I have already contacted Source Rugby official customer service regarding Order reference RS[redacted]8 placed online on 9/9/[redacted]. It was a personalized birthday gift dispatched on 12/9 to Madonna delle Grazie 54/A, Termoli, Italy. Unfortunately, the item has not arrived yet. I chose standard shipping trusting Royal Mail with delivery for about £9. I made the purchase well in advance of the birthday, so the delay is disappointing. Without clarity on the status, I may have to reconsider using Royal Mail in the future due to this situation. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - T. I sent a jacket to Daryl Baker at 14 Redvers Way, Tiverton, Devon, EX166XL on the 27th of September, [redacted]. It was shipped from Geneva Road Post Office in Darlington using 2nd class signed for. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the receipt for the shipment and the buyer keeps requesting the tracking number. As a result, he doubts that the jacket was sent. To address this issue, I have agreed to refund him £75 and reduce the price of the jacket once it arrives. However, as of yesterday, the jacket has not been delivered, and I am concerned. My sister sent me a birthday card on August 21, [redacted], for my birthday on August 24, [redacted]. On September 19 (26 days later), I received a notice in my mailbox stating that a piece of mail with insufficient postage was being held at the sorting office for me to pick up. I paid £1.50 to collect my card. As a retired sub postmaster, I was puzzled by the charge and visited my local post office, where they confirmed the postage was adequate. Despite this, I had to return to the sorting office the next day and request a receipt. Finally, on September 25, [redacted], I received the card with the fine removed, stamped by Revenue Protection. I am seeking an explanation for why I was charged and a refund for the payment I made to pick up my card, which arrived 32 days late.

I placed an order for a piece of jewelry on the Midnight City website and opted for expedited delivery within 3-5 days, paying an extra fee for this service. However, it has now been 7 days and I am yet to receive my order. I provided my address in the UAE and my contact number but have not received any communication from the delivery service. The tracking number provided by Royal Mail is RV[redacted]92GB. My address is 18 Al Asayel Street, Al Quoz 1, Baan Dusit Accommodation, and my contact number is +[redacted]54. I am eager to receive my delivery as soon as possible.

Two parcels from different senders in Peru have gone missing. One sender has had multiple instances of missing parcels in the UK. The parcels each contain a small quantity of traditional Peruvian tobacco for personal use. It is possible the parcels are held at customs awaiting a fee. I am willing to pay the fee but have not been notified. If any documentation is required, the senders (registered businesses in Peru) can provide it. I request that Royal Mail investigate why the parcels left Lima but did not arrive at Heathrow. I would like to receive the parcels. Thank you. Igor. [redacted]

Hello, I placed an order with Prestige Flowers for a delivery to a very ill friend today. I ordered the flowers at 5:00 pm yesterday as they promised guaranteed delivery the next day if the order was placed before 10:00 pm, which I did. However, after checking Royal Mail's email, it seems the flowers are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I specifically needed them delivered today as the family won't be home tomorrow or over the weekend. I am concerned leaving flowers outside for that long could damage them. Recently in Bournemouth, a Royal Mail employee used a sharp knife to open a post meant for a child. It appears they were possibly expecting a gift card or bank card, but it turned out to be Sainsbury's hero stickers. This breach of trust is unacceptable and an investigation, disciplinary action, and compensation are warranted. The letter was sent by grandparents to encourage traditional values of letter writing, but the child couldn't even open it due to the tampering. Such behavior undermines trust in postal services and sets a negative example. Action should be taken by Royal Mail and the police to hold those responsible accountable for their actions.

Good morning, I was scheduled to receive my parcel on Monday, October 7, [redacted], between 09:43 am and 12:43 pm with tracking number FN[redacted]35GB. However, I cannot be available until after 2:30 pm due to work. The parcel requires a signature, and I urgently need it as I will be leaving for holiday on Wednesday. I selected tracked 24 for my item, but unfortunately, I did not receive a tracking number despite having a unique order number. The delivery office where I sent the package does not provide receipts, making it impossible for me to track this important item. When attempting to contact customer service, the long wait time of over 40 minutes ended with being disconnected. I urgently need Royal Mail to reach out to me to provide a tracking number and confirm the delivery status of my package.

I received a text last Friday, October 4th, stating my parcel would be delivered today, October 5th, between 9:26 and 11:26. It's already 5:15 PM, and my parcel has not arrived. I have not received any updates on its delivery status nor found a postcard indicating an attempted delivery. I am confused and disappointed as the parcel is valuable and important to me. I urgently need information on its whereabouts and the reason for the delay. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Royal Mail and seek a resolution to this issue regarding my missing parcel.

Hello, I am seeking information regarding an item I shipped two months ago. The item was dispatched from GIBRALTAR through Royal Gibraltar to be delivered to SLOVAKIA in mid-August. According to the tracking number RT[redacted]16GI on the Royal Mail website, delivery was unsuccessful, leading to the item being returned to the sender. The return address on the envelope is in SPAIN, and it contains an essential document that I urgently require. However, I am encountering difficulties in determining its current whereabouts. The latest update on the website states "Monday 09 September - 08:19pm - Item Received." Unfortunately, this status has not been updated for nearly a month. I have a tracked item with the item number LP[redacted]85GB. The current status is "In Transit" with the latest update on October 1st stating it's leaving the UK. The message indicates to look on the delivery partner's website for more information, but when I check Israel Post's site with the same item number, it shows no details. I'm curious if this means the item has been handed over to Israel Post for delivery. If so, is there an alternative item number I should use on Israel Post's website? If not yet delivered, I'd like to know the expected timeframe for it to reach Israel Post.

Dear Christine Reidy, Good afternoon, on September 25th, I sent three large letters from Mill Hill post office in Blackburn, all signed for as 2nd class. Two were successfully received and signed for, but unfortunately, one is still outstanding. The tracking number for the missing letter is WM[redacted]83GB. I urgently request to have this letter returned to me as it contains sensitive information. In case delivery was attempted but unsuccessful due to the recipient not being available, kindly remove the signed for sticker and deliver it to 5 Wraywood Court, Fleetwood, FY78RG for recipient K. I am inquiring about a parcel shipped from China on 29th September. The tracking information shows it arrived at my workplace on 5th October; however, I have yet to receive it. I have encountered issues submitting a complaint through the usual online channels due to submission errors. I am seeking assistance to ensure my feedback reaches the appropriate recipient. Today, on 08/10/19, a postman in a van visited my location and made a non-delivery before delivering a package. The postman made offensive remarks such as "You'll know what's in there" and "Enjoy," which greatly upset me as the package contained personal items of a recently deceased friend. I believe disciplinary action should be considered for this inappropriate behavior as delivery services should be conducted with respect and professionalism. I was anticipating a delivery from Elsie's Attic on Monday, October 7th. I received an email stating it was delivered with reference KT[redacted]91GB. However, I haven't received the item, it wasn't left with a neighbor, and there was no delivery card left. Hello, I am inquiring about the status of item ref: KS6[redacted] 7GB. According to the tracking system, it was undeliverable on 19-09-[redacted] and is supposed to be forwarded to the National Returns Centre. We have not received any updates or instructions on how to proceed with the delivery. It has been 20 days and the item has not reached the recipient nor been returned to us.
