I have only made premium purchases on my account since October, and recently I was banned for unauthorized charges. It's frustrating that this happened as the charges were a result of my mom's credit card being hacked. Even though she reported the fraudulent activity, my account was still banned by roblox. My mom and I are eager to resolve this matter by providing the necessary information to reinstate my account. I have been receiving automated responses to my emails, stating that my account will not be reopened. I was about to call my friend to play Roblox when the page asked me to log in. After entering my details, it said my account was in use and my friend informed me someone was using my old account. We both tried to track down the hacker and reported them. It's been two months since my account got hacked, but I've made good progress on a new one. A friend suggested I contact Roblox, so I'm considering it. Can you help me retrieve my old account?

Hello, My daughter has been using a Roblox account under the name LunaBunnyBunBun for about a year now. We were not aware that there were any issues with this name, as Roblox allowed her to choose it initially. Today, we were shocked to find out that her account had been terminated due to the name being deemed problematic. This is extremely upsetting as our family has invested a significant amount of money into this account, and it is especially distressing for my daughter who is recovering from surgery and relied on this account for entertainment. We are requesting for the account to be reinstated and for the opportunity to change the name free of charge, considering Roblox initially approved it. Additionally, we hope that all the items we have purchased for the account will be restored. We are disappointed with the sudden termination of the account, as the name was not meant to be offensive but rather a tribute to our pet rabbit.

I recently received a message on Discord claiming that I had won a pet in the Roblox game Adopt Me from an account named Adopt Me. The message congratulated me on winning a Mega Frost Dragon and provided a link to a VIP server to claim the prize. After clicking the link and entering my login details, I realized it was a scam when I couldn't access the game and later found out my password was changed. It seems the sender of the message was trying to steal my account.

I've been away from Roblox for a while due to life being so busy. I noticed a friend online and wanted to join them, but I couldn't log in. Despite trying to reset my password, I never receive the email. I reached out to Roblox support but received a vague response stating they couldn't verify my ownership without explaining further or attempting to verify me. I really just want my account back. In the meantime, I hope for clearer communication with the support team and management. Every staff member I talk to gives the same unhelpful response. Thank you for your time and have a great day.

Four of my games were wrongly moderated on Roblox. It has been over two weeks, and I am still waiting to hear back from Roblox support. The moderation note claimed my games were manipulating the purchase system, which is not true as there have been no complaints about accidental purchases in my games. I am willing to make any necessary changes, but I need clarification on what the issue is. I hope to resolve this soon as I am losing Robux and players during this time. My Roblox account, TwistedSolitude, was hacked by someone using cookie logging under the username Andyify. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times to change the account email, the email provided, [redacted], did not allow us to receive the password reset link due to issues with AOL. We’ve encountered similar complaints regarding this problem with AOL on the Roblox developer forum. Despite hours of contacting customer support, they have been unhelpful in changing the email to [redacted] to enable me to reset my password. Due to the compromised status of my account, I am unable to log in to make the email change myself. Customer support has stopped assisting me, leaving my valuable account in a frustrating situation. I have worked on this platform for 5 years, earning $[redacted] worth of Robux with an expected $2,[redacted] more before this incident. The lack of support is disappointing given my long-time investment in this account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Account Name: MaxTheFluf I am writing on behalf of my daughter, who plays Adopt Me and has saved up for the Ocean Egg update eagerly. She recently purchased 55 ocean eggs and hatched them, hoping to get some legendary pets. Unfortunately, after trying so many times, she has not had any luck with legendary pets yet. We understand that it's random, but 55 eggs without a legendary pet seems quite unreasonable. She is really hoping to get a shark or octopus pet. Hello, my account was compromised on April 18th. The hacker was able to bypass the 2-step security measures and access my account. I had approximately 2.7k robux in my account, which the hacker stole by making a purchase to transfer the robux to themselves. I only regained access to my Roblox account on April 20th as the hacker disabled 2-step verification and changed my email and password. I believe I am entitled to a refund as I did not authorize the purchase and was unaware of it until I recovered my account. I have provided Roblox with evidence of the hacker's actions, such as emails showing the password change and security feature disablement. However, they insist on calling it a "willing trade between two players," which is unacceptable as I was the victim of theft. I have asked them to explain their decision-making process and suggested they check the login locations, but I have received generic responses. I hope they can provide a clear explanation in their own words.

My Roblox account, which is Vix1k, was stolen and I have proof. It happened late at night when I was playing the game called Club Iris. I encountered a person in the game who approached me asking to be friends. Initially feeling it was strange how quickly they wanted to be friends, I agreed. They then asked for my Discord, we added each other, got disconnected from the game, and I noticed they didn't add me back on Roblox. The person then asked if I wanted to model for an ad in their group on Roblox, to which I agreed. They sent a video tutorial on how to do it and requested my avatar's texture. Without realizing, I shared my information when I inspected the video as instructed. The person mentioned giving me 3k Robux, which distracted me. Suddenly, I was logged out of my account on all three of my devices. I contacted them, but they refused to log off. Feeling helpless, I reached out to Roblox support for assistance without much success. I'm desperate to get my account back, so I'm seeking help to resolve this issue promptly.

I received a security notification from Roblox unexpectedly while I was switching between games. An error occurred, prompting a message stating my password had been reset for security purposes. The notification requested me to enter my email or phone number to regain access to my account. During a game, a child reported me using racial slurs, and the platform accepted his report without investigating. This player harassed me with derogatory terms, but when I defended myself by providing my chat history and witnesses, I was still penalized. It seems unfair that the system allows such behavior to go unchecked while penalizing innocent players. I encountered a hostile player who initiated bullying for no reason, eventually resorting to racial insults and discriminatory comments. Despite my efforts to address the situation calmly, they persisted in making offensive remarks. This incident highlights the need for better monitoring and action against toxicity in online gaming environments.

I recently interacted with a user named "Qolx" who misrepresented themselves as a GFX designer, asking me to provide specific avatar information which unknowingly led to my account being compromised. My ROBLOX avatar included a Super Happy Face with Serial number #[redacted] and UAID [redacted], along with a Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat UAID [redacted]22. The hacker obtained my Super Happy Face with Serial number #[redacted]. I kindly request the account to be unbanned and to retrieve my Super Happy Face. I acknowledge my oversight and am willing to provide additional details if necessary. I never anticipated falling victim to such deceit, resulting in the theft of my limited items and deletion of my account. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am reaching out regarding an unauthorized payment made by my child from my device. While I was away, they managed to make a payment of around 4 pounds today, which equals approximately [redacted] Robux. I am requesting the reversal of this transaction and the removal of all items purchased with the in-game currency from the account to prevent any further occurrences. I am willing to forgo any cosmetics or related purchases within the account. My main concern is to have my 5 dollars / 3.77 pounds refunded at the earliest convenience. I have two children who play ROBLOX. MasterRobbe's game was hacked by someone, so I requested a password reset. However, I never received the reset email, even though I receive regular emails from ROBLOX. For my other son, Master_Arne, I enabled two-factor authentication, but we never received the email with the 6-digit code for verification. I'm not sure if there is an issue with ROBLOX or my email account. I suggest adding my other email address and/or phone number to both ROBLOX accounts, as they are currently empty. I am having trouble accessing my account as it keeps signing me out. Despite knowing my password, every time I log in, I am greeted with a screen that says, "Tap here to make new friends," then promptly signs me out. I have attempted to sign in from different devices without success. However, I am able to log in to a new account.
