TruConnect customer service has been incredibly frustrating for me. Recently, my voicemail has been deleting old messages regardless of me saving or erasing them. When I contacted TruConnect, they gave me a runaround about troubleshooting steps that ultimately did not fix the issue. Despite their promises to reset my voicemail, nothing was resolved after following their instructions. Additionally, they avoided letting me participate in a customer service survey, indicating they were aware of their poor service. The lack of resolution and the runaround provided by TruConnect has left me feeling mistreated and dissatisfied.

I recently received a notification from my phone warning me about nearing the 6GB data limit with TruConnect. I believe I have been erroneously billed as I should not be close to the limit with plenty of time left in this billing cycle. Despite this potential margin call, I have ample reserves for my market needs, which were discussed with TruConnect before I received my SIM card. My investment in the mutual business interest exceeds the current offerings, making it unjust to threaten service termination for the rest of this cycle. I kindly request a review of my customer profile with your company to address the disputed charges and explore options to maintain uninterrupted service. Thank you for your attention to this matter. On February 10, I replied to an announcement for cell phone service through a salesperson named Esther Toro Lugo from Moca. I provided my identification and federal aid cards as requested, and was informed that my current life wireless service was canceled to activate the new service. Despite the promise, I have not yet received the Sim Card and struggle to reach the seller for updates. After providing my address for mailing, there has been a delay in response and the SIM card has not arrived. I am worried about being scammed or defrauded, especially since the seller has my personal information. Yesterday afternoon, I was on a Zoom meeting, and I noticed that my computer, which is usually connected via hotspot or tethering from my mobile device with the sim card ending in [redacted], was not working correctly. I have tested and confirmed that the issue is related to the hotspot/tethering feature being disabled on my sim card. I had purchased it for its unlimited data service at a reasonable price. I previously spoke with a representative who assured me that I could use the service to connect other devices, but currently, it only allows internet access for the mobile device. I tested the feature with another sim card from Truconnect that I still have, and it worked perfectly, similar to what I was previously using. I am requesting that the hotspot/tethering feature be restored as it is essential for my work, productivity, and performance. I find it unacceptable to have limitations on a service I paid $50 for with the sim card ending in [redacted]. If the issue is not resolved, I believe I am entitled to a full service level agreement or a refund.

I received my phone a month ago, but I haven't reached out to TruConnect about the issues I'm facing due to the disrespectful treatment I received during activation. As a person with epilepsy, the slow performance of the Stratus Cloud phone worries me, especially during emergencies when I need to call for help or use essential apps like Uber. I'm considering sending the phone back to exchange for a Galaxy Note, which might provide better performance and security features for a slightly higher price. Despite contacting T-Mobile for assistance, the phone's slow speed persists, causing missed calls and important appointments. It's frustrating not being able to rely on the phone for essential communication.

This morning, I woke up early to charge my phone, as I usually do it overnight. However, I forgot to plug it in last night after making a late call. After plugging it in, I went to the bathroom and returned to find my phone missing. My roommate had left the premises at that time, and I suspect they took it. I discovered that my roommate had been evicted before, leaving me with little recourse. My phone is crucial for communication, especially in my job search. I reported the incident to the housing management office and would like to have the phone disconnected. If recovery is not possible, I need information on how to obtain a replacement. Thank you.

I attempted to contact your operator regarding the $20.00 Android tablet. The operator seemed confused about the pin number. All I needed to know was the process to order one. I am a veteran, and due to injuries, I have two blood clots in my head resulting in memory issues. By the time I gave up on the operator, I couldn't remember my initial reason for calling. He did not inquire about why I called but immediately asked for account information. Is there a number I can text to check my account balance? Thank you, R. Fridge.

I need to report my missing phone. It was left in my sister's car, but it disappeared after she drove back home. I used the Find My Device app which led me to a doctor's office, but they couldn't find it there. I now understand that the location provided may just be approximate. Despite my efforts to locate it, including calling and locking the phone with my contact details, there has been no response. It's evident that it might have been taken. I'm considering getting a replacement phone as I haven't had any luck in retrieving my lost one.

Hello, my name is Christi Taylor and I recently received my new phone from TruConnect. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues with activating it. When attempting to set up the phone, it prompts me to transfer data from my old phone. Even when I decline, it continues to ask for my Google sign-in information, which it does not accept. The only option presented is to send a code for account recovery to my old phone, which is no longer accessible. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter so I can begin using my new phone. I am also curious to know if TruConnect verifies eligibility for Lifeline benefits before sending out a phone. In the past, I encountered difficulties transferring benefits from a previous provider, although I cancelled the service three years ago. I have been receiving repeated voicemails threatening disconnection, despite assurances from Truconnect that my service would continue as long as I was using it. Unfortunately, I was disconnected on Monday. I urgently need Truconnect to either restore my service or release my number [redacted] for transfer to another Lifeline user, preferably Q-Link, at no charge. I have attempted to contact Truconnect multiple times, waiting for a total of 4-6 hours on hold without success. Even when connected to their chat line, I was directed to call customer service, which proved impossible. I intend to file complaints with Lifeline and the FCC. My temporary number is [redacted]. I recently received a notification from FedEx stating that my tablet with free Broadband had been shipped to me using tracking number 4[redacted][redacted]0. Unfortunately, after some investigation, I discovered that the package was left on top of my apartment mailboxes and appears to have been stolen as I never received it. Since the tablet shouldn't be activated without my personal information, I believe a replacement should be arranged. I have already been approved to receive the product and am eager to have it in my possession. Regrettably, there are no security cameras in the area to provide any leads. Since the first day I received my phone in the mail, it worked well. However, on the fourth day, I encountered a problem. When I unplugged it for a virtual doctor's appointment, it didn't turn on for two days. It started happening a few more times when I was out without my charger. I made sure to turn it off with a fully charged battery, but it still wouldn't turn on for two to three days later. Now, it hasn't turned on at all. I've had two strokes this year, and I rely on my phone for virtual doctor's appointments since I'm alone and don't have help during the week. Please assist me. Thank you.

I placed an order for a new cell phone on 9/3/21, and today is 9/8/21, but it has not been shipped out yet. I do not have a tracking number. They initially told me it would take 7 to 10 days from the order date, but today they mentioned it's business days, so it might only arrive around September 20. I attempted to cancel my order, but they are not cooperating. I am struggling with my health as I am a stage four cancer patient and a single woman. It is crucial for me to have my phone, and if anything happens, I would not be able to reach out for help. I am desperate to find a way to expedite this process.

I suspect one of my son's friends stole my Wi-Fi device, which was received through the EBT government program. I am unsure how to deactivate it and am waiting for your guidance. Please deactivate the device to prevent unauthorized use and consider sending a replacement. I cannot afford to buy a new one at the moment. Thank you.

My TrueConnect cell phone and SIM card were stolen on September 6th, [redacted]. The last activity on my account was on that day when I purchased additional phone time and data as my phone was running slow. I hope the person handling my issue can provide me with a new device considering the theft of my phone. Thank you.

I recently called and was put on hold for an extended period, which is unacceptable. The wait time exceeded what was stated online. This is the third time I've tried to contact customer service, and the first two attempts resulted in being disconnected. My name is Justin Kyle Rich, and I am a TruConnect customer. I ordered a phone over a month ago, but it was marked as delivered even though I never received it. I suspect it was stolen. I am inquiring about the status of my application with TruConnect using my customer ID [redacted] and account number [redacted]. While attempting to proceed with the application, I encountered issues with missing order ID and received error messages when using my account or customer ID. Despite applying with my Ohio Medicaid and receiving an email confirmation, I am unsure of the next steps. Seeking clarification, thanks. Update: I contacted TruConnect customer service, and they efficiently resolved my issue, ensuring my order was processed promptly. I am now awaiting the arrival of my phone. I highly recommend TruConnect for government-based cell service. Their customer service surpassed my previous experiences with other companies. 10 out of 10.

I recently contacted your company via the 1-[redacted] number to inquire about purchasing an unlocked GSM phone or an unlocked phone from Walmart. I was convinced to order a phone from you, only to later find out that the phone I purchased was out of stock. Although I was promised a refund within 7 to 10 days, I am now left without a phone, service, or the ability to buy a new one due to budget constraints. The situation has caused frustration as I specifically checked with the agent about stock availability before making the purchase. Despite my attempts to follow up and speak with a supervisor, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I believe that considering the inconvenience and misinformation provided, it would be fair for your company to either fulfill my order with the next available phone or upgrade me accordingly. This experience has been challenging, especially after being reassured that there were phones in stock during the initial conversation. I recently received a True Connect Phone, but unfortunately, it was stolen from a secure charging station after only a week. I have already searched everywhere for it.
