Hello Roblox, I am writing to appeal a ban that I believe was unfair. During a chat with a homophobic user, I mentioned some offensive terms like "slur" and "lgbtq," and discussed sexuality and religion. I clarified that I am part of the LGBTQ+ community myself. The ban cited multiple offensive items, including profanity and discussing LGBTQ+ topics. I acknowledge using strong language, but it was in response to the homophobic user pushing his beliefs on me. I regret not choosing my words more carefully, particularly while mentioning "slur" and "fellow lgbtq." I feel the ban was unjust since I was standing up for LGBTQ+ rights. My username is MozdaSaraMozdaNe, and I request a review of the ban. I believe a warning would have sufficed. I believe the other user, CroManEr2, should have been banned instead for promoting hate. I argued against his use of a derogatory term in Croatian and defended LGBTQ+ rights, considering myself a part of the community. I also criticized his views on sexuality and religion, which led to me being banned for profanity. I acknowledge that my language could have been more appropriate, but I feel my intentions were misunderstood. I was attempting to educate the other user, not to offend. The hacked accounts are: Kylielol224, aubreyw225, klol224, pricessskylie2014, QueenKyky2014, princesslovelygalay, princessbloomfired, princessbloomflamed, kylielovesWinxYt, kylieThewinxfan_2014. I never personally purchased Robux on them; I used a Robux card. For the kylieThewinxfan_2014 account, it had my old email [redacted] I would like to update the email to [redacted] on all the accounts. Please help me recover my accounts. Hello, I am the owner of the "thebestsoftballgirl2" Roblox account. I was logged out of my account and told my password was incorrect, despite being certain it was correct. I attempted to reset my password but did not receive any emails after multiple attempts. Even when my cousin tried to help, we still did not receive any emails. Unfortunately, I did not provide a phone number during registration. This account has been mine since [redacted], with a significant investment of both money and time. I have accumulated a lot of progress, games, and outfits that I am worried about losing. This situation is very stressful, and I am hoping for assistance to resolve it.

Hello, I am the owner of the account thebestsoftballgirl2. I was logged out of my Roblox account and it keeps telling me my password is incorrect, even though I know it's correct. I tried the Forgot Username or Password option multiple times and even requested emails that never arrived. My cousin also attempted to log in without success. I've had this account since [redacted] and have invested a lot of money, time, and effort into it. I have valuable progress, games, and outfits that I don't want to lose. I didn't register with my phone number initially but have since made a purchase for Robux which could be used as verification. I believe Roblox should consider allowing users to provide proof through in-game photos and offer phone call or email support for password resets. I hope they can assist me in resolving this issue soon.

While on Traderie, someone asked me to add them on Discord. After doing so, they sent me a link related to Roblox. I clicked on it, logged in, but was promptly kicked out of my account. I've attempted to log back in without success. When trying to reset my password via email, I'm not receiving any reset instructions. My account has two-step verification, so I'm unsure how the hacker bypassed it. I'm very worried; I've invested considerable money and time into that account playing various games.

I recently added a PIN to my account for security reasons and left it that way. I wanted to change my game settings to allow everyone to join, so I tried to modify it but couldn't remember the PIN. I contacted support to remove the PIN and provide me with a new one. They responded by removing my associated email from the account, stating they couldn't verify ownership. Now, I am unable to log back in. I reached out to them via phone with no success. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

While playing Muscle Simulator on Roblox, I encountered a situation where I felt the need to defend my cousin from another player who was taunting us. Due to my struggles with anger issues, I asked the player to stop with an accidentally selected swearing option, leading to a report against me. Shortly after, my account was launched while playing Kitty with my cousin, causing me to fear losing all my progress, items, and currency bought with Robux. Upon agreeing to the terms of agreement to regain access to my account, I found that my profile was reset. I am deeply sorry for any mistakes and desperate to have my account restored. My username is xxiScarlett2, and I plead for the chance to rectify any errors and have my account reinstated.

What happened, in detail. I was playing when I wanted to buy an item in the Catalog. I went to the Catalog and saw that I didn't have enough Robux, even though I knew I had [redacted] Robux left. I thought it might be a bug, so I checked my Robux and saw I had 0 Robux, which made me wonder if I was suspended. I waited until the next day, still trying to find ways to solve my issue, but I still had 0 Robux. That's when I contacted you because I thought you had taken away my Robux. I contacted Roblox multiple times a day with the same problem, but received only automated responses. I then checked my Roblox page, clicked on my 0 Robux, and looked at my transaction history. That's when I saw that I was either hacked or someone used a cheat code on my account to transfer my Robux to a game called "donate ssssssssssss" by @Ysulia4f, priced at [redacted] Robux. The password was updated on August 15, [redacted]. I noticed that [redacted] of my Robux were spent on this game on 08/19/21 at 18:28, an purchase I never made. I changed my password as a precaution. If you can assist me in recovering them, that would be great!

My son’s account was deleted after being reported for "bullying." In reality, my son only called the other player “bad” once in a teasing manner as a reaction to the game situation. The other child threatened to report my son if he didn’t complete an in-game event, but still reported him. The conversation log proves that my son was not bullying and that the other child was attempting to blackmail him. Additionally, my son’s username, Stupid_Fatty08, was considered inappropriate, although he intended it to be self-deprecating rather than offensive. He is eager to change the name and pay any necessary fees. Despite multiple attempts to appeal the account deletion and apologize, there has been no response. He has spent over £[redacted] on in-game items and feels unjustly treated. We are seeking for his account to be reinstated along with the purchased items, and he is willing to change his username.

Last night, I tried to buy [redacted] Robux, but encountered a problem with Xsolla asking for a complex verification that led me to close the tabs. Despite not completing the transaction, my card was charged for the purchase. I paid 6.99 AUD for the Robux and did not receive them. I need assistance with a situation regarding my girlfriend's online gaming account. She shared her password with me to play on her behalf. However, I fell asleep without logging out of her account. Unfortunately, my jealous stepsister accessed my phone, transferred everything from my account to my girlfriend's, and changed her email and password. The next day, they left for Turkey after vacationing in Germany. Upon discovering this, I was devastated as all my belongings along with my girlfriend's account were gone. Despite our efforts, we couldn't retrieve the account. My girlfriend even involved her parents, who are concerned as her father annually spends a significant amount on the game. She accessed my phone, transferred everything to my girlfriend's account, changed the email and password, and then they left for Turkey. My daughter has been using Roblox for around a year and a half to two years. She is 9 years old and, upon a suggestion by my spouse, set up her account with a false birthday, which we now cannot recall. She used to play with three friends, occasionally logging into each other's accounts, until one friend requested they stick to their own accounts. In changing her password, my daughter is now unable to access her account. She did not provide an email when creating her account initially and did not link it to a Facebook account. Consequently, she is completely locked out of her account, which she has invested a significant amount of money into. We have her username, former password, and the new password she set if that information helps in resolving this issue.

When I try to log into my alternate account, jaceybooo, I keep receiving a "Security Notification" message from Roblox saying my password has been reset for account safety. The message instructs me to input my email or phone number to regain access, but I don't have an email linked to that account. I am unable to proceed with the email submission step as I don't have an email to provide. I need help resolving this issue with my account.

My account "scarz9ine" was recently scammed by a user named "drumstickchickenknee." He messaged me about trading my Blizzard Beast Mode for his Red Beast Mode. Initially, he asked me to verify if my limited items were clean or poisoned. I agreed, and he directed me to the official Roblox API site to check the status of the items by entering their IDs. Upon logging into my Roblox account, I discovered that my Black Iron Horns with serial number [redacted] and Blizzard Beast Mode with serial number [redacted] were missing and stolen. He deceived me under the guise of checking the cleanliness of my limited items, resulting in my unwittingly being scammed. I had invested all my available funds into this account, and I would greatly appreciate it if Roblox could intervene and address this issue.
