I have been facing challenges with transferring ownership of my restaurant account. The employee who signed the contract was terminated and is withholding the necessary login information. Despite multiple calls and form submissions, the only response I receive is a promise to send a DocuSign email within seventy-two hours, which hasn't happened after twenty-seven days. The "Advanced Customer Service Team" is unreachable by phone. I urgently need access to my account due to banking changes made after the employee's departure, which is impacting my cash flow and ongoing campaign. Unfortunately, I can neither close the account nor initiate a new one without ownership credentials. Each call results in repeating the problem, receiving a new unhelpful case number, and being told the investigation is ongoing. Any guidance on how to address this frustrating situation would be appreciated.

I am having an issue with the delivery app. Despite setting my location correctly, the app directed me to a restaurant in a different city. When the driver and I realized the mistake - with him being in London and me in Bristol - we were unable to resolve the situation. I don't blame the driver or the restaurant, as it seems to be a technical issue with the app not recognizing my location correctly, even though I inputted all the information accurately. I have evidence of my location in the app and have spoken to the driver, but unfortunately, nothing could be done to rectify the error.

After rating the driver, I noticed it prompted me to continue without clearly stating it would charge me again for the tip I had already provided. It displayed the same amount without confirming the additional payment, leading me to unintentionally tip twice. This was misleading and frustrating. I would like a refund for both orders where this issue occurred, as this is the second time it has happened to me in my first two orders.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent Uber Eats delivery experience. My three hungry children waited eagerly for their dinner to arrive for 2 hours only to have the driver not follow my instructions and fail to deliver the food. When I tried to contact the driver, he did not answer his phone. After managing to reach him, I was told that he does not work for Uber Eats. This raises concerns about who was actually handling my delivery. Despite attempting to resolve the issue with Uber Eats support, I have only received generic responses. They have not taken the time to understand my specific situation and have denied my refund claim. As a hardworking individual, it is frustrating to encounter this level of service. I believe I am entitled to a refund for the failed delivery and compensation for the stress this ordeal has caused my children and me. I eagerly await a resolution to this matter. I recently had a disappointing encounter with Uber Eats. I paid 47.54 euros for my order that never arrived. The order status was updated with a picture of my food left in front of my multi-story building, exposed on the ground to potential rats. Despite not being notified, I went to retrieve my food only to find it missing. No attempt was made to contact me through the building's intercom or ring my bell, both fully operational. Uber support claimed I am responsible since the delivery person allegedly waited for 8 minutes and left the food in a "secure spot" (apparently, the walkway outside the building qualifies). They refused a refund, which I find unacceptable. I have been a loyal Uber Eats customer, but the lack of concern and rudeness in this situation is appalling. If not refunded within 24 hours, I will: 1) Present the screenshot I took of the food on the ground to the Dutch consumer protection agency; 2) Share my experience publicly; 3) Permanently deactivate my Uber account. The fact that I am expected to tolerate this behavior is unbelievable.

I have a concern that many of my friends also share. When we order and pay for food, the restaurant is provided with our information, including address and phone number, not Uber Eats. Uber Eats should only need an address to deliver the food. Some places are now requesting a pin number, and if you don't provide it, they say you may not receive your order. When using Uber Eats, we shouldn't be asked for pin numbers or additional details unless there are problems with the order. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I recently noticed a fraudulent transaction on my card statement. The unauthorized purchase was made on Uber Eats for 29.99 EUR in the Netherlands on 16/06. Despite checking my Uber Eats account, I couldn't find this order, leading me to suspect that someone has used my card details on a different account. I am reaching out to seek assistance in tracking down the location where this order was placed. I am concerned about this occurrence, especially since it has happened before. Any help in identifying the recipient of the order would be greatly appreciated to prevent further unauthorized use of my card. Hello, I am Pedro B. from Spain. I received a 50€ gift card/voucher recently, but I am unable to redeem it because I do not have an Uber Eats Money account. The website prompts me to create one, yet when I attempt to do so, I am informed that I am not qualified for a Money account. Is there an issue with the system? What makes me ineligible? About a month ago, I placed an order on Uber Eats for a takeaway, but my order was incomplete. When I requested help, I was promised a refund of £45.20. It has been a month, and I have yet to receive the refund in my account. Despite my efforts to reach out to them, I have only received automated responses that haven't resolved my issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation and simply want the refund processed and sent to me promptly.

We recently ordered food from Basil Indian and Thai Grill through German Uber Eats while staying in Hamburg. Unfortunately, we mistakenly discovered the restaurant was located in the US after receiving the order confirmation. Despite contacting the restaurant promptly, they had not begun preparing the food. Now we have been informed that we will not be refunded as the food preparation had started. However, the restaurant confirmed they had not started making our order. We urge Uber Eats to refund the €[redacted] as they misled us by featuring a restaurant far from our location and erroneously charging us for a meal that was not even being prepared. I placed an order at Tim Horton's this morning for someone at home, but I only received the assorted box of donuts. The remaining 5 donuts were missing from my order, which I believe is a mistake on your end as well as Tim Horton's. I was charged $10 for the order, and despite my numerous prior complaints, I am now being told that I cannot make any more complaints to get a refund. I have raised multiple issues on my account because I genuinely want to address the problems I am facing. All I am asking for is either a refund or to receive the missing donuts that I paid for.

Last night, I placed an order at 'THE GRILL TWO' around 11:50pm, just before the shop was closing. Despite the estimated time displayed on the Uber Eats app, the delivery was delayed, and I couldn't track the driver as it continued to show "arriving soon". The estimated delivery time was between 12:20am - 12:45am, but it was prolonged. After waiting and realizing the issue, I contacted the restaurant, and they mentioned it was late, questioning my order during that time. Eventually, the Uber Eats driver allegedly took my order, and I was left without food. I had to reorder from a different establishment, yet I was still charged for the initial undelivered order, falsely marked as delivered around 3:52am. I am baffled by the lack of delivery details and tracking options.

I have already invested Rs 17 lakhs, and they are now requesting an additional Rs [redacted],[redacted] to fulfill orders as part of this commission-based online job. The process is overseen by UBEREATS [redacted] discussion group Usersupport [redacted], where payments to various accounts are instructed to be made for order completions. Even after completing multiple registrations, I am puzzled as to why a substantial sum like Rs [redacted],[redacted] is required for a single order completion after already investing a significant amount. I placed an order on Uber Eats Online for 5 items from Tropical Smoothie. Unfortunately, we only received 4 items as the driver forgot the smoothie. The GM of the store confirmed this mistake and assured us the missing item would be delivered. However, it's now been over two hours since the order was placed at 12:36pm and we still haven't received the smoothie. Our order number was #71 and our Order Id is [redacted][redacted]. The name on the order is Tammy W. The restaurant's phone number is [redacted] and the GM's name is Shay. Despite trying multiple times, I have been unable to reach customer service due to an error message when calling.

I'm having trouble with the app's help section. I received a delivery of coffee, but two of the lids were off, and coffee spilled everywhere. It has stained my carpet and counters. I also tried to retrieve other items from the delivery, but they were all covered in coffee as well. The packaging was not secure enough, causing the spill. I would like a refund for the spilled coffees.

On Thursday, the 13th of July, I placed an order that the driver claimed to have delivered. When I reached out to inquire, he informed me he left it in the staircase of my building. Unfortunately, upon checking, there was no food there. He rudely yelled at me and abruptly ended the call. I made three attempts to contact Uber support but have not received any responses. The funds were deducted from my account, and now my account has been terminated. The treatment I received is unacceptable, and I believe both the driver's conduct and the handling of my issue need to be investigated. I placed an order for kosher Nandos around 6 pm on 17/7/[redacted] to be delivered to a friend who needed it at a hospital. However, the delivery time kept getting delayed, and it was set to be delivered at 7:20 pm. I reached out to the driver who said it would take another 10 minutes. Eventually, we decided to cancel the UberEats order, and my husband was going to pick it up instead. When he arrived at 7:20 pm, Nandos Kosher would only release the order if he pretended to be an UberEats driver. This situation was very frustrating, as the intended recipient had already left. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and unreliable about using UberEats in the future.
