The selection of Biden & Harris as persons of the year is disappointing, reminiscent of when Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize without significant accomplishments. Trump aided in the development of global vaccines by investing U.S. funds to benefit lives worldwide. Biden and Harris mainly campaigned remotely and lack notable achievements other than contestable election results. Time Magazine's choice is questionable, and I am reconsidering my subscription.

I would like to address the recent cover featuring Biden and Harris. I find it disappointing and believe that individuals more deserving of recognition are our frontline and healthcare workers. These individuals risk their lives daily to protect and care for us. Additionally, our police officers also deserve acknowledgment for the risks they take to enforce the law despite facing criticism and hostility from some members of the public. It is disheartening to see these two individuals on the cover receiving an honor that seems undeserved. This choice has influenced my decision not to purchase your magazine in the future.

I am writing to address the error in featuring Biden-Harris on your cover. Many believed and applauded the choice of Health Care workers, only to be disappointed by the politicians chosen. It is disheartening to see politicians highlighted once more. The constant praise of politicians, especially the B-H duo, who have not yet demonstrated their capabilities, is frustrating. Your decision lacks significance for your readers and the nation.

I noticed two charges on my credit card, amounting to $9.50 for Time Magazine/Country Living and $6.75 for Time Magazine/Reminisc. I assume these are for magazine subscriptions. I didn't knowingly subscribe to these magazines and would like to cancel them. Can the charges be refunded to my credit card? I have never received the Country Living magazine, and I wish to discontinue the Reminisc Magazine subscription as I do not read it.

My mother, who resides at Mari de Villa, #50 West, [redacted] Clayton Rd, Town and Country, MO [redacted], receives TIME magazine at the nursing home. I handle her finances and believe I renewed the subscription, yet she keeps receiving renewal notices. Due to the pandemic, I can't physically check the notices she is getting, and I couldn't reach a TIME magazine agent after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. I simply want to ensure that Ann Siemer's subscription is renewed without any further issues.

I have been a long-time subscriber to Time magazine and have recently encountered issues accessing their digital articles despite being a print subscriber. I reached out through the online chat feature but did not find a solution. After calling customer service, I spoke with an associate who directed me on how to manage a "digital-only" account, which is not what I need. This problem occurred a few months ago as well but was resolved then. I would appreciate any assistance in regaining access to the digital content. Thank you.

I have been receiving a billing statement for $39.95 for my Time Magazine subscription despite having paid up through December [redacted]. I initially sent a letter on February 10, [redacted], along with copies of Time Magazine mailing labels to prove the subscription's validity. After receiving another billing statement, I sent a follow-up letter on March 3, [redacted], including copies of the prior correspondence and updated magazine labels. It is concerning that we have not received any magazines since the end of [redacted] despite the subscription being current until December [redacted]. Our account number is [redacted]. I kindly request a resolution to this issue by reinstating the subscription and extending it to cover the missed magazines in [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Georgean Vorwerk

I need to share my frustration. This will be my only message. By the way, [redacted] is not working. I have been a Time print subscriber for 25 years, possibly nearly 50 years. To save time, here is my information: #BXBDJLX #TIM[redacted]/6# Edmund W Boyle [redacted] S Lynn Blvd Upper Darby, PA 19[redacted] [redacted] I have contacted Time's Customer Service numerous times over the past 5 years about the same issue without any resolution. Dealing with Time's service feels as unproductive as a bull servicing a cow on a farm. On this Sunday morning, I have some free time to once again struggle with your department's perplexing software, likely leading to more frustration and disappointment. The issue is this - I visit Time.com, click on a story I'm interested in, and get a message saying I have limited articles or need to open an account, which I've already done. When trying to log in with my account at [redacted], it rejects my password, forcing me to reset it, either directly or through an email link. However, when prompted to enter a new password, there is no cursor to input it, causing much aggravation. Even if I manage to insert a password, I must repeat it further down the page where, again, there is no cursor to aid me. Despite repeated attempts over months and false promises of issue resolution, the problem persists. One email claiming all problems were fixed turned out to be untrue. My print subscription is valid until February [redacted]. You have until then to resolve this issue. If not, I will let my subscription lapse. The Economist and The Guardian are superior publications anyway. Remember, the definition of insanity is repeating the same actions and expecting a different outcome. Kindly forward this to someone in your organization who cares, if such a person exists. Regards, Edmund W Boyle

My subscription lapsed in May, and I renewed at the end of April or beginning of May. The latest issue I received was on July 9. On July 23, I got a notice saying payment wasn't processed, but I never received any notification about my subscription ending or payment issues. I paid for renewal on July 25 and haven't received any new issues yet. My subscription should be valid until a year after I got my first issue. I have been a loyal subscriber to Time Magazine for several years. Unfortunately, the last two issues scheduled for the end of August and the first week of September have not been delivered to my address. This has led me to question whether my subscription has expired or if there is an issue with the delivery. I believe I renewed for either two or three years last time, but I cannot confirm the exact duration. The subscription is under the name Raymond Venghaus at [redacted] Terrawood Street, Forest Grove, Oregon [redacted]. We have not received any notifications regarding the expiration of our subscription, so we are puzzled by the sudden stop in magazine deliveries. Regrettably, Time's customer service website is currently not operational. We plan to contact their [redacted] number on the day following Labor Day in hopes of resolving this matter.

I recently received an unexpected issue of Time magazine. Since a friend gifted me a subscription in the past, I assumed this was another one of his gifts, as the label says "Glo Potter," a name only he uses for me. However, I haven't heard from this friend in a while, and given our age and his disconnected phone, I was worried. Seeing his possible indication through the magazine gives me hope. I can't provide the label information, but here's a number: #TIM[redacted]/7# AH99 27Sep24 [redacted]. Can you provide me with the sender's name? It means a lot to me. Thanks, Gloria (Glo) Potter

The comments made by the "reporter" during the border patrol officer's work are irresponsible and misleading. It is essential to enforce immigration laws and ensure that individuals enter the U.S. through proper channels. Many believe that immigrants should meet basic standards, just as past generations did, to avoid burdening the economy. Taxpayer money should prioritize services for citizens over supporting illegal immigrants.

Hello, my name is Terrie A. Rockett. I am researching information about my grandfather, Charles G. Freeman, who was part of the USS CHIKASKIA crew in [redacted]. My grandfather mentioned an article in TIME Magazine featuring a singing group called The Sparrows from the ship. I am interested in obtaining a copy of this specific article. Any assistance in locating this piece would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I anticipate your response.

I have a subscription for a magazine that costs $1.00. Every month, $4.00 is withdrawn from my account. Despite receiving daily articles by mail, I encounter difficulties accessing them online. The website prompts me to subscribe, indicating I do not have an active subscription. I am unsure why two payments withdraw monthly and if I unintentionally hold two subscriptions. As a long-time subscriber, I wish to maintain an affordable subscription and seek a prompt resolution of this issue.
