I am trying to clarify the events that led to my account suspension through a brief account. In March, my family and I faced a house fire, rendering my PlayStation inoperable. Seeking help from a once trusted friend to maintain my account during my absence, I believed he would assist in keeping up with Destiny 2's demanding gameplay. Unfortunately, he misused my account by purposefully sending offensive messages and subsequently reporting them, resulting in my initial one-week suspension while I was at an Airbnb without access to my new PS5. Subsequently, a second suspension lasting a month followed shortly after I had received my PS5, interrupting my excitement to play. After patiently waiting out the suspension, hoping to rejoin my friends, I now find myself facing a 60-day suspension due to a recurrence of the same issue. Despite the risks involved in sharing accounts, given my family's current challenges with my mother's illness and my sister's imminent college enrollment, my PlayStation serves as a vital source of respite. I implore for understanding and request not to have my summer break and prized gaming console revoked. Thank you.

I recently changed my cell phone number and am unable to access my PSN account due to two-factor authentication. Despite providing all the necessary information, I am still unable to resolve the issue. My email is [redacted], PSN online ID is Khaotic-_-Killa, and my name is Hunter Wallace. I have a record of my last ten credit card transactions from 4/27/22 to 4/8/22, including the transaction amounts and last four digits of each card. I can verify this information if needed. My old number was [redacted], and my new number is [redacted]. I have access to the email account but not the old cell phone. Since I recently updated my debit card, I needed to update it on my PlayStation network account. Unfortunately, I couldn't sign in because I forgot my password and the email associated with the account no longer exists. I managed to guess the password but when I tried to change the email, I was not prompted to set a new password and got locked out of my account. Additionally, there is another PSN account linked to my main email that I want to delete so I can use my main email for my PSN account. However, I don't remember the password for the other account, making it impossible for me to deactivate it.

Regarding the clawback return situation: I was informed that in order to refund the $60, I would need to replenish the same amount in the V Bucks account, essentially nullifying the refund. While trying to rectify this for my dad, who is still awaiting his refund after a week, I ended up spending money unintentionally due to a situation involving Mason. I now find myself in a position where I'll have to cover the expenses, even though I hadn't planned for it. Had I been aware of this beforehand, I would have made a different decision. It's frustrating that the process isn't clear, as it seems illogical to leave my dad without the items he purchased with the V Bucks card yet have a negative balance. I hope to speak with someone, possibly a manager, to gain a better understanding of the situation. Thank you.

I am able to access the email linked to my PlayStation Network account, have the correct password, and the active phone number for receiving the two-step verification code. However, the code is not being sent when I try to log in. I've made several attempts, even restarting my phone, but no luck. I've tried the account recovery support without success. I regularly use two-step verification for other accounts like Google and Facebook without any issues. It would be appreciated if this issue with PlayStation Network could be resolved.

Hello, I need help with my account as I made a mistake. This morning, I noticed a $5 purchase on FIFA [redacted] that my friend's little brother made using my account, reducing my balance from $45 to $40. I realized he activated my account, and we share PS Plus. To address this, I attempted to deactivate my account before he woke up. While trying to deactivate, I changed my password, but I didn't have my backup codes. Since I had changed my old number associated with two-step verification to a new one, I couldn't receive the codes. I am currently unable to log in and waiting for PlayStation support chat to open. The chat will be available on Monday, June 27, [redacted], and on Friday as well. I hope they can assist me with this issue.

After seeing a notification about someone accessing my account, I promptly changed my password on my PS4. Despite not sharing my account details, I was alarmed but hoped the password change would prevent further access. Shortly after, my dad notified me about a $60 game purchase, CyberPunk [redacted], linked to his credit card. I explained I didn't make the purchase, suspecting it was the hacker. Although he refunded the game, it seems this led to my account being permanently suspended as a consequence stated in the terms of service. I am eager to find out the steps I can take to recover my account, as the game is not my concern but regaining access to my account is important to me.

I have been a user on the PlayStation Network since the early days of the PS3. Presently on my PS4, I attempted to log into my account with a secondary user to play Minecraft, but I couldn't recall my password. Despite trying the 'Forgot Your Password' option, I did not receive an email to reset it when sending it to my account, [redacted] After switching to my other email, [redacted], I was able to change the password for a Sony account but now neither account works. I need assistance from a person to send me a direct link to reset my password. This will allow me to resume playing online games and accessing my active PS+ subscription. Thank you for your help.

I was charged twice for a $25 purchase and then another $25 and $50 for games I bought around May 13th or 14th. There was an error while trying to purchase the $50 card which resulted in three unsuccessful attempts. After checking with my bank, I realized I should have been charged only $75, not $[redacted]. In May, PlayStation charged my account $[redacted] with two $50 charges on May 14th and 15th. Recently, I bought a $[redacted] yearly pass, but the money was refunded, and the service was canceled. I expect PlayStation to resolve this within 72 hours; otherwise, I will report fraud, theft, and incorrect charges on my accounts.

I recently received an email alert about a purchase made in Texas, while I reside in Massachusetts. Upon trying to access my account to review the transaction, I discovered I couldn't log in. Soon after, I received another email indicating a change in my Sign-in ID and urging me to contact support through a provided link. Unfortunately, the link did not lead to the expected ID recovery page. It seems that only customers with an active email address can access online support, which I no longer have. Despite my efforts, I was unsuccessful in verifying my account and receiving assistance via online chat. It appears my account was compromised, with the hacker changing the associated email. I now seek assistance in recovering my account and reclaiming my email address, as well as addressing any unauthorized activity that may have occurred. One day, I attempted to start my PS4 and selected my user profile. After that, the PS4 prompted me to sign into the PSN network. I tried entering my usual email and password, but it kept showing as incorrect. Subsequently, I clicked on "forgot password" hoping to receive an email from PlayStation with a link to reset my password. Despite refreshing my inbox multiple times, I did not receive any such email. Upon closer inspection, I found an email from PlayStation notifying me that my account's email address and password had been changed by someone else. This has left me completely locked out of my account. I've been attempting to contact PlayStation through their live chat and phone calls, but with no success. It's a frustrating situation as I really want to regain access to my account, especially considering all my saved data and progress are now gone in an instant.

I recently received a temporary 7-day suspension due to a possible TOS violation involving hate speech. I believe this may have occurred while playing Call Of Duty or due to old messages from when I played Brawlhalla. I wanted to play Warzone today but cannot sign in. I hope to avoid a permanent ban and wonder about refunds for the money spent on Playstation over the years. I've been a loyal player since the Playstation 1 era with favorite games like Soulblade and Midnight Club II. I enjoy responding humorously to salty messages but have not engaged in such interactions recently. I think Playstation should handle such issues with more communication and warnings before suspensions. It's disappointing to have my gaming disrupted in this manner.

Hello Sony, I am reaching out regarding my account suspension to clarify that I did not intentionally violate any policies. I mistakenly used my brother's debit card to make purchases on the PlayStation Store and promptly reimbursed him. He initially did not recognize the transactions and took measures to prevent further charges. Unfortunately, by the time I informed him of the oversight, he had already flagged the purchases as potentially fraudulent. My brother has since resolved the issue with his bank. I purchased Cod points twice, but only received them once after the console crashed during the first attempt. I noticed I was charged twice but received points only once. When I asked my bank for a refund for the duplicate charge, my account got suspended for an alleged chargeback. Despite my efforts, contacting PlayStation Customer Support led me in circles. I need my account reinstated and the lost subscription days restored. Upgrading to the premium tier, I have never faced issues with my account since the PlayStation 1 days. Yesterday, while enjoying my game, I suddenly discovered that my account had been suspended for a month. After investigating, I realized that the suspension may have been caused by my uncle's actions on our shared account. He no longer wants to use the account, leaving me unfairly unable to play. I respectfully request to have my account reinstated promptly, ideally today. If the suspension is related to an incident from last night, it occurred when I reported someone for using inappropriate language towards me. I retorted that it was disrespectful to call me names and following that exchange, my night took an unpleasant turn.

It would be beneficial to allow customers to change their country settings on their PSN accounts to access a wider range of products. My account has been repeatedly hacked, about three or four times, causing random accounts to appear on my PlayStation without my knowledge. I had to contact customer support to recover my account each time because the hackers kept changing my password. Due to this harassment, I took several hiatuses from being online, fearing the hackers or further bans. When I returned, my account was permanently banned. I have been using this account for four years and have over [redacted] games on it. I previously reached out to PS support during the coronavirus outbreak about the hacking issues but did not receive much help. I am feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do to regain access to my account.
