I would like to bring to your attention the issue regarding our store's closing time. Our business hours are from 11:00pm Monday to Saturday as stated in our Dashboard and communicated during our phone conversation, Case #[redacted]2. However, between 8pm and 10pm, our store's closing time incorrectly switches to 10:00pm, impacting online orders through Uber after 10pm. This discrepancy is affecting our business as we are not receiving online orders as expected. The store in question is Popeyes-Rochester on [redacted] East Ridge Road, Rochester, NY [redacted], USA. Please refer to the attached images of the Dashboard settings and the current status display discrepancy. Your immediate attention and resolution to this matter are greatly appreciated. I placed an order with Wingstop around 6:30-6:45 pm on 11/9/21. I received a notification that a female driver was picking up my order at 7:15 pm. However, I never received the order, and it does not appear in my past orders list on the app. I tried to contact UE but couldn't due to this issue. Upon calling Wingstop, they mentioned that the order was picked up at 7. I haven't received any delivery notification from the driver, and the order isn't outside my door as instructed. The app and online access also do not show the order. Wingstop provided ticket number 5EB10181/9C82140D2E7BBC7F38F8. I would appreciate it if my credit card is refunded for any potential charges. I experienced an issue with the app where it charged me four times for a single order due to continuous crashing and malfunctioning, resulting in unexpected charges totaling over £60 instead of the intended £14. The app failed to show any order confirmation pages or notifications, leaving me unaware of the multiple orders placed. I only realized the problem after being charged four times and not seeing any order history in "my orders". It is evident that this was an error caused by the app's malfunction, as I had no intention of ordering the same items multiple times or paying for delivery and tips unnecessarily. I kindly request a refund for the three extra charges incurred due to this technical issue.

I have an Uber Eats pass, but unfortunately, they do not provide service in my area. I have tried calling the numbers listed online, but they are not working. I attempted to seek help through the app, but it requires being in a serviceable area, which I am not. In order to contact support, I had to create an account with a serviceable address. I messaged them twice through the help section, but I have not received a response. Interestingly, my email is not recognized when I try to reply. It is puzzling how I have a subscription and account without my email being recognized. I am unsure how to remove these unwanted charges from my account.

This is my first order with Uber Eats, and it will likely be my last. My order has been pending for over an hour with no updates or status. Calling the provided number did not connect me to a real person. As a senior software developer, I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service. Comparatively, DoorDash and GrubHub at least make an effort to deliver. I doubt you will reach out to me, but my number is [redacted]. This level of unreliability and poor support is unacceptable. Taking my money is not the end of the transaction. I am deeply disappointed in your service.

There seems to be an issue with this website charging my card without my authorization. I could not find any account associated with my email addresses. Today, my card was charged twice by UberEats in San Francisco, resulting in pending charges of $44.49 and $58.57 within a short time frame. My name is Effie Thompson, and the last four digits of my card are [redacted]. If there are any additional charges, it could indicate fraudulent activity from someone related to this company. I request that all charges be voided and refunded if they are processed through my account.

I placed an order with priority delivery, and unfortunately, it never arrived. When I contacted the driver, Shirleen, through the UberEats app, the person who answered abruptly hung up on me. I requested a refund through the app and received $26.57 instead of the $32 charged to my account. I believe I should be refunded the full amount since I didn't receive any part of my order. I understand the difference may be in the tip, but why can't I retract the tip since the driver didn't deliver my food and hung up on me? It doesn't seem fair that I'm out $6+ for food that was never delivered. It feels unjust to have to pay for something that never arrived.

I'm Adrian. I made an order at a local restaurant 2 hours ago. The process was normal until I noticed the assigned driver never left the restaurant. After waiting, my order disappeared from the app, and I couldn't track it or get help. The restaurant explained that Uber assigned multiple drivers to my order, causing confusion. Now, I'm left without food, unable to track it, and feeling frustrated with Uber Eats. I hope to get this matter resolved promptly.

I placed an order at 3:08 pm, and it took over 1 1/2 hours to arrive from a restaurant that is only 3 minutes away. The food was cold and inedible, the milkshake was watery, and the soda had no ice left, just watered down. I contacted the restaurant, and they claimed my order had been dispatched at least 20 minutes before it arrived. I will not be using Uber Eats again after this experience. The restaurant refused to resolve the issue, stating they cooked fresh food, so I am looking for a refund and not a credit. Although the driver was friendly, waiting so long for cold food is unacceptable. This occurred at Frisch's store on Poplar Level Rd. in Louisville, KY, with order #[redacted] placed at 3:08 pm on 11/12/21 and finally delivered at 4:37 pm.

I made an order at 11:47 PM for a delivery expected in 20-30 minutes. The app keeps showing different drivers supposedly on the way to pick up the order, and then they vanish, causing further delays. At 12:33 AM (43 minutes later), the app is still searching for a driver even though the restaurant is now closed. Even if I had received the order, the food would have been cold and unsatisfactory after waiting for so long. I even paid extra for a priority service which seems to have made no difference in this situation.

Around a month ago, I spent $[redacted] on Uber Eats for Walmart groceries. Initially, my order was only $[redacted], but after adding a few items, it increased to $[redacted]. Unfortunately, half of the added groceries were missing from my delivery, although I was charged the full amount. The frustrating part is when I checked my bank account and saw that Uber Eats was still requesting $[redacted] despite me already paying. This became a real issue when I discovered that $[redacted] was deducted from my account again when trying to shop for Christmas gifts. This repeated charge is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with Uber's handling of the situation. As a result, I have decided never to use Uber services again.

I ordered food for my son and his friend which did not arrive. I tried to communicate with the driver via text and phone calls to give directions as she was over twenty minutes late. Despite my efforts, she ignored my messages and calls, claiming I missed her call, which never happened. This disappointing experience has shattered my trust in Uber Eats as I'm not the only one facing such issues. The driver's lack of response while I was trying to assist only added to the frustration. Now, I'm left awaiting a refund for undelivered food, feeling compelled to go out and find a meal. This unprofessional behavior has left me upset and seeking a prompt resolution. My spouse and I ordered from Pete's restaurant through Uber Eats. The delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes instead of the initially estimated time of 45 minutes. When the order arrived, it was missing items and cold. After contacting Uber Eats via email, they compensated me with Uber Cash for the Pete’s order and issued a refund for the Applebee’s order for the same issues. However, when I tried to place an order today, I discovered that my email had been changed without my consent due to an alleged duplicate account issue. I encountered problems with a promo code during the Pete's order, which Uber Eats resolved. Nevertheless, changing my email without notice was an error on their part. I kindly request Uber Eats to rectify this situation before I consider ordering from them again. I received two refunds on my account, only to discover that my email was changed to [redacted] Despite being associated with another Uber Eats account, the system erroneously recognized me as a first-time user when I tried to log in. Consequently, I lost my Uber Cash and credits accumulated from the previous refunds. Considering the inconvenience of the past two problematic deliveries, I urge Uber Eats to reinstate my credits to my original email address, [redacted], which had a balance of $16.00 and $25.00. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

I purchased a dozen donuts and 2 servings of hash browns for $21.70, which included a tip. Unfortunately, the hash browns were undercooked and had a rancid oil taste. Additionally, the donuts I received did not match my order. I requested 5 old fashioned, 3 Boston Creme, 2 glazed, 1 pumpkin, and 1 chocolate with sprinkles. Instead, I received 2 old fashioned, 2 Boston Creme, 2 glazed, 1 jelly (not ordered), and 5 random unknown flavors. The 2 Boston Creme and 2 glazed donuts were stale with a tough texture. We ended up throwing them away, along with the hash browns, and lost our appetite for the remaining donuts. I am requesting a full refund as $21.70 is a significant amount, and the order was not only incorrect but also inedible. The delivery person was not at fault for the food quality but should have notified me of the wrong order. I believe a refund is appropriate in this situation.

I wanted to use the 50% off promotional code for groceries. I followed the promotions page to select grocery stores. While filling up the basket, it continuously confirmed the 50% discount. When I paid with a debit card, there was a £29 charge as expected, but the card turned out to be expired. No problem, I decided to use PayPal instead, only to be charged £47. The £18 discount was removed because the payment didn't process the first time. There was no warning, and this situation has truly frustrated me. I wouldn't have purchased some items without the discount. I am requesting £18 cashback. I have the declined transaction at £29 and the receipt for the full £47 cost. This was my first time using Uber Eats for grocery shopping, but I am now disheartened and hesitant to use it again.

I am requesting a refund for an order I did not place. After contacting multiple Papa John's Pizza locations in Tulsa, none of them had any record of my order. Despite this, a delivery driver arrived shortly afterwards. When I asked him to cancel the order, he informed me that he had not been made aware because he simply delivers orders and faces challenges with inaccurate information through Uber Eats. I placed an order at Ihop located at [redacted] Quebec St, Fort Worth, Texas, around 12:20 AM. The food was delivered at 1:50 AM, but the driver canceled the delivery just before reaching my house, keeping the food and never delivering it. I contacted the restaurant and they confirmed they have video footage of the driver picking up the food but not delivering it. The total charge on my bank account is $31.25. I have security cameras at my house that show the driver never arrived. I want a refund for the undelivered order. On November 13, I ordered two steaks and fries for my grandson and me. Unfortunately, the steaks were tough, even tougher than rawhide, and the fries were cold, colder than expected. I had not contacted them about any issues before this incident, and they claim I was late in reaching out within 48 hours. As a 55-year-old who works and takes care of my grandson, I apologize if I was a few hours beyond their timeframe. Paying $35 was a special treat for my grandson, and the meal turned out inedible. I feel I deserve a refund and some compensation for the inconvenience caused.
