After being logged out of Snapchat, I experienced an issue where the app appeared to be down, leading many to assume it was deleted. Now, a week later, I'm attempting to log back into my account, but none of the passwords I vaguely recall seem to work. Typically, I reset my password using my phone number, but this time it's indicating that the reset can't be done via phone and I need to reach out to customer support or reset it using my email. The challenge is that I can't remember which email I linked to my Snapchat since I think I created one solely for this app.

Just over a week ago, my account was entirely deleted without any explanation. This was frustrating because I lost all my streaks and memories. I decided to create a new account, but it was immediately locked when I attempted to log in. Despite reviewing possible reasons for this issue, I can't identify anything that I might have done to cause it. These memories are crucial for a case I am contemplating against my abusive ex, whom I suffered under for three years. Additionally, the account holds precious pictures of a deceased sibling from childhood to adulthood. My entire youth is encapsulated in those images, and I am simply seeking a way to access them again.

Hello, I need help unlocking my Snapchat account that has been locked since July 31st. I believe it may have been due to some actions my brother showed me before it got locked. Despite trying the Snapchat support service, I've only received automated responses. When attempting to unlock my account by following the instructions provided, I keep getting the message that my account is permanently locked after waiting for the specified time. Recently, I also checked different IP addresses I received through email notifications, suspecting a hacking issue, but they didn’t match my current IP. Now, I'm waiting another day or two for another attempt at unlocking my account, but I fear it will end up in the same result. I’m frustrated as I have precious photos spanning 4-5 years on the app that I may lose. At this point, I feel like I’ve exhausted all options. After reviewing the possible reasons on the website, I am confused as I did not violate any terms such as using third-party apps, excessive friend requests, not verifying my email or phone number, spamming, or sending unsolicited messages. I take pride in being a loyal Snapchat user and always adhering to the terms of service. I am genuinely unaware of any violation on my part. I am experiencing issues with my Snapchat account since my phone, linked to my Snapchat, is broken. Unfortunately, the phone number associated with it has been reassigned, making it impossible for me to receive the code to reset my forgotten password. Around the 26th of July, I encountered an issue with my Snapchat account. After being signed out, I attempted to log back in but faced difficulties with the two-factor authentication and recovery code. A few weeks ago, I found myself locked out of my account. I am unsure if it was due to a hacking incident or because of Snapchat having issues that day. Since being locked out, it now states that my account is compromised. I don't recall setting up a recovery code, which concerns me. Hello Snapchat Support, I wanted to report that my cousin's account was hacked while we were in a group chat sharing family photos. Unfortunately, we didn't realize the account was compromised. The hacker not only stole our pictures but also threatened to publish them along with inappropriate images. Furthermore, they created a story with our photos and a message encouraging others to share them. I am reaching out in hopes that you can address this issue promptly and take appropriate action against the hacker for their invasive behavior. Hello Snap team, About two weeks ago, I accidentally created a new account (chiarastorey67) with the same phone number as my old account (chiara623). When I attempted to log back into my old account, it showed a message saying, "we could not find matching credentials." Despite trying to reset the password using my phone number, it only changed the password for my new account (chiarastorey67). Unfortunately, I can't access my email that was linked to the account. Following the instructions on your website, I changed the phone number linked to my old account to my dad's number for the new account. However, now it prompts me that the new number is not the one previously verified. Since I can't use the email associated with my old account anymore, I'm stuck. Approximately two years ago, I officially changed my first name at the city hall. I debated whether to keep my old account with my previous name or create a new one with my current name. After careful consideration, I chose to create a new account. However, I have encountered numerous issues in the process. Initially, I attempted to create a new account on Monday, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. To my surprise, the following morning, Snapchat had inexplicably locked my new account. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts to unlock it, I ultimately decided to delete the locked account and start over. I repeated the process, successfully creating a new account, but to my dismay, Snapchat had once again locked it by the next morning. I am perplexed as to why this keeps happening, as I have not engaged in any suspicious activities with my account. I even reviewed Snapchat's guidelines for locked accounts and found that I have not violated any of the rules. The constant cycle of creating a new account only to have it locked overnight is taking a toll on my mental well-being.
