I haven't used my account in a while, but now I want to start using it again. When I try to log in, it's asking me to enter my telephone number to receive a code. The issue is I have a new telephone number and can't update it because I'm being asked for the old number which POF doesn't recognize. I'm unable to proceed or log in. How can I resolve this?

Hello, I was registered on Pof and used it occasionally. First, my photos were deleted, then my profile. I asked for explanations, but received no response. I've never had any conflicts with members, so WHY was I deleted without explanation? I recreated a profile and the same thing happened... Deletion without reasons. Please have the decency to explain and respond to me. My usernames were: 60 coco and 60 coconet. Sincerely.

Yesterday, I had a scheduled meeting with a woman at a local restaurant. Despite arriving 15 minutes early and waiting for 45 minutes, I did not see her. Although I had shared my cell phone number beforehand, she had not reciprocated. Upon returning home, I discovered a message from her on my POF account accusing me of being a no-show. When I tried to explain, I found out she had blocked me, resulting in the closure of my POF account for not adhering to their guidelines. This dispute feels exaggerated and unfair, making me wonder how to reinstate my account. I believe this situation between fellow POF users has escalated needlessly, and I do not think I deserve to be blocked without having a chance to clarify the misunderstanding.

I joined this dating app hoping to meet someone special, but I've encountered a frustrating issue. Despite having paid for my account, I'm unable to message a really nice girl I've connected with. This situation feels like deceptive advertising and is becoming unacceptable. If there's an error, please address it. I attempted to create an account using the username "Ajewel" and received a notification that the account was deactivated due to a violation on January 30, [redacted]. However, I have not been an active member of POF for quite some time. To confirm that it was not me, could you please check if the email address associated with the account is [redacted]? Every time I try to start a chat, the system freezes, making it impossible to continue the conversation before the person goes offline. Additionally, after finally chatting for more than 5 minutes, it turns out the user is either a bot, a scammer, or not genuine. This experience has been frustrating, and I would appreciate a refund for my subscription. If necessary, please go ahead and delete my account as well. Thank you.

Beware of the user Gerard2212 on Plenty of Fish. He is a scam artist who asked me to buy him a reusable gift card from CVS after a 3-month whirlwind romance. He provided his cell number as [redacted] and we communicated via Facebook Messenger after leaving POF. His name on Facebook is Gerard Kacper. Fortunately, I did not give him any money and blocked him when he reacted defensively. We never met in person, which was not surprising.

This morning, I was banned on Seizee because they claimed I was defending myself from hateful comments for two days. When I joined another person's stream named CherryRose, the same situation occurred, and I had to defend myself once more. I received a three-day ban while the others involved faced no consequences. This doesn't seem fair to me. I often get sexual when I dance in my stream, but it's never anything inappropriate. Getting banned makes it difficult to have a good time in my own space with mature individuals joining my live stream.

He falsely claims to be a Private Investigator and quickly moved our conversation to Google Chat. Here is the email address he provided for Google Chat: [redacted] I have attached the photos from your site, as well as the real owner, Jonathon Munro, who this individual is impersonating. Jonathon Munro is an actor, composer, and director. I mistakenly shared my social media with him on your site and now cannot delete my account. There were concerning red flags, including him asking for money while on a supposed business trip, claiming he forgot his cards. He requested I buy a Razor Gold Visa Card or send him money, to which I refused. He stated he resides in Montgomery, Alabama. Please investigate this individual and notify your affiliates. Thank you. I purchased a subscription to Plenty of Fish. Upon joining, I received numerous likes from women on the app, but they turned out to be scams. Feeling frustrated, I sent some inappropriate messages to these fake profiles, only to receive more likes in return. My account was subsequently suspended by Plenty of Fish due to these actions. I wish to either receive a refund or have my account reinstated. My behavior was influenced by the numerous scams I encountered, and I regret my actions.

I signed up for a year of service, and within a week, someone hijacked my account. I reached out to customer service to cancel my account and request a refund. The representative instructed me to download an app and attempted to transfer $[redacted] from my bank account. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received a refund. The hacker continues to use the app, and no action has been taken to resolve this issue or return my money.

About a year ago, I signed up for Plenty of Fish for the first time. I didn't intend to continue for another year. However, last night I received a message from Plenty of Fish stating that they would automatically renew my membership without asking me first, and they charged my credit card for it. I am unhappy with this as I do not wish to continue for another year. I kindly request a refund of the charged amount. This practice is not acceptable. I have reached out to İş Bank regarding this matter, and they will investigate. I hope for a positive resolution from Plenty of Fish.
