On the 6th of this month, I booked a room at Super 8 in Kelso, Washington through Goseek. Initially, there was an issue processing my card at the hotel, so I provided a different card to the staff, which went through. However, to my surprise, I later discovered that I was charged $[redacted] by the motel and $[redacted] by either Goseek or Priceline for the same night, same room, and same check-in time. I contacted Priceline, but they refused to refund the money. I am now considering involving my lawyer to investigate and resolve this matter unless the $[redacted] is refunded promptly within 24 hours.

During our recent trip from Tampa to Boston, my husband and I encountered issues with our hotel reservations at Bostonian Hotel. It turns out there were duplicate bookings in my name for the same dates. The hotel manager rectified one booking with confirmation number [redacted]52 and ensured we stayed under # [redacted]51. Additionally, we found out about another booking from June 18-22 with confirmation # [redacted]51 that was unexpected. I need assistance in only being charged for one reservation at Bostonian Hotel from 6/3/21 - 6/6/21 as we had only one confirmation number. Also, I believe there might have been a mix-up where I was actually booked at Club Quarters in Boston Hotel under confirmation # [redacted]42 instead of Bostonian Hotel for June 18-22. My upcoming Frontier Airlines booking for June 18th was inadvertently canceled, and I've been struggling to reach Priceline and Frontier for resolution due to long hold times and difficulty providing my information. The flight prices have now increased, jeopardizing my travel plans. I urgently seek reimbursement from Priceline for any duplicate hotel bookings and Frontier Airlines for the canceled flight.

I made a reservation for a hotel room on June 11th to June 12th, but I haven't received a booking or confirmation number. Despite contacting customer service and using the automated system with my phone number, it still shows no record of my booking. Unfortunately, I can't reach a real person for assistance as all phone numbers lead to the same automated response. I really need to speak with a live person to resolve this issue.

Subject: Ticket Change Issue To Whom It May Concern, I purchased a roundtrip flight from Paris to Bucharest departing on June 19 and returning on August 16, [redacted], through Priceline on May 7, [redacted]. Despite the assurance on the website that tickets are changeable at no additional cost, I encountered unexpected charges when attempting to reschedule my Bucharest to Paris flight from August 16 to August 10. Although I managed to change the Paris-Bucharest leg for $17, the airline Tarom is requesting 80 euros for the Bucharest-Paris leg. Hello, my name is Allen McClain. I had a trip planned for June 5th that I couldn't make due to a family death. I spoke with a senior representative who was quite rude. She repeatedly stated that there couldn't be a refund, which I understand, but the circumstances were beyond my control. I found the lack of empathy disappointing. Additionally, after waiting for a promised call back that never came, I felt frustrated by the lack of communication. The overall experience was distressing, especially given the recent family loss. I am hoping to escalate this matter to someone above the senior representative to address the insensitivity I encountered.

We made a reservation for 7 nights at Viva Wyndham Maya, but our experience was disappointing. Despite being informed in advance that the tennis courts were available, they were closed for repairs upon our arrival. The gym and the main restaurant lacked air conditioning, making workouts and meals uncomfortable. Some staff members were impolite when accommodating vegetarian requests. Given these issues, we contacted Priceline to cancel the remaining 5 nights. Priceline mentioned we would be refunded if Viva Wyndham approved. After facing difficulties reaching the hotel by phone, Priceline asked us to obtain confirmation from a guest service representative named Omar. I have a reservation confirmation number EFHMJC for a flight on August 17th from San Luis Obispo. However, due to airport closure on that day, American Airlines changed my departure to Santa Barbara and my return flight to Madison instead of La Crosse. I find these changes unacceptable. I would like to reschedule my departure for August 15th or 19th when the airport is open. I have been attempting to contact Priceline regarding a refund for a canceled flight with Boutique Airlines that was still confirmed despite the airline no longer serving Prescott, AZ. Priceline has not acknowledged this issue despite multiple messages sent. The charge remains on my account without a credit. My mother, M.K., made a reservation with Priceline for a rental car from Avis over a month ago. When I accompanied her to pick up the rental car in Decatur, Alabama, we discovered that the local Avis office was closed. After calling the posted phone number and being directed to an automated system, we were then referred to the nearest Avis location, which was 30 miles away. Due to lack of transportation and time constraints, she had no option but to rent from Hertz at a higher rate. The Priceline customer service representative she spoke to was unhelpful and impolite. My mother is dissatisfied and may reconsider using Priceline in the future unless this issue is resolved appropriately. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to address this matter. Priceline Trip Number: [redacted] Purchase Date: Jun 16, [redacted] Payment Method: Mastercard ending in [redacted] Billing Name: [redacted] Upon arriving at the rental agency to collect the car, we were unexpectedly asked to purchase insurance and were unable to utilize the insurance provided by Priceline. Additionally, the car we originally reserved was not available, and we faced a $23 charge for an upgrade. The insurance cost totaled $[redacted], whereas based on booking a car for $64 and optional insurance for $13 through Priceline, we anticipated a total around $80. Having paid for a service that was not fully rendered, I am disappointed. I aim to lodge a complaint and request a refund. I was contacted early this morning, at 1:20 a.m., by a woman claiming to be in Manila. She reached out to Air Canada regarding our canceled flights with the numbers [redacted]7 and [redacted]6. I was asked to wait on the line while she spoke with Air Canada. Unfortunately, after about 30 minutes, the call got disconnected. I received a message asking me to return the call promptly to discuss the ticket correction request. However, I didn't receive the voicemail and I'm having trouble reaching Priceline at the provided number. I made a reservation at Wyndam Tryp NYC through Priceline. However, the hotel charged me an additional fee for my stay. After numerous conversations with both Priceline and the hotel, the issue remains unresolved. The hotel claims they refunded the amount to Priceline, but Priceline denies receiving it. Every time I contact Priceline, I am either transferred to the hotel or told the same information. It has been a month, and I am no closer to a solution. Recently, a representative contacted the hotel and was promised a call back. I requested to speak with the escalations team and was put on hold. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and just want my refund without the ongoing back-and-forth.

I am writing to file a complaint about reservation number [redacted] made with Priceline on June 19, [redacted], under the name Roberto Alvarez. I contacted your company to book a hotel in Daytona Beach to celebrate Father's Day with my husband and two kids. I requested a nice hotel with an ocean view balcony. Upon arrival, the hotel did not meet expectations. Our room faced the parking area, was next to the elevator, and was not as clean or spacious as described. The amenities fell short, with noisy air conditioning, a tiny bathroom, and beds smaller than expected. The hotel staff directed me to contact Priceline for assistance. The overall experience was disappointing, with unclean hallways, false advertising regarding breakfast and amenities, and poor service. I am requesting a partial refund for the lack of ocean view and the subpar accommodation. I will also be sharing my feedback with Best Western UKU and posting reviews. I have a credit with American Airlines from a canceled trip last year due to COVID. They issued me a credit of $[redacted].60 valid until 12/31/21. I've been trying to re-book my flight for two days with no success. An agent took my flight details but couldn't help me book it and transferred me to Booking.com, who also couldn't assist. I need guidance on how to use this credit as I want to fly from Portland, Maine, to Washington, DC, as I had planned initially.

I reserved a room at the Rodeway Inn in Glenwood Springs, Colorado through Priceline for June 11 and 12, [redacted]. The initial charge on my credit card was $[redacted].72. I was assured I could cancel up to 24 hours before June 11 for a full refund. Due to the cancellation of my plans, I called Priceline to cancel well in advance. I have yet to see a refund on my credit card as promised. The charge still appears on my statement without any corresponding credits. I purchased three tickets from ORD to Lima on April 29, [redacted], with Trip #[redacted]5. Unfortunately, one of our passports expires in less than 6 months, and I wasn't aware this would be an issue. Throughout all the communications received, the focus was on Covid restrictions, with no mention of the passport validity requirement of at least 6 months. During check-in for our Delta flight yesterday, only our Covid test results were requested, and we were issued boarding passes for the journey to Lima without any mention of the passport issue. Upon reaching JFK and attempting to board the flight to Lima, my minor son was denied entry, resulting in all three of us missing our flight to Lima. Stranded in NYC without accommodations, Latam points fingers at Delta, who in turn claims Priceline is accountable. Now, I am only looking for a credit for my son's return flight from NYC and the assurance that the other two return tickets remain valid for our trip back from Peru on July 5th. It's essential to resolve this matter promptly.

I booked a trip for my nephew who lives in Germany with insurance. He's now stuck in New York because United wouldn't let him board due to his 72-hour-old Covid test. He had it done in Los Angeles within 48 hours, but United didn't accept it. Despite contacting Priceline and the insurance, no resolution has been found.
