I'm trying to regain access to my account with the number [redacted]. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, and I am locked out of my Google account and the email linked to it. I am unable to receive a password reset link. I kindly request assistance in verifying my account without access to the original email address as I am currently locked out. This is crucial for me to access my other accounts, as they are all linked to the phone number [redacted]. I have lost access to all my data, including pictures and other accounts. I am receiving threatening texts from a number connected to TextNow. The sender claims to know my Tennessee address. They use different TextNow numbers but seem to be the same person. I contacted the police, but they can't assist since the threats are not life-threatening. They suggested I reach out to TextNow. I am concerned if this person is local or from another country. One number shows as Pulaski, Tennessee, and the other as Suwanee, Tennessee, but I need to determine the sender's proximity without an exact address. I am anxious and just seeking to know the city of origin for these messages. Any help is appreciated.

I need to reset the password for my TextNow account. The email associated with it is [redacted], and the phone number linked to the TextApp is [redacted]. As my old Gmail account is connected to this number, I am unable to receive a verification code. I discovered this linkage through beenverified.com.

On May 19, I was informed that my account was disabled for violating community guidelines. I believe this occurred due to my account being hacked, which also affected my Facebook and Google accounts that share the same password. During the hacking incident, my TextNow number was not in use. Since contacting TextNow.com about this issue, I have not received a response. I think it is unfair not to receive an explanation for the account disablement and respectfully ask for one. Thank you.

I recently received unusual texts from an unidentified number in a group chat. The messages were asking about my car, despite nothing being wrong with it. When I inquired about the sender's identity, there was no response. I tried to block the number, but that option was not available. I ended up labeling the number as "Hacker" and noticed my name changed to that label in my own message thread. I have since changed my password, but I am concerned about the safety of my information and whether the individual can access my texts. Should I consider getting a new number for added security?

I recently received a notification from TextNow stating that to avoid having my phone number deleted, I needed to pay $1.99. Believing it to be a reasonable price to keep my service active, I made the payment using my credit card. It was only after that I realized it was a weekly charge and not necessary to maintain my TextNow account. I reached out on May 3rd to request the service be cancelled and a refund for the previous billings but have not received a response. I appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this matter. On May 17th, my TextNow account got suspended for a terms of use violation, but I believe I didn't breach any rules. I use TextNow for personal reasons on my computer, mainly in incognito mode. Even after appealing to restore my account, I haven't received any response from TextNow in over three weeks. I've struggled to find a way to reach customer service and I'm eager to know when I can anticipate an update on my situation.

I paid $5 to order a TextNow SIM card to switch from the Whoop service I was using. My service with Whoop got cut off the same day TextNow mailed the SIM card. I got the SIM card five days later but couldn't set up my service. I tried contacting TextNow through their chat service, and they said there was an issue porting my number. Now I've been without any phone service for two weeks. I really need help with this situation.

I recently realized that I have two different phone numbers associated with my devices. I own a TextNow number that I typically use, and I recently discovered another number linked to Wi-Fi calling that I wasn't aware of until I transferred my SIM card to a new phone. Since the switch, my SIM card retains the old number, making it impossible to receive calls using the number I purchased. I'm experiencing poor call quality, dropped calls, and difficulty hearing the other person clearly. What's strange is that the old phone still receives calls even though I removed the SIM card from it.

I recently received a TextNow SIM card in the mail and inserted it into my phone. I purchased another TextNow number for $4.99 for my son and bought a SIM card for him. The funds were deducted from my bank account, but when I open the TextNow app, it keeps prompting me to choose between a free or premium number. Even though it says I already have a premium number, I can't access it and it keeps looping back to selecting a free number. I believe I set up the $4.99 TextNow number on the same phone, which is not locked, but it's not working. I needed to send him this phone for college today, but I've been struggling with this issue for hours. Can someone please assist me?

I've been trying to verify my email, but I haven't received any response after pressing the send button. I ended up on a site called PissedConsumer and it seems like someone else may have used my email. I've changed my password and email address, but things got messed up. I spent around 10 to 12 hours yesterday trying to fix this on my own. This is starting to feel like a scam because the chat support only offers articles and videos, no actual assistance. It's really frustrating and making me quite angry.

I currently have a Text Now SIM card in my phone, but I have been experiencing signal issues lately. I can only use my phone when connected to Wi-Fi, which is not what I expected when I got the SIM card. Additionally, websites are not accepting my phone number as valid, preventing me from signing up or creating accounts. I had my app and all other information deleted from my iPhone 13 Pro Max by the Apple Store in Dubai Mall to resolve a temperature issue. I was expecting to have all the apps and data restored, but a verification code was sent to my TextNow phone number at [redacted], which I can't access since I no longer have the app on my phone.
