I purchased the DLC Troy Ajax & Diomedes on March 26. I received an invoice confirming my payment, but I did not receive the code key or product code. The DLC is not appearing in my library. When I request a refund, it says I have played for over 2 hours, which is inaccurate. I have only played Troy Total War Saga Agamemnon. I contacted support and explained the issue, but they do not seem to understand my problem. They keep insisting that I have played over two hours, which is not true. They also claim the DLC is in my library, which it is not. It's not about the money; I just need my account verified or guidance on how to obtain the product code. Please assist with this matter.

I need assistance with unlinking my Rockstar account from Steam. I have forgotten my password and the associated email is no longer active, making it impossible to reset it. I would like to connect my new Rockstar account to Steam so I can access my games online. Currently, I am unable to log in and play the games I purchased. Hello, I had trouble logging in last week and contacted support. Although the issue was resolved then, I encountered login problems again a few days later. Despite numerous attempts with my email, account name, and phone number, only the account name seems to work, but when I try to input my email, an error occurs. I tried to sell my CS:GO knife worth $[redacted] on Skinport, a reputable CS:GO trading site. After setting up my knife for sale, I received a trade offer from an official Skinport trading bot. Unfortunately, when I tried to accept, Steam encountered errors multiple times, forcing me to give up. To my dismay, a few days later, my knife was traded to a random person without my consent or any offer. I am distressed about losing $[redacted] worth of value. Hello, I am currently facing an issue with my Steam account. I can log in but cannot access the associated email due to it being compromised. Following a recent Steam Guard update, a code is supposed to be sent to my email for login verification, but as the email was hacked, no code is received. The email appears as @gmail.com with no specific address provided. Attempts to access the email "[redacted]" have failed, indicating the account may have been tampered with or deleted. Hello, around a week ago I encountered an issue with my logs, and with your help, the problem was resolved efficiently. However, after a couple of days, I attempted to register again, but I am facing the same issue. When trying to register with my email or username and clicking on "I forgot my password," it directs me to my account name, but then I receive error 5. This has persisted since last week. Initially, I attempted the process frequently, leading the system to block me for 24 hours. I have since reinstalled Windows, updated Steam to the latest version, and tried accessing it both through the executable and in the browser, but the problem remains. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I purchased 5 €20 Steam cards at a LIBRO store in St. Pölten, Austria on April 11th. I sent the card numbers to a friend in Nigeria for Doctors Without Borders after scratching them off. He tried to redeem them but got a message saying the codes were already used. The shop where I bought the cards couldn't assist me. I tried contacting Steam at +43 1 [redacted] but couldn't get through. As a 64-year-old lady without a Steam account, I can't use online support. How can I send copies of the cards, receipts, and bill to Steam and get a refund? Thank you.

On April 2nd, I purchased 19 Steam gift cards. Only 5 out of the 19 cards worked for the recipient, and the other 14 were defective. I would like to request a review of this issue so I can receive replacements to send again. I am unsure where to send the photos of all the faulty cards since the person who was supposed to use them mentioned they were sold defective or already used. While using Steam, a user named "Old Sova" added me as a friend to inform me about an accidental report made against my account. They claimed to be a "Valve Employee" due to a badge on their profile, which made me trust them. They advised me to contact them on Discord for assistance. Regrettably, I shared my email linked to the account and followed a link provided to recover my account that turned out to be invalid. As a next step, they requested a $[redacted] Steam gift card for account validation, which I couldn't comply with. Consequently, my account has been compromised, as upon trying to recover it, I discovered that the email associated with the account had been changed without my knowledge.

I received an email asking me to buy $[redacted] worth of Steam gift cards from my senior manager, promising reimbursement later. I bought $[redacted] due to a cash shortage and sent the codes via email to the scammers. After speaking with my manager, he had no knowledge of this request and advised me to report it to the police. I have the receipts and email correspondence with the scammers. Please expedite a refund promptly as I am pursuing this matter with the authorities later today. Thank you.

Hello, Good day. I am Chris Gosdschick, and my Steam account has been stolen. I am from Germany, and the person who now has my Steam account is most likely from Russia. His IP address is: [redacted].[redacted].49.[redacted] (RU). I tried to log in through the browser (the URL was steamncominnity.com) and then received the confirmation code by email, which I confirmed without checking the IP address. At that moment, the hacker must have gained access to my account and changed my password and email, so I cannot even receive an email to reset it. I hope you can do something about this. When my son accidentally scratched off the pin code on the back of the card, he scratched too hard and it became unreadable. The pin number is not visible, but you can see the other details on the back along with the pin code in a certain way. His older brother and I attempted to decipher it while eating pizza together, but unfortunately, we were unsuccessful. I am currently at work and unable to take a break, so I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the code by simply looking at the pictures of the receipt that include all the relevant information.

I am having trouble signing in to submit a ticket. The list of account issues does not cover my situation, preventing me from proceeding. I have purchased around $[redacted] worth of games that I cannot access now. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter. I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Steam account. I bought Hitman 3 from cdkeys.com. They said it would appear in my Steam library. I had to add it manually, but now when I try to launch it through Steam, nothing happens. There is no error code. Steam seems to have issues navigating and functioning properly after an update. It's too glitchy, and many functions don't work correctly.

Hello, I am concerned that my Steam account may have been compromised. While playing Red Dead Redemption, my game abruptly crashed, and I lost connection to my Steam account. A pop-up message indicated that my account was accessed from a different computer. Subsequently, I found that my email address and phone number had been altered, preventing me from logging back in. When attempting to reset my password, I discovered my username was associated with another email address. I have purchased several games through my account that I can no longer access. Hello, my name is Christopher Wall, and I've been dealing with two hacks on my Steam account within a week. Last week, I discovered unauthorized charges and strange game activity on my account. The hacker played games I never owned for a short time to make fraudulent charges. After contacting Steam for a refund, I managed to address the issue with my bank. Unfortunately, the hacker struck again, this time causing $[redacted] in unauthorized charges, leaving my account in the negative. I urgently need to have these charges reversed and prevent any further unauthorized transactions by taking necessary measures. The two unauthorized games, Runescape and Karos, were charged to my PayPal account, with the latest charge being for $[redacted] in wallet credit shortly after I rectified the situation. It's crucial that all charges are halted, and I am refunded the $[redacted] without a repeat occurrence post my initial report of the first hack.

I have been trying to create an account using my email, but I have not received any confirmation emails. I purchased the game "War for the End of the World" for $22, but I cannot play it due to this issue. My girlfriend, Vanessa Soto, made the purchase. I have been attempting to play this game for some time now, but I am facing difficulties in creating the account. It seems like there may be a problem on the website's end as I cannot use any of my emails, even my previous one associated with your company. I have had no luck contacting your support team either.
