During my recent trip to Budapest, I encountered a major issue as the airport staff seemed unaware of the immigration procedures for Jordan. I was nearly late for my flight, but fortunately, airport personnel contacted your customer service center, which assisted me. The crux of the matter was their insistence that I required a Jordan Pass, disregarding my explanations. Therefore, I kindly request an email clarification stating that as a Serbian resident, I do not need a Jordan Pass for travel but can obtain a visa upon arrival. I wish to have this confirmation on hand in case of any future difficulties. Thank you. Best regards, VS

My daughter recently secured a position as a flight attendant with Ryanair. She provided all necessary references in January [redacted] and commenced training on Tuesday, January 31st. After successfully completing 5 weeks of training and exams, she was informed by HR at Crewlink, the recruiting agency, that her references had gaps, resulting in her removal from the course just two days before receiving her wings. Despite attempting to address the issue with Maria from HR at Crewlink, communication ceased. It is disappointing that the reference check was not done prior to the training. The lack of organization and failure to take responsibility by HR at Crewlink is unacceptable. The trainee had to cover expenses for uniforms, shoes, medical checks, parking fees, and scheduling, which should have been addressed before training began. This unfortunate situation has left one trainee in distress. How can this issue be resolved?

I have repeatedly provided all the necessary details via email and phone numerous times since June, which was 9 months ago. On the day we were left stranded, risking missing our flight, the service provided by PlusAirportLines was utterly disappointing. We had to shell out [redacted] euros on taxi fares as the shuttle bus, advertised by Ryanair, never arrived. Despite our attempts to contact them, they were unhelpful and left us with no choice but to arrange alternative transport. Even though Ryanair redirected us to PlusAirportLine for resolution, my bank confirmed the payment was made to Ryanair. I find it frustrating to still be addressing this issue so long after the incident occurred.

I made a reservation for a flight to Milan on March 17 with the return on the 20th. Unfortunately, the March 17 flight was canceled, so I no longer need the return. I attempted to request a refund through the website, but it seems they only offer refunds for cancellations or in case of illness or death. I tried calling twice and waited for 40 minutes each time without getting through to anyone. Since there is no email option available, how can I reach them? I do not utilize Twitter, and the chat bot was unhelpful.

Our flight was cancelled last Friday night, March 10th. Consequently, we spent the night in wheelchairs at the airport. We had a hotel reservation in Bristol that needs to be refunded, along with our food expenses at Dublin Airport. Despite being informed we would be provided with accommodation, we were later advised at 2am to find a place on our own. Unfortunately, all options were fully booked. This ordeal has been extremely distressing for us. We are both aged 79 and nearly 80 years old. Is there a way to speak with a customer service representative directly regarding this matter? - Donald and Ethel Woodhouse

I noticed that my surname is misspelled on my flight ticket with two letters mixed up. Unfortunately, we only noticed this mistake after printing the boarding pass. I am flying with Ryanair tomorrow on the 19th of March [redacted] at 11:45 from Cologne/Bonn airport to London Stansted. The same issue is present for my return flight next Saturday with my surname misspelled. The correct spelling should be Wiltrud Christine Gruenebaum instead of Grunebaum. My seat number is 09B, and the boarding pass is under P/C7-538V for the flight FR2818 from CGN to STN. Thank you for your help.

On Saturday, March 18th in the early morning, I mistakenly purchased two flights for the same route just a day apart. Despite it being late at night, I called Ryanair and was initially told I could receive a refund and rebook the flight since I contacted them within 24 hours. However, when transferred to another representative, they denied this option. I had been charged twice for the same flight within three weeks, and while I understand mistakes can happen, I feel this issue was mishandled. I urge Ryanair to review this situation and honor the refund that was originally promised. I will provide my flight details once I hear back. Thank you. - Mrs. Tina C.

I am writing to inquire about the procedure for transporting human samples in checked luggage on our frequent trips from Malta to Barcelona. We travel twice a week, on Mondays via Vueling and Wednesdays via Ryanair, each with two checked bags (potentially 3 pieces for one person). These bags contain blood and tissue fluids for medical purposes with documentation from Mater Dei hospital in Malta. Last week, we were informed by Vueling at check-in that we need to notify the airline in advance. Do we need to provide the documentation before every flight or can we simply present it at check-in on the day of travel? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, my booking reference number is EG9YJG. I wanted to amend my journey from London - Billund to Lyon - Billund due to an issue with Easyjet not allowing me to board the Lyon - London flight. Consequently, my London - Lyon flight is at 1:30 PM at Stansted, where I cannot be present. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in changing my itinerary to pass through Spain or another European country as I have an important conference in Aarhus. I appreciate your understanding. Please accept my best regards. Sincerely, Mme Lombo Lituka Aimée.

Hello, it has been three months since I experienced one of the worst flying incidents in my life. I was left stranded in Tenerife because Ryanair failed to inform us that our flight was canceled. After waiting two days, spending approximately six hours on hold multiple times, and finding no staff at the airport, they acknowledged that I am entitled to compensation. They have reached out to me via email four times requesting my bank details. I have provided my complete bank information each time, but I have yet to see any progress.

During the COVID situation, our holiday organized by Alpharooms got cancelled, and it included a package deal with flights through Ryanair. After being informed via email that we would receive a credit note, Alpharooms went into receivership, despite being insured. Despite exchanging several emails, we have not received any credit notes or payments. We had paid nearly €[redacted] for packages for two families. I am hoping for assistance, particularly from Ryanair, regarding the credit note from the airline. Thank you, Martina

I have lost my suitcase and I am very upset. I filled out everything, and then everything was gone. My flight was from Frankfurt/Hahn to Alicante on 27.03.[redacted], Flight P8YRYR at 6:00 PM. Reference number from the report: ALCFR13967. My suitcase, including its contents, was worth approximately €[redacted]. The lady at the counter in Alicante also documented everything. I am waiting for your response, please in German. I am on a vacation for 2.5 weeks and my suitcase is missing. I expect prompt information on how you plan to handle this. I do not want a vacation with stress. Regards, B.W.

On Sunday, March 26, [redacted], I arrived at Newquay Airport in Cornwall for my Ryanair flight to Stansted Airport. Despite having my ticket, boarding pass, and luggage pre-paid and seat reserved, I was asked to pay 55 pounds for a boarding pass at the counter around 8am for Flight RK9227 departing at 9:50 am. The attendant made an error, rushed the process, and later apologized. However, I am now seeking a refund for the duplicate payment. I have attached copies of my full ticket and the 55-pound payment receipt made by my sister, I.G. Eva. The credit card transaction is pending, as confirmed by Barclaycard, so please refrain from charging it again. If already charged, I request an immediate refund. The original booking was completed, confirmed, and paid for on March 15, [redacted]. Thank you, Susanne Hudson.

Subject: Certificate Request for Flight Cancellation Dear Concerned Party, I, Oksana Kaspruk, had travel plans with my son Artemii Kaspruk for flights on 28/3/23 from Malta to Venice and then to Tallinn, with return flights on 01/04/23 from Tallinn to Stockholm and on 02/04/23 from Stockholm to Malta, all with Ryanair. Unfortunately, due to a right humerus fracture on 25/3/23, I was unable to check in for the flights. As your policy does not allow for refunds on flight cancellations, I kindly request a certificate from Ryanair confirming this for my travel insurance claim. Your prompt assistance in issuing this certificate is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Warm regards, Oksana Kaspruk

Hello, our case reference number is MKK87B. This pertains to the cancelled flight from Krakow to Edinburgh on the 20th of October last year. The flight was cancelled at the airport late at night. We were at the airport all night and had to pay for two separate flights home out of our own pocket, as well as food expenses. Despite your refusals to pay us compensation and expenses, a third-party company managed to retrieve the compensation from you ([redacted] euros per person). However, we have not yet received our expenses, which total almost £[redacted], including new flights and food at the airport.

There were six of us on the flight from Faro, Portugal, to Bristol, UK at around 14:20 yesterday, March 31, [redacted]. My mother-in-law checked us in this morning at 9 am, and the app confirmed all of us were checked in. However, upon arrival at the airport, we were informed that only one person was checked in. We were then asked to pay 55 Euros each for printed boarding passes. The app issues we encountered seem to be a recurring problem based on our recent research. The staff at both the check-in desk and customer service (specifically Carlos in Faro, Portugal) were extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite being in the aviation industry myself, I found the treatment we received from Ryanair's employees unacceptable and believe they should improve their customer service. This experience has left us feeling very dissatisfied with Ryanair.

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well! I recently bought a ticket on April 19th to travel from Dublin to Hamburg for my Master's Thesis update, but mistakenly selected Dublin as my destination from Hamburg instead. I noticed your policy allows for minor changes within 24 hours without a fee, including swapping outbound/destination airports on the same day without extra luggage. Could this adjustment be done without the €45 charge, considering my tight budget post my brother's birthday? I appreciate any guidance and assistance you can provide. Thank you and best regards, Duillean O'Sullivan.

Hello, I am Lucian Negrila, a customer of Ryanair Airlines. I experienced an issue when I was misled about the flight time of FR5100 on April 6th. Despite being informed about a schedule change that did not occur, I was unable to drop off my luggage at the check-in counter and had to leave it at the gate, resulting in a charge of [redacted].98 euros. I would appreciate guidance on how to secure a refund and the appropriate destination for submitting the necessary information (such as the email received and receipt). Thank you.

On April 3, my partner and I were scheduled to travel to Malaga from Luxembourg with booking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Our flights were supposed to be FR7278 to Marseille and then FR7776 from Marseille to Malaga. Unfortunately, the Luxembourg-Marseille flight was canceled, and we had to purchase expensive one-way flights directly to Malaga with LUXAIR since Ryanair did not provide us with a suitable alternative. I had already paid for return flights and a week of hotel accommodation in Spain, which I could not recover. I am aware that Ryanair covered the LUXAIR flight costs for other passengers, but I believe I am entitled to compensation for the additional expenses I had to incur. Thank you. Daniele LINGUA
