Hello, I'm D.W., an artist with a suggestion for a new game concept related to the Assassin's Creed series. I believe creating a game based on Washington Irving's Sleepy Hollow could be intriguing. With its unique storyline, it hasn't been explored in the gaming industry yet, and its existing fan base could attract more customers. If you're interested, please contact me at [redacted] I have more ideas for potential game concepts and appreciate the work you do. Excited for upcoming releases like Skull and Bones. Thank you for your time, D.W.

I am attempting to connect my Xbox account to my PC account. My PC account was created using my Gmail for Uplay, but my Xbox account is linked to Outlook. Despite trying to link the accounts through account management, I encounter issues where they appear connected, but they are not. When attempting to use my Outlook account on Uplay, it seems like it doesn't exist as Xbox uses Ubisoft Club. Even when trying to use the Xbox login on the Club website, it links me to Uplay with an old Gmail account that has been deleted, rendering me unable to access it. I tried using the Ubisoft Club app on my phone with the Outlook email and password successfully, hoping to transfer my progress from Xbox to PC on For Honor.

During my vacation, I experienced a frustrating issue with my game rank on Siege. Initially placed in gold I, upon my return I found myself demoted to gold IV. I managed to climb back to gold II before leaving for a camp to complete my Eagle Scout project. Unfortunately, upon my return once again, I was inexplicably downgraded to silver I. The notification stated a deduction of around 30 MMR points due to suspected cheating in the game, resulting in my rank dropping to silver I from gold II. This sudden shift has caused me to compete against players of significantly lower skill, affecting my gameplay experience as it is now challenging to secure wins due to the mismatched ranking. I had been on the verge of reaching Plat III, a goal now impeded by these recurring glitches. I have been a dedicated Siege player since its inception, transitioning from Xbox to PC for a more competitive environment, only to have my progress hindered by this rank alteration. I sincerely hope Ubisoft can rectify this issue and restore my original rank to enhance my enjoyment of the game, especially with the upcoming Outbreak/Zombies mode in [redacted]. The constant ranking fluctuations have made the game less enjoyable for me, and I urge for a resolution to be able to participate on par with my friends. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Ben A.

I downloaded Rainbow Six Siege to authenticate my purchase, but I am still encountering errors. Despite attempting various fixes like refreshing Steam folders and reinstalling Steam, nothing has resolved the issue. I even contacted GeForce NOW, and they advised me to download and open the game via their program, but the problem persists. I have followed tutorials and spent months trying to solve this frustrating issue. Please assist me in resolving this persistent error so I can enjoy playing with my brother. Thank you.

I purchased Rainbow Six Siege on my old laptop in [redacted] or [redacted]. I can provide proof of purchase. However, I lost access to the Steam account it was linked to and the email it was connected to because I got a new phone, forgot to transfer the email, and then reset my phone without saving the email password. Is there a way for me to retrieve Rainbow Six Siege without having to repay for it? I originally bought the starter edition for $9.99 on Steam. The Steam account was linked to the same Uplay account as my new email ([redacted]).

I recently bought a new game, "Steep," for our Xbox One which requires a Ubisoft account. Unfortunately, when trying to set up the account, we encountered issues where it would not progress to the next screen. I attempted to create the account on an iPad and even on my work computer, but I kept receiving a message saying they couldn't show me the information at that time. I am unsure if the account setup was successful as we only received a notification about our son buying something. This is frustrating for my 11-year-old who just wants to play the game easily. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, R. McMahon

Terrorist Hunt can be frustrating for defenders due to certain operator abilities that seem ineffective for practicing roaming strategies, such as Caveira's silent step. The lack of opportunities to practice roaming with operators like Jager and Mute can make it challenging to develop these skills effectively. Engaging attackers outside the site during the game can be crucial, but the current setup doesn't fully support this practice. Introducing a mode where players select a room as their spawn and have a limited time to roam before facing terrorists hiding inside, similar to an attacker approaching the objective, could be a helpful addition. This could provide a more realistic scenario for practicing roaming tactics and enhance the overall gameplay experience for those who prefer this playstyle.

I am experiencing issues while playing Watch Dogs 2 on my Windows 7 operating system. I reloaded the game after uninstalling it from Windows 10 due to freezing problems. Despite meeting the system requirements (z97,4770k,32GB RAM, m.2 drive, GTX [redacted]), the game consistently shuts down after playing for an hour or two. On Windows 7, the game only displays the title page before going to a black screen, unlike the intro and menu on Windows 10. I wonder if I need to install a specific DirectX version or framework on Windows 7. I have already installed Windows 7 Service Pack 1, and my graphics card sometimes runs hot. I have put in 72 hours of gameplay since the Windows 10 setup, but I prioritize a clean reinstallation. I have also purchased the expansion pack. Your prompt support would be appreciated. Thank you, Jon L.

As a dedicated Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege player, I have some concerns to address. One issue I encounter, particularly with online opponents, is the ability of defenders to run outside. This creates an unfair advantage for defenders and disrupts the balance of the game. Additionally, when defenders shoot from outside, it significantly reduces the attacker's chances, negating the purpose of run-outs and spawn peeks. To enhance fairness, I suggest imposing restrictions on certain defender players, like anchors, to prevent them from straying too far from their objective. This could refine gameplay dynamics without compromising strategy. I appreciate Ubisoft's consideration of these suggestions.

I have been banned from Growtopia for 60 days, unjustly accused of glitching while innocently visiting a world with Waterfall and Lava called (BNBST2) owned by (linktrader_221). The banishment occurred after an owner's promise of free wl for entering the world. Despite reaching out to support with no response, I implore for help to reverse the ban on my account, as I seek a resolution. My account ID is xXAshleyyXx.

Hello, I created my account using [redacted] and had a couple of games on it. Recently, a friend gifted me Rainbow Six Siege but used their email for the purchase. To streamline things, I attempted to change the email on the game account to mine ([redacted]) so I could access all games in one place. However, now when I log in with [redacted], only my friend's account appears. Realizing the error, I changed his account email to my secondary email ([redacted]). Yet, upon trying to log in with my original account, it indicates "invalid user credentials" despite using the correct password. Even after attempting a password reset, the recovery email goes to my inbox, suggesting my [redacted] account is lost. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the games I purchased. Any assistance in recovering my [redacted] account would be greatly appreciated.

First name: Carlos Last name: Avina Username: Unfortunately, I can't recall the username I created as I was only 10 years old at the time. Email address: [redacted] is the email associated with my PS4 account. Date of birth: 12/20/[redacted] Country: United States PSN ID: Crazy_monster000 Games: Assassin’s Creed 2, Brotherhood, Unity, Black Flag, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Rainbow Six Siege, Watch Dogs 1 and 2, and Uno. I set up my Ubisoft account using my dad's email when I was younger, but now I attempted to sign up for the Ghost Recon Breakpoint beta and noticed it's still linked to my dad's email. I've tried to recall the password, but I can't remember it, and I'm unable to reset it as I didn't update the email in later years. I simply want to unlink my PSN account because I created a new account using my email and a password I remember, but I can't access my old account to unlink it due to not remembering the password. I'm hesitant to reset it, as my dad might have trouble understanding the process due to his age. I appreciate any help you can provide.

I signed up for a monthly subscription to UPlay+ at the $14.99 rate but never received access or an email confirmation. I encountered issues with customer service representatives and they requested a screenshot of the invoice despite Ubisoft not sending me one. This has been a recurring problem dating back to February [redacted] based on my research. I am frustrated with the service and the lack of resolution. I primarily use Steam for gaming, but sometimes it redirects to Ubisoft, where I have experienced poor customer service. Regardless of race, the incompetence of some individuals is affecting the quality of service. I demand a refund of the $14.99 plus tax paid for uPlay+ from September 3-30 promptly.

Hello, I was playing Wildlands on Sunday and reached tier 26. When I closed the game and reopened it on Tuesday, I found that I had lost my tier progress. It seems like I have all my prestige crate rewards and items bought with credits, but I had to start a new character, losing all my missions except for the Sam Fisher one. It's as if I never played the game when I log in now. I'm concerned about getting my account back with all the progress I made for Breakpoint. I had collected all rewards like the exosuit and truck for Breakpoint, excluding the tier one in ghost mode and the PvP items. I'd played for 83 hours and even completed the Fallen Ghost DLC. Could you please help me recover my progress and assure me that I will still receive my Breakpoint rewards? My PS4 username is boo4248. Thank you.

The DZ Daddies clan on PS4 is engaging in trolling behavior and making false promises. Despite multiple reports from myself and two others, their actions continue. This clan bullies and trolls in-game as well as on The Division 2 community page on Facebook, which is managed by one of their members. I have proof in the form of photos documenting their toxic behavior causing players to leave the game. Yesterday, I was banned from the Facebook community for calling out their trolling, showing admin bias. This pattern is leading to a decline in the fan base of the game. It's crucial to address this issue where they recruit members with false promises, only to engage in disruptive behavior.

I had the "Haze" gun skin equipped to all guns for operators Mira and Jackal. Then when I switched to Sledge, I selected his first gun and changed the skin to "Crimson" and selected "equip to all." After a few minutes, I noticed that the "Haze" gun skin had disappeared when I returned to Mira. Now, it's prompting me to buy it again, which I believe is unfair. I kindly request Ubisoft to credit me back the skin or provide it for free. Email: [redacted]

I purchased Assassin's Creed Odyssey Ultimate Edition, but it does not show that I have the season pass, Legacy of the First Blade, or Fate of Atlantis in the store. Despite already owning them, the game prompts me to buy them again. In the install tab, there are no add-ons present. I attempted to restart the game, yet the issue persists. How can I resolve this to ensure the game recognizes that I own the add-ons?

I arrived home from school excited to play Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege on my Xbox. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where the console kept asking me to insert the disk, check for cleanliness, and verify game ownership. Despite my game disk being scratch-free, the problem persisted. Following a friend's advice, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game. However, after deleting it, the game vanished completely from my Xbox. It's nowhere to be found in my games and apps, and my Xbox isn't recognizing the game disk. This experience has left me frustrated as I've lost all my progress and data associated with the game.

Hello, I consider myself a "gamer girl" with Rainbow Six Siege as one of my main games. Unfortunately, I face verbal attacks and unfair treatment due to my gender, including team killing and being voted out of matches for no valid reason. This type of behavior is a common occurrence. As an aspiring streamer, I enter game chat to form squads and gaming relationships. However, tonight's experience was exceptionally distressing. The squad subjected me to severe verbal abuse, calling me derogatory names and making inappropriate remarks. They even falsely accused me of inappropriate behavior. Despite defending myself, I was threatened with account suspension and false reports of verbal abuse. This ordeal left me feeling deeply upset and hesitant to continue playing my favorite game. As a female gamer, I constantly endure sexual harassment, bullying, and discrimination, which is disheartening. Although I reported and blocked the offenders, I feel that justice has not been fully served. I wanted to share my experience in the hope of seeking support or guidance. Thank you for listening.

During a ranked match in Rainbow Six Siege, my PC froze, forcing me to hard restart and rejoin the game. Upon returning, I discovered I had been banned for 30 minutes, demoted from silver 2 to silver 3, and experienced a reduction in renown. This was beyond my control and I had no intention of abandoning the match; I was eager to support my team. The rank decrease feels unfair, and I believe it's reasonable to ask for my rank to be restored to silver 2 given the circumstances. My in-game name is Principal0SHAG. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
