Ulta Beauty Customer Service Issues

I am experiencing three separate issues. Initially, I attempted to redeem two $50 gift cards. Unfortunately, upon entering the details of the first e-gift card, I encountered an error. After re-sending the e-gift card to myself, a new error message appeared. The second gift card is physical, and although I inputted the code and pin, only $8.99 of the $50 was applied to my $52 order. Furthermore, I possess a coupon for $3.50 off orders of $15 or more. Despite meeting the criteria, the website fails to apply the discount during checkout. Lastly, my order should qualify for free shipping, yet I am being charged $6.95 for delivery. This discrepancy is significant as the shipping charge equates to almost the cost of a Netflix membership!

I seem to be missing a large portion of my reward points. Up until recently, I had accumulated over [redacted] points, but now I only have 62 left in my account. Last week, I attempted to use my points to place several orders, but each time the orders failed due to out-of-stock items. I have verified my credit card statements, Ulta order history, and points transactions, and none of the attempted orders seem to have gone through. As a result, I have missed out on discounts and free gifts during recent promotions. I am eagerly awaiting assistance from customer service to resolve this issue. I kindly request the return of my missing reward points and a suitable compensation to make up for the inconvenience.
