I have not received the payment for two sales I made on Depop. I contacted PayPal, and they informed me that the buyers need to confirm the transaction. I reached out to them, but one buyer mentioned there is nothing to confirm on her end. According to the payment details, I should have received it today, but it has not arrived. Can you assist me with this issue?

I set up my Paypal account a while back. I'm currently using the same gmail, but I no longer use the phone number or credit card on file. Additionally, I can't recall the security questions. When I attempt to sign into my Paypal account, I can provide my email and password correctly, but I struggle with the additional security verifications it requests. I would appreciate assistance in resetting my security questions or updating my phone number. Thank you.

I contacted Palpay to dispute two charges made through PayPal on my Citibank credit card. Someone accessed my former email account, [redacted], changing the email and all my information. There are two charges through PayPal for $2,[redacted].89 to traciekennedy8, totaling almost $6,[redacted]. These charges were unauthorized, as I have never made such large transactions with PayPal before. I request that the funds are returned to my account promptly. It's frustrating that despite investigations, the money has not been reimbursed yet. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am attempting to set up a business account. I am currently stuck at linking the bank due to an issue with instant login to BECU. The system defaults to our personal account for login, however, BECU now requires the selection of Business first. I am encountering difficulties with the alternate 2 transactions and withdrawals as there seems to be at least a day's delay at BECU. How can I proceed to enter the 2 small transactions once I am able to view them? It appears I may have to create additional small transactions to reach the enter windows. Thank you, G. Wick.

I have repeatedly requested for my compromised account to be permanently closed, yet it remains open. I am continuously receiving emails purportedly from PayPal stating that my account is limited, locked, or involved in suspicious activities. I want to reiterate my request to close this account for the last time, as I no longer wish to have it active.

I am facing a major issue with my PayPal account. There is a balance of $[redacted] in my account, but I am unable to add my phone number or any of my relative's phone numbers. I encountered an issue while trying to make a purchase on eBay using my iPhone. Upon attempting to check out and pay with PayPal's 6-month no interest option on the app, the keyboard did not appear for me to log in. A quick Google search revealed other customers experiencing the same problem, with an entire blog dedicated to this issue. I had to resort to using my computer to complete the payment. It's fortunate that eBay has a solid payment processing system in place, or customers might start looking for alternatives. As someone involved in vendor selection for my corporation, where we do use PayPal for some orders, this experience makes me question the reliability of the new app enhancements.

I am attempting to verify my Visa debit card with $[redacted]. PayPal instructed me to locate a code on my card statement for verification. However, upon entering the code, an error message stating, "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later," appeared. I attempted to request a new code, resulting in a deduction of $2, and subsequently, $4 without successful verification. The transaction does not show as pending. I suspect PayPal of being involved in a scam. The inability to verify my card is concerning since I am unable to utilize my funds on PayPal until verification is successful. I urgently require access to my funds and resolution to this matter.

I purchased a Le Creuset Dutch oven from Cupcake jmt in August of this year for $69. I've been in contact with the seller via email, with all messages archived. I can provide these emails if necessary. The Dutch oven is red, 3.4 quarts, and has a heart handle. I made the payment using my credit card, and I'm willing to provide the card number. My app is malfunctioning once again! It refuses to open and keeps closing every time I try. I am unable to access any banking services or even view my account number and routing details. The app prompts me to log in for help, but it's impossible when the app won't even open. To make matters worse, issues with online payments are causing problems with games that use PayPal. This is not only inconvenient but also costing me money. This lack of concern is disappointing, as the app has been down for two days now. I plan to leave a detailed review on Google in six months to share my negative experience with this company.

On December 26, there was an unauthorized charge of $99.99 from my checking account made by CleverApps for 25,[redacted] coins in the game Candy Match Three. After spending all day yesterday trying to resolve an issue with my order, I received an email from PayPal notifying me that LokoMall has shipped my two tires. Unfortunately, I have not received the shipment. It appears I will have to address this situation today. If I had actually received the tires, I would not be facing this issue now. Thank you.

I spent the whole day yesterday dealing with this problem. I purchased two tires from LokoMall, but I have not received them. Last night, I received an email from PayPal saying that LokoMall had shipped the tires. However, I have still not received them. I wish I had the tires so I wouldn't have to deal with this today. I requested a refund as I was mistakenly charged for 8 dog beds instead of the 1 bed I actually bought. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any evidence of my purchase. I bought the Beamswork Vivio full spectrum LED aquarium fish tank light dimmer with a fixed timer for $37.95 on Wednesday, December 15, [redacted], at 03:21 pm EST. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. I returned it to Beamswork, but I have not received my full refund yet. Additionally, I also bought a [redacted] GPH undergravel filter powerhead aquarium submersible pump for $17.99 on the same day and time as the Beamswork Vivio purchase. However, I realized that this powerhead was the wrong one, so I returned it as well. I used PayPal for both purchases, and the total charge was $59.30. I reached out via text message 5 and a half hours ago and provided my phone number, [redacted], expecting a PayPal customer service agent to call back in 27 minutes to address an issue. I sent $[redacted].00 to [redacted], but it was not received. I was not informed about a security code that would expire in 10 minutes, which I discovered later. I found no option to reset or resend the money. After struggling to find a contact number for days, I stumbled upon this link. This frustrating experience began in December [redacted] when I attempted the transfer and saw a message indicating a resolution in February. This delay is unacceptable. I urgently need this matter resolved, not in the distant future. I provided the Transaction Code: 3VH78639ND927951J and was assigned Case Number: PP-D-[redacted]50, slated for February [redacted], which is unacceptable.
