intend to adjust it given the upgrades done and planned. The nearest lakefront property for sale is priced in the $[redacted],[redacted] range but on a smaller plot. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently contacted the agent, Sarah Curry, regarding a property listing. We communicated through text and phone calls. Although she initially promised to provide additional information and even offered to visit the property for a video walkthrough, she never followed through. Despite expressing my interest in a timely manner due to the approaching offer deadline and my out-of-state location, she did not respond to any of my attempts to reach her. This lack of communication cost my husband and me the opportunity to potentially purchase our dream home. I wanted to bring this to your attention as Sarah was the agent assigned to me by your company. I suggest caution in referring other interested buyers to her in the future.

My husband and I, Linda and Alan F., are facing difficulties listing our rental home for sale on Zillow. The property is located at [redacted] Spring St., Bessemer, MI. We have separate email accounts and passwords registered on Zillow for the listing, which seems to have caused confusion for the platform. Although I can view the property on Zillow, it is not listed as a house we want to sell. When attempting to post it, Zillow mentioned multiple owners, and they have requested proof of ownership from Alan. Our documentation confirming ownership is located in a safety deposit box in our hometown of Helena, MT. Alan inherited the property from his grandmother, Emily Irene F. Our daughter, Emily Angela B. Landsiedel, recently purchased a duplex in Bessemer through Zillow, which may contribute to the confusion. We urgently need to resolve this matter to showcase the property during our stay. Kindly address this issue promptly and ensure the correct listing on Zillow. Thank you, Alan and Linda F. Linda can be reached at [redacted] and Alan at [redacted].

The description of my house on Zillow was inaccurate. Originally listed as a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, [redacted] square feet property, I updated it to reflect its true size - a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, [redacted] square feet house with .88 acres of land. It has always been the largest in the subdivision, despite being undervalued. The Zestimate has increased since the correction, but so have the estimates for neighboring properties. Will there be a re-evaluation of my Zestimate based on the updated details, or do I need to request this? Thank you.

I reside at 6 Proteus Way, Harpswell, Maine. The Zestimate of my house shows less than half of its estimated value compared to similar homes nearby. Properties with 5,[redacted] sq. feet or smaller are valued at over $2,[redacted],[redacted], while even smaller houses in the area have higher Zestimates. My house spans two oceanfront lots with a new build in [redacted] and extensive renovations in [redacted]. Nearby homes with smaller sizes are valued significantly higher. The Zestimate for a neighboring 1,[redacted] sq. foot home is over $1 million, and another smaller home nearby has a Zestimate around $1.7 million. I am experiencing emotional distress due to the inaccuracies in the Zestimate, which is undervaluing my property. It's important to rectify this promptly to prevent further distress and potential economic loss. For further discussion, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you - Charles Stavros.

Regarding [redacted] Bayshore Ct, Punta Gorda, FL: Zillow inaccurately lists my home's details, and I am unable to correct them due to a removed capability. We purchased the house in Dec [redacted] and invested $200k in demolition and renovation. Since the work is finished, nobody recognizes the updated home, inside and out. We constructed a [redacted] sq ft office with various features, significantly altering the value. Despite efforts through the help desk, Zillow's app restricts me from updating facts, photos, or descriptions. As a workaround, I did a FSBO listing at $1.4 M, sparking considerable interest. Based on the improvements made, we believe our Zestimate should be $1.4 M, but anything over $1.3 M would be welcomed. In addition to interior and exterior renovations, we built an authentic Indian Tiki Hut on our lanai/pool deck with a Bar & Summer Kitchen. I seek assistance in updating my Zillow listing information.

Hello, I am requesting help with updating my home's information on Zillow. Despite being the verified owner, I am unable to edit the details or upload new photos due to recent changes in how Zillow receives listing data. Our recent addition of an A/C unit to our central air system cannot be reflected, and the outdated appearance of the home from when we bought it needs to be addressed with new pictures. Can someone please update the information and photos for me, or grant me temporary access to make these changes? I want to ensure the accurate representation of our home to others. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I recently listed my home just two days ago! The listing price is $1,[redacted],[redacted], but the Zestimate provided by your platform is $[redacted],[redacted], which is quite off. I also had an appraisal done. You listed a house a block away, with only [redacted] sq ft, at $[redacted],[redacted], which doesn't compare to my [redacted] sq ft property. My home includes a separate [redacted] sq ft house on the beach, with incredible features like a poured concrete foundation, a generator, surround sound, an elevator, wet bars, a concrete deck, saltwater pool, tray ceilings, brick fence, hurricane shutters, granite and bamboo floors, mounted TVs, new appliances, new AC units, beautiful landscaping, outdoor lighting, and more. It's all built to windpool specs, in a non-flood zone area. As a realtor myself, I find it puzzling. I’ve been trying to reach someone for help, but I keep getting disconnected when calling. Please contact me at [redacted]. Mary Creel Trone, property sits on .70 acre.

I am seeking clarification on a few matters regarding Zillow: 1. Regarding posting a "For Sale by Owner" listing on Zillow, I'd like to confirm if it's free for sellers. Additionally, are there any fees charged after a successful sale? Please provide details on any associated costs as this information is not readily available on your website. 2. I have recently listed my condo for lease on Zillow, and I understood it to be a free service. Could you kindly confirm this? I am curious as to how Zillow sustains itself while offering so many free services. 3. I am exploring opportunities to join a suitable business. As a former realtor in Denver, property manager, multilingual world traveler, and more, I am open to various roles. If you are aware of any departments seeking assistance or have information on remote work opportunities, please connect me. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you.

I have not received a call back or had a request set up to view the home. My husband and I have been staying in a hotel for the past five days, spending money we don't have. None of your agents have reached out to schedule a meeting. We are leaving West Virginia tomorrow feeling upset. Charging an additional $25 fee when the initial application fee is done seems like a rip-off. I plan on contacting the corporate office tomorrow to express my dissatisfaction. This has been the worst rental experience with a home agency. The lack of communication after we submitted our photo IDs is frustrating. It appears that the agents are not listening to us, as they provide false information about meeting up. We have left several voicemails and texts with no response. We would appreciate a refund of $25.

Hello, I am Steven VanWijck. I want to address an issue with my property at [redacted] Runyan Lake Road, Fenton, Michigan [redacted]. It appears that your listing has split my property into two, but it is actually one piece of land with a 2-bedroom, [redacted] sq ft home with a walk-out basement. The listed prices on your website range from 40k to 90k, causing confusion for visitors who believe my 4-acre property with the house is undervalued. I kindly request that you merge the two listings on your app and provide a more accurate valuation to prevent further misunderstandings. Although I am not looking to sell currently, I appreciate your efforts to keep me informed about Zillow's estimated value. Thank you for your assistance. Best, Steven VanWijck

I completed Malcolm Whitlock's application on 07/19 and a charge of 29.99 was deducted from my account on that day. Then, on 07/20, I, Anita Evans, submitted my own application and was charged another 29.99 today, 07/26. A Zillow representative informed Malcolm that no application was submitted for him, which is incorrect as I have proof of the double charges from my account for both applications. We both applied for the same address at [redacted] Colony Drive, St. Louis, MO [redacted] separately. I believe Malcolm should be allowed to submit his application for the same address since the payment was made on 07/19. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently listed my home at [redacted] W Kansas Ave, Trinidad, Colorado [redacted] on July 29, [redacted]. The listing looks good, but my house is also appearing under Nearby Homes as a previous sold listing before I bought it. Why is the same home with the same address showing up under Nearby Homes, displaying exactly what I paid for the home back in October [redacted]? This is not a nearby home; it is the exact same home. I would appreciate any assistance in removing the old listing and only displaying homes at different addresses, not the very same home with the same address under Nearby Homes. Thank you.

I have repeatedly contacted Zillow through their Help page to correct inaccuracies in the comp sales affecting the Zestimates of two properties my family owns. I have emailed them four times using their platform with specific examples, but have received no response. I have also "claimed" both properties on their system to update information and correct inaccuracies, but the Zestimates remain unchanged. The comps shown are not relevant, with values $50 to $100k below the actual value. Despite Zillow boasting about the accuracy of their Zestimates, these two properties are off by 10-20%. I am not seeking special treatment, just asking for correct comps. Any suggestions would be appreciated. - B.

I am a representative for the property owners at [redacted] Orange Grove Road in Hillsborough, North Carolina. The Zestimate for the property previously valued it at $[redacted],[redacted], but it recently dropped to around $[redacted],[redacted] and has now decreased further to $[redacted],[redacted]. The house is a brick structure with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, [redacted] square feet, a full unfinished basement, situated on approximately an acre of land. It includes two outbuildings, a spacious front porch, and a screened-in back porch. The house features vinyl siding, insulated windows, and has been freshly painted inside. Despite being almost 60 years old, it is in good condition with no structural issues like sagging ceilings or floors. I have reviewed the comparable properties and find them inadequate. For instance, the property at [redacted] Dairyland Road is a cinderblock house with a dilapidated exterior and interior. Another property at [redacted] Davis Road is not even brick. We have been advised that pricing the property above $[redacted],[redacted] could be reasonable, and we would appreciate a reevaluation of the Zestimate. Thank you.

As an agent, I'm seeking assistance to update the Zestimate for my listing at [redacted] Young Bend, Brock, TX. This property has recently increased in size by [redacted] square feet and has undergone a complete remodel. Comparable listings in the area are selling close to their Zestimate values due to high demand and increasing property values. Unfortunately, I'm unable to update any properties through the agent hub on Zillow as it requires approval of my license. Despite being a member of Zillow for 17 years, I overlooked updating my license expiration date, which is a yearly requirement. I added the expiration date three days ago but it has yet to be approved. Please adjust the Zestimate to reflect the current market value and approve my license, so I can manage my account effectively. Thank you. Julie D. I have been communicating via email all day, trying to resolve an error. There seems to have been confusion with the two email addresses I used. The email I initially used to start an account was [redacted], while the email I have been in contact with, corresponding with Marco, is [redacted] Despite my numerous requests to speak with someone directly, I have not received a phone call. I noticed that Zillow posted my listing, but when I tried to edit it, I received a message indicating the home had been claimed previously. I attempted the same process using the other email address provided to me, but encountered the same issue. I am desperately seeking assistance as I want to list my home. Although there seems to be activity on the listing, I am unable to view it. I am feeling very frustrated, and a phone call to clarify the situation would be greatly appreciated.
