Bonjour, Wish, Je vous contacte concernant le renvoi d'un téléphone que j'ai commandé le 28/03/[redacted] et reçu le 05/03. Malheureusement, j'ai dû le renvoyer car il s'agissait d'un téléphone US et non EU. J'ai retourné le produit il y a plus de 14 jours maintenant pour obtenir un remboursement de [redacted].72€. Malgré cela, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement, ce montant étant assez élevé. Je crains de perdre cette somme, ce que j'aimerais éviter. Lorsque j'essaie de contacter le service client via l'application avec le numéro de dossier correspondant, je reçois un message automatique indiquant que mon dossier est en cours de traitement. Cependant, je ne peux pas envoyer de message par la suite. Je vous serais sincèrement reconnaissant de m'aider à trouver une solution à ce problème. Merci.

I recently made a substantial purchase on the Wish website, totaling $[redacted]. I received an email informing me that 5 items were not available and would be refunded. However, after paying around $[redacted] for these 5 items, I was only refunded $0.81 per item, totaling $3.24. This seems unreasonable, considering none of the items were as cheap as 25 cents each with 75 cents for shipping. It appears that Wish is mishandling my refund. Despite only receiving a 5% discount on my order of 7 items, they are attributing the low refund amount to this discount, which does not make sense. I feel like my money is being taken advantage of. I have been waiting for 13 days now and demand a proper refund promptly.

I created a Wish account around a month and a half to two months ago, and I've been experiencing issues with several canceled orders that I didn't request to be canceled. The processing time for my orders is taking longer than the stated 5 days, and I've received flags for having too many refunds when I haven't requested any refunds or received any items back. Wish has canceled over 10 of my orders without my consent, citing that the items are no longer available even though they are listed for sale on the app. I'm disappointed with these frequent cancellations, especially since many of the orders were intended as gifts. It's frustrating that some orders are taking longer than expected to process. I'd appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter as I haven't received satisfactory assistance from Wish's customer service. Thank you.

Subject: Issue with Delivery of Heated Toilet Seat Cover Hello, I ordered a unique warm soft washable heated toilet seat cover back in November. Unfortunately, it was not delivered to my home. The package was instead sent to SubZero Ice Cream in Provo, Utah. They have been trying to locate the order, but they need a tracking number or order number to assist me. As I don't have this information, I am reaching out to you to provide the necessary numbers so SubZero Ice Cream can find my package. I placed an order for items that were listed at various prices ranging from fifty cents to six or seven dollars each. However, the order was canceled before shipping. Every time I try to make a purchase, I am told that the item is not in stock. I suspect foul play and plan to reach out to the Better Business Bureau. As a loyal customer who has spent a considerable amount of money with your company, I find this unacceptable. Please reevaluate my order history and either fulfill the items as initially agreed upon or provide an explanation for the price increase. I kindly request that this matter be resolved within a week before I escalate it further. Thank you.

I have been purchasing items from you and some were refunded due to shipping issues. The refunds are going to a closed card since the original one is no longer active due to multiple unauthorized charges. Refunding to the closed card won't work. I suggest applying a credit to my account.

On February 26, I received an email notifying me that 4 items were available for pickup in-store. I was unable to read this email as I was hospitalized on that day and the following days. Upon returning home and checking my emails, I discovered that on March 23, a refund had been issued for my items. I visited the store to explain the situation to the staff and collect my items, intending to return the refund. However, I was informed by the staff that the items were available, but the QR code was not accepting the pickup. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to this issue, as it has been an unfortunate setback due to my hospitalization preventing me from collecting the items. I placed an order on 04-04-[redacted] for a 'Makita Cordless Drill'. The seller described it as a '[redacted] Makita DDF485 18V 4000W 5000rpm/min Brushless Rechargeable 10mm Impact Driver Electric Drill Power Tool Impact Screwdriver Electric Drill With 1 Battery and 1 Charger'. However, upon checking, the item is actually a 'Drill/Driver', not an 'Impact Driver' as advertised. I tried to cancel the order due to this discrepancy but encountered difficulty reaching customer service. The system seems designed to make it challenging for customers to cancel orders. Despite the low prices, the frustrating experience has led me to want to cancel all my orders on the website. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. My phone was hacked through an Aftership app, leading me to reset it to factory settings. As a loyal Wish customer for six years, I have never experienced anything like this before. All my paid orders in transit have vanished, but luckily, I noted down the order number and tracking numbers. Despite being informed that it was due to being logged into a different account, I find it hard to believe as my entire order history dating back to [redacted] has disappeared. The order number in question is 603e8b6627dc410064bf9071, which was meant to be a combined order containing an oil-burning glass tobacco pipe (Tracking #1w[redacted]9), two elephant infinity necklaces (Tracking #2 w[redacted]2), and a mother elephant with a baby elephant keychain (Tracking #3 w[redacted]48), symbolizing the love between a mother and daughter. I even have a bank statement from March 8th showing the payment for these items. While the items are not significantly delayed, I am perplexed as my order history spanning back years has been wiped out.

On March 3, [redacted], I ordered two items totaling $71. They share the same tracking number and are showing as delivered on March 26, [redacted], but I haven't received either item. After reaching out to the help center, I discovered they were mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. I received a $33 refund for one item but nothing for the other. I've been inquiring about the missing item for about a week now, but I keep getting the runaround. Since the items were shipped together and I only got one, it's likely the other item is also missing. I'm eager to know how this issue will be resolved. The error message instructs me to submit my email address and a screenshot of my bank statement displaying a recent purchase with the company. Another error message directs me to resolve the issue at the website provided, but I haven't made any purchases from the company yet. I would like to offer some essential information regarding package delivery to Reunion Island. When parcels are in transit between the airport freight and local post service, they often lack a valid tracking number, leaving them vulnerable to potential theft without recourse. If a freight agent decides to take the package, there is no way to track or report it as the delivery appears complete to the foreign carrier, while the local post service has no record of it. This situation has happened to me recently with a package that went missing after arriving at Reunion airport. I am now worried about three pending orders since March 8, as there is no information on their whereabouts. To prevent such incidents, it would be beneficial if there was a way to maintain traceability throughout the shipping process between the foreign carrier and the local post service. I'm having an issue with an online purchase. Before Christmas, I bought two spy cameras shaped like screw heads. Unfortunately, they never arrived, and I was informed about a refund without any further explanation. Opting for the refund to be credited to my Wish account, I later noticed the same cameras being sold again post-Christmas. Frustrated by the delay, I decided to purchase another camera – which also hasn't been delivered. Upon requesting a refund again, I was informed it had been processed, but checking my bank account showed no refund was received. Wish stated that the refund had been credited to my Wish account without seeking my preference. Feeling deceived as a loyal customer with recent expenditures totaling nearly £[redacted], I'm upset by this experience. I would like the refund to be placed back into my bank account, after which I plan to permanently close my Wish account.

I placed an order for cowboy boots on September 26, [redacted]. The order was accepted and charged to my credit card in October, which I have already paid. However, I have yet to receive the item I ordered and the order seems to be open. I have contacted customer service to track the order, but have not received any results. I sent an email in September regarding the boots I ordered, expected in October [redacted]. I paid the bill in October but never received the boots. I still want my order, even if it's lost. My grandson placed an order for $[redacted] without my knowledge. I've been trying to cancel each item, but I'm unable to. Customer service says it will take 2 to 3 days to respond, but I need immediate help to get a refund before the items ship. I'm disabled and on a fixed income, so I can't afford to wait to send items back for a refund later. This situation is urgent as I won't be able to pay bills or get medications if the order isn't canceled promptly.

I am getting really frustrated with not receiving proper responses from you. My "Outlook" is full of messages I send to you, and I always get the same request for order numbers for items I haven't received. I provide all the details, including photos, exact purchase dates, order numbers, and even photos of the items, but nothing changes. It's just the same apologies over and over again. I've paid instantly for four different colored panties in one day. There seems to be an issue on your end. I've placed three orders that are supposed to arrive this month, and I'm eagerly waiting to see if they will be on time. After this, I will close my account, and you can keep the money you owe me because I doubt I will ever get a refund. I know others who faced similar problems and were never reimbursed. I bought a fire pit for Christmas, but upon inspecting it, I was dissatisfied with its quality. I requested a return label promptly in early December. USPS returned the item to me after being unable to locate the address on the label. Despite reaching out to the company for a functional label, they provided me with the same one. Attempts to obtain a new label were fruitless. Subsequently, there is an unwanted charge of $[redacted].56 on my statement. Frustrated, the fire pit remains in its original packaging. I aim to return it and have the charge refunded. Hoping for a resolution to this matter. Thank you.
