I woke up just now, turned on my PS4, and was shocked to see my account has been banned. This has happened multiple times, and I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. I even created new accounts, only to have them banned as well after spending more money. I saved up to pre-order all the new games I wanted on my account "jayohsixtythird." Please unban my account.

I urgently need to speak with someone about a concerning situation. My 9-year-old son unintentionally accessed and spent money from my bank account due to not receiving email notifications in time to prevent it. As a single mother working as a waitress, this unexpected loss of funds has left us unable to pay our rent. I am determined to address this issue promptly. I am willing to either cancel his online gaming subscription or enhance the account's security by setting a more complex password. His actions were unauthorized, and I am currently unable to reach customer support for assistance. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have recently been banned from PS4 for 30 days because my username was deemed unsuitable. I am frustrated as gaming is my way to relax, and now I can't access it. It seems unfair that after 6 months with this name, the ban only happens now. I had also spent £7 on PSN that is now wasted due to the ban. When the ban is lifted, I may have to spend more money just to play with my friends again. I would like to be unbanned or refunded so I can use the money on my second account. Waiting 30 days for an unban is inconvenient, and I am considering switching to Xbox if this issue is not resolved promptly.

I bought the "Devil May Cry 5 - DMC4 Battle Track 3-Pack" add-on, but it didn't install properly. After reaching out to AskPlayStation on Twitter, they assisted me with the problem. It turns out that my game (disc version) is from Australia, while the add-on is from the US, which is why it didn't work. I have removed the add-on and now request a refund. Thank you.

A few years ago, I downloaded Uncharted 4 from my friend's account, but now the game is inaccessible because it requires signing in with their account, which I can't do. To address this, I purchased the game from the PS Store using my account. However, instead of unlocking the game, it prompts me to download it again. I now have two icons for the game, one locked and the other downloading. Due to recent internet speed issues, downloading the game will take an extended period. I attempted to resolve the issue by deactivating and reactivating my account as the primary user and restoring licenses multiple times, but the game remains locked. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Recently, I have been experiencing trouble signing into my PlayStation account, [redacted] or rob91her. I am unable to recall the password used during sign-up, and the account recovery through Hotmail is not working. Information on the account, like my address and date of birth, needs updating. For instance, the address listed is 32 Percheron Road, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 2RP, and the birthdate is incorrect as 22/08/[redacted] instead of 22/08/[redacted]. Since I have invested time and money into this account since October [redacted] when I got my PlayStation 3, I hope to recover it by making necessary updates, like providing an accurate contact number. Hello, I recently bought FIFA 20 for my PS4, but I'm encountering issues with installation and downloading, with error codes CE-[redacted]-7 and CE-[redacted]-8 popping up. I've tried various troubleshooting steps like replacing the disc, cleaning it, reinstalling the software, updating system storage, and rebuilding the database in 'safe mode', but none have fixed the problem. The console seems to be struggling only with this new game, evident from unusual noises and overheating. My account has been hacked. The hacker changed my login ID, account password, and online ID name. I tried contacting PlayStation through live chat, but it seems the login ID is required to chat, which the hacker changed. I need to recover my account as soon as possible. Please, I need a response.

Recently, someone unauthorized got into my account and altered both my phone number and password. Despite changing my password, the two-step verification is now active, and I'm unable to receive the verification codes as my phone number isn't linked. I'm in urgent need of re-linking my PS4 account with my original phone number, which is [redacted]. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am extremely frustrated that my account was compromised, and I am disappointed with the lack of assistance in recovering the $[redacted] that was spent on Madden 19 without my permission. This situation has not only affected me but also my brothers, and I find it unacceptable that individuals are allowed to get away with theft. As veterans, we deserve better treatment. I am considering advising my fellow service members against purchasing PlayStation products, or even recommending they sell their current devices. If this is the standard of customer service, I am rethinking my future purchases from your company.

My son's PlayStation account has been unexpectedly banned, and we were not given any prior notice or explanation for this action. The account in question belongs to Luke Cheney. I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my ANZ credit card after making purchases for V-Bucks through the PlayStation store. I have since reported these fraudulent charges to the bank. My son's PlayStation account, TTV_BRUHMOMENT, was unexpectedly banned without any prior notification. Upon discovering this issue today, I connected the dots that my ANZ credit card, which I used on PlayStation to buy vbucks, was compromised, leading to several unauthorized transactions. I have notified the bank's fraud team, who are now investigating the matter. It is clear that the charges made while my sons were away were not authorized, as they had no PlayStation access during those times. Multiple unauthorized transactions were made daily until the card reached its limit, followed by additional attempted charges. I am seeking clarification on why my son's account was banned. If it is linked to the unauthorized activities, it would be unfair to penalize a victim of fraud further. I strongly believe this situation raises ethical, moral, and potentially legal concerns. Please provide me with more information on this matter.

I recently bought a $75 PlayStation Store gift card from a Petro gas station. However, when I attempted to redeem it at home by scratching off the grey sticker, the first set of code letters got ripped off along with the sticker. Although I can see the last two sets of the redeem code, I lost the first three due to the peeling. I tried to return it with the receipt, but they informed me that there was nothing they could do about it.

I am disappointed to see additional charges on my bank card for services I am not utilizing. When I signed up, I expected to be charged $20 for a three-month subscription, but I have been consistently billed $20 each month instead. Lately, there has been an unexplained extra charge of $25, making the total $45 every month. This pattern is unacceptable, as it has been happening for the past few months and needs clarification.

I reported a user who had a terrorist organization in their PlayStation ID and a motto that the same organization uses as their Bio. However, no action has been taken yet. I strongly believe this content has no place on the PlayStation Network. Additionally, the names used in the "Be a Pro" mode on Fifa, such as Maddie McCann, Moleicester, and IRA, are offensive and support sectarian bigotry and terrorist organizations.

Hello, my PlayStation went into safe mode, and we selected initialize. Afterward, only one account was recovered, and all the games from the other 3 accounts are gone. My account is the primary one, and I need to recover it to access the games purchased on the PlayStation store. How can I get the primary account back?

I pre-ordered Ghost Recon Breakpoint on my PS4. I attempted to download it two days before the release date, but encountered an error. I tried again a day before the release, but it still didn't work. On the release date, I tried once more, but the error persisted. I noticed that the updates were showing 99+ hours to complete, so I decided to troubleshoot my internet connection. After fixing the internet issue, the updates started downloading faster. However, when I attempted to download Ghost Recon Breakpoint again, I still encountered the same error. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues logging into the PlayStation Network through my PS4. Upon entering my password and attempting to login, an error message appears stating “An error has occurred”. No error code is shown and I am redirected back to the login screen. Interestingly, I can access my account via PC and mobile with the PlayStation app, so I know my password is correct. I have searched various forums for a resolution, but haven't found a definitive solution. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
