My stay at the Winchester TN location was extremely disappointing. I encountered hair in the sink and behind the toilet, as well as a broken bathroom door and coffee pot. The room was not cleaned properly. Additionally, the night cashier tried to charge me an extra $[redacted] after I had already paid with a card. My family and I do not plan to return to this establishment and will not recommend it to others. The Quality Inn in Winchester TN needs immediate attention and improvement to uphold its reputation.

I stayed overnight on February 3rd and was charged $72.11 on the 4th, with an additional charge of $60 on the 5th which the staff attributed to a deposit. Despite leaving the room in good condition and adhering to all policies, the deposit was not refunded as promised. After several follow-up calls, the refund has still not been processed almost 3 months later. My name is Derek G., and I lodged at Quality Inn in Council Bluffs, Iowa. I am eager to retrieve my funds, especially now that my card details have been updated. Assistance in resolving this matter would be appreciated.

I have been staying at Quality Inn, renting two rooms for at least three nights per week for around three weeks at almost $[redacted].09 per room per night. The night shift staff has been repeatedly reminding me to be available for housekeeping, emphasizing not to soil the towels to avoid stains that may not come out. I am a construction worker paying a significant amount to stay here, and it is frustrating to be lectured about towel cleanliness after my graveyard shift. The night desk clerk implied that it is inconvenient for the hotel to hire a laundry attendant. I work in road construction, not hospitality, and I excel in my job. It might be beneficial for management to reconsider their policies in this matter.

I accidentally left my phone charger in the room when I checked out and went straight home without any stops. I called the hotel for several days to check if they found it, but unfortunately, they did not. I believe that someone from housekeeping may have kept it for themselves. I would like to be compensated for the replacement since it was a brand new supercharger with the adapter, straight from the factory. It was only a few months old, so it was practically new with fold marks still on it. The issue isn't just about the money; it's disheartening to think that someone would take something that doesn't belong to them.

During my recent stay at Quality Inn at [redacted] Leopard Lane, Malvern, Arkansas [redacted] on 05/27/[redacted], I encountered multiple issues with the room cleanliness. While the front desk staff, including Bryan and Jay, were polite, there were significant problems with the accommodations. The bathroom had a stained tub, unwashed towels and linens, flat pillows, and a small TV. Moreover, my phone charger went missing, and despite informing the hotel promptly, it was not located. This incident has left me feeling frustrated and suspicious, especially considering the charger's recent purchase and the lack of resolution. I urge the hotel management to investigate this matter thoroughly, consider a refund or replacement of the charger, and address the cleanliness and potential theft issues within the housekeeping department. Room [redacted] was mine, and Anna stayed in room [redacted].

I am seeking assistance regarding a troubling experience that happened at Quality Inn in Franklin, Kentucky, in February. During my son and his colleagues' work stay, they encountered bed bugs in their rooms. The staff's response was unhelpful, and my attempts to reach out to management have been unsuccessful. I am looking to be reimbursed for the costs incurred from switching rooms, cleaning, using bed bug spray, and purchasing medication for their bites on legs and arms. I aim to resolve this matter amicably before seeking legal action, holding evidence such as dates, photos, and communication records. The reservation was made under Hendershot Concrete. Even though the company was denied a refund for the room, I personally bore the expenses for treating the bed bug bites. Despite my efforts, I have faced delays and evasiveness in addressing this issue. My sole request is to receive a refund for the incurred treatment costs.

I am currently staying at the Quality Inn in McComb, MS. Unfortunately, half of the hotel is without power and the other half has no A/C. This is unacceptable, especially since we have children with us. The staff have not been accommodating. Even though there are rooms with A/C available, they refuse to move us. We are here until Sunday and this experience has been so disappointing that I will not be booking with this location again. I have contacted Entergy to report the issue, as we have been without power for 2 hours. It's incredibly hot, and I have a toddler. The response I received from the hotel manager was unsatisfactory. They only mentioned the possibility of moving us if the issue is not resolved by midnight, which is not helpful as we won't be able to purchase an air mattress by that time.

I recently checked out from the Quality Inn in Merimar, Florida due to issues with a malfunctioning fire alarm, a sink that wouldn't turn off, and a door that wouldn't shut properly. The front desk service was unprofessional, and the General Manager was not helpful. Despite being told we'd only be charged for one night when we wanted to leave before the reserved checkout time, I see a charge of [redacted].46 on my credit card. The reservation was under Brenda Rimmer. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau.

I had reserved a roll-in shower room, but upon arrival, it had been given away. This was important as my wife has had a stroke, but the staff member did not take it seriously and suggested a regular room with a bathtub. While an apology was given, the dismissive behavior was troubling. I asked for assistance in finding another suitable room in the area, but rather than help, we were directed to another fully booked hotel. This experience was completely unsatisfactory. Location: Quality Inn in Shenandoah, Iowa. Reservation: Confirmation number [redacted]75.

I am a 79-year-old who had booked a reservation at Quality Inn in Vestal for my daughter's hospital induction. The reservation was canceled due to a lack of beds. Despite my efforts to cancel within a reasonable timeframe, I was informed that I would be charged. After speaking with various individuals at the front desk and customer service, it was clarified that no charges had appeared on my credit card so far. Given the circumstances and my limited income, these charges would be a significant burden. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention.

During our recent visit to Quality Inn Winslow I-40 located at [redacted] N. Park Dr, Winslow, AZ, [redacted], my husband and I encountered an issue while trying to book a room with a king size bed due to our service dog. The clerk insisted on assigning us a pet-friendly room because of our service dog, despite it being against the law to discriminate in this way. She rudely refused to accommodate us until I provided her with an ADA card to educate her on the regulations. This was a surprising and unpleasant experience as we are frequent travelers who often choose Quality Inn for our stays.

I recently checked into a hotel, but upon arrival, I found it to be very dirty looking. I quickly decided to check out without using anything in the room. I was there for only around 30 seconds to a minute. Unfortunately, the hotel is refusing to refund my money. I would like to know what steps I can take to get my refund before I proceed to file a formal complaint. The hotel in question is the Quality Inn located at [redacted] N Interstate I 35, Denton, TX. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Tedalvis B. [redacted]

I was charged for having visitors in my room during my daughter's stay, even though we weren't aware of the policy. The hotel accused us of lying about the number of dogs we had and gave me a different receipt the next morning with extra charges. I wasn't informed beforehand about the no visitor policy in the room I paid for. We only had visitors for an hour to play a quick game of cards. The staff's confusion and attitude at the front desk regarding these charges were frustrating, especially being accused of hiding the number of dogs we brought in, which we had honestly disclosed during check-in. I expect a refund for the visitor charge and considering the inconvenience and treatment, I believe a reimbursement for the entire stay is warranted. The discrepancies in the receipts and the issues faced during my short stay are disappointing.
