Dear Roblox, I am writing to address the banning of my account and those of my colleagues. We were unjustly banned for defending human rights after experiencing homophobic and racist behavior from two players. It is disappointing that instead of addressing the inappropriate actions of these players, our accounts were banned. This decision not only affects me but also reflects poorly on Roblox as a whole. My friends share my disappointment in Roblox's response. I urge you to reconsider and unban the accounts of Hollywoodundead7011 and willxw1, which hold valuable Robux. Failure to do so may result in further action. I hope for a swift resolution to this issue. Thank you.

Recently, a user named HiTherGoku offered to share his password and claimed to have 6 thousand robux, requesting mine in return. After exchanging passwords, he abruptly changed mine and locked me out of all my Google and Roblox accounts on all devices. I realized too late that I fell victim to a scam after he unfriended me and left the game. Despite trying to contact him through different accounts, I was met with the same response and got unfriended. I currently cannot access my account, Gogeta (4LHT1) and Vegito (Invaze_Mobile2329), and noticed that he altered the appearance of my avatar. It seems like he may continue to unfriend those who interact with him. This situation has left me without my friends and feeling upset.

I have encountered issues recovering my account, as I haven't accessed it recently. Upon attempting to log in, the system prompted me to reset my password. Even though I recall my old password and can provide it, obtaining the reset code seems impossible. Despite attempting various methods such as my email, phone number, my parents' contact details, and previous emails, none have resulted in receiving the reset code. I am certain that one of these contact methods is associated with my account, but I am still unable to receive the code. Despite reaching out to Roblox support multiple times, I haven't made any progress. I am hesitant to create a new account due to the significant investment I have made into this one. I am willing to provide any necessary information to confirm my ownership of the account.

I bought a $40 Roblox Gift Card for my grandson, Jordan. Despite showing as a credit in his account, he couldn't utilize it. Suspecting an issue with the first card, I purchased another $40 gift card, leading to a total of $80 credit that remains inaccessible. I clicked on a link to befriend someone on Adopt Me, but I got logged out of my account after trying to friend them for a pet. I asked a friend to check on my account and found out it was hacked by the person I was trying to befriend, who was attempting to take my pets. I quickly logged in with another account, found the hacker, and saw that they were inactive. I want my account back, change my password, and make sure the hacker cannot access my account anymore. My username is LILDragonplayer.

Hi, I need assistance. My account was hacked again despite having a pin, 2-Step Verification, and changing my password. The user akane3113 accessed my account unauthorized to obtain Robux by purchasing game passes without my permission. The game passes in question are for Chrysandthemum, Desert, and Lighthouse. I suspect the hacker has 8,[redacted] Robux in their account, including possible transactions. This incident echoes a previous hack on 05/05/21 where purchases were made for a group called "Friends $ and blacks haters" and a shirt with code 0ethtgig3oo41. Subsequently, funds were moved to an account named tatalalameimeifrend. I have evidence linking accounts akane3113 and tatalalameimeifrend, indicating they are operated by the same individual. By using a tool called "Friend Checker" by MuneebParwazMP, I discovered both accounts share the Central Daylight Timezone. This timezone is specific to Winnipeg, Canada | Monterrey, Mexico | Menominee, United States. Your attention to this matter and support in recovering my lost Robux (8,[redacted] total, [redacted] in this instance) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I connected with a player on the Roblox game "Rate your avatar", through Discord, and when I returned home from work, I noticed that my Roblox account was restricted, with all my recently purchased Robux drained. This occurred after connecting with the individual from the game, "Syb". I am quite upset about this situation as I value playing the game and spending the money I put into it. Unfortunately, the player has placed a pin on my account and has access to my password. I am unable to make any changes due to this pin, preventing me from playing or taking any corrective actions. I also have an alternate email ([redacted]) if needed for communication. I am kindly requesting the return of the removed Robux and regaining access to my account. Thank you.

I have been trying to get my account restored for the past week on Roblox. They mentioned it's a one-time exception, but they haven't considered that I was scammed and lost over [redacted],[redacted] Robux, equivalent to more than $1,[redacted]. While I understand they can't reimburse the full amount, they could restore my lost items. I may have to escalate this with a complaint if no further action is taken. I find it unjust to only be offered a one-time restoration, especially considering I use security measures like 2-Factor Authentication, yet my browser information and cookies were compromised. It feels unfair not to receive a restoration when I did not willingly engage in any unauthorized activity.

Dear Roblox employee, I recently received a warning (under the account of JazzyEric12345) for using the phrase "lik 5 dudes in 1 kamer," which translates to "like 5 dudes in 1 room" in Dutch or Flemish. The context was a reference to eliminating 5 players in one room in the game "Murder Mystery 2." However, I was flagged for adult content, which is inaccurate. While I understand the need for strict chat filtering on Roblox, I believe it might be overly strict at times. Even basic Dutch words are being censored, possibly due to their meanings in other languages. It's frustrating to feel compelled to speak English to avoid censorship when conversing in Dutch. I appreciate the necessity for these measures but suggest improving the language recognition system to avoid banning common Dutch words unnecessarily. I purchased two Roblox gift cards totaling $50 yesterday. I correctly entered the pin numbers, but after confirming, I did not receive the Robux as expected. It seems the Robux might have gone to the "premium" section by mistake. Is it possible to transfer the premium Robux to regular Robux so I can customize my avatar? I bought two $25 gift cards, so I was supposed to receive a total of 4,[redacted] Robux. I did not intentionally select the premium option; it seems to have been a mistake. I have been eagerly anticipating getting Robux for a while now and this situation is disappointing. I hope there is a way to convert the premium currency to regular Robux. I believe there's been a misunderstanding. A friend and I, "griffiths_j," were playing a speed run with players named Bartholomew, Gemini, Remorse, and Sh3wty. They started making rude and racist remarks, including falsely accusing me of being racist, which led to me defending myself by mentioning that my friend Josh is gay (he gave me permission to say this). This led to me being banned for "harassment," which I believe is unjust. They further harassed us on Discord by sending inappropriate content after we tried to leave the group. I believe the ban should be lifted as I was simply trying to protect my friend and not harass him. It's important to address the real issue of harassment from the other players involved.

I am currently experiencing an issue with logging back into my account (username: livi012008) on a different device, my phone. Despite knowing my correct password and username, the system is stating they are incorrect. Additionally, there is another account logged into the Roblox app on my phone which might be causing the problem. I believe resetting my password could resolve the issue, as I have encountered a similar situation with a previous account. In the past, I requested assistance and received an email with a "New Password" link which I had to verify. I kindly request a similar email to be sent promptly, preferably by tonight or tomorrow morning, as this account is crucial to me.

Hello, I participated in a Roblox game called Royal High created by callmehbob last year. During a trade, another player offered me free items but needed access to my account, so I shared my password. Sadly, I don't recall her username. She instructed me to leave the game, refresh the page, and rejoin. Upon following her advice, I found myself locked out of my account as my password no longer worked, indicating she must have changed it. Feeling devastated by my mistake, my original account, UNICORN7878J, was compromised in this incident. I have since created a new account, D_1EZ, which I currently use. The hacker changed the backup email and added a four-digit pin, preventing us from accessing the account. The person responsible is king_Nebar. I've learned from Roblox forums about a one-time account restoration, and I kindly request your assistance in restoring her account. Hello, unfortunately, my account has been hacked for the third time. I was helping my family and when I tried to play Roblox, everything was in Chinese, and my password and username were changed. My Roblox username at the time was Csbpfg and the password was Rosca12a. I've invested a lot of time into a game called Shindo Life, so any help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. My account has been hacked for the third time. I lost my accounts named Skyblox1976 and iiSimplyADiamond. In the game Adopt Me, I lost pets and 7,[redacted] Robux. I would appreciate it if my Robux and Skyblox1976 account could be returned. I understand it may be challenging to recover the lost pets in Adopt Me. I have been attempting to reach out to human support via the provided USA number for Roblox customer service without success. I am looking to discuss the possibility of appealing my daughter's account on Roblox. My daughter was incorrectly accused of online bullying, where I witnessed the conversation and observed the other party discriminating against my daughter and her friends based on gender and age, while also making threats and sharing personal, age-inappropriate information. After blocking and reporting the individual, I am urging for my daughter's account to be reinstated promptly. I have made multiple ROBUX purchases on her account; therefore, I kindly request the account reactivation or a full refund of the expenditures made.

While playing Rag Doll Heaven, a player approached me offering Robux. I agreed and friended them. They asked me to join their game, and during gameplay, they requested my username and password for 10,[redacted] Robux. I entered the details and later found out my login was incorrect.
