I am having trouble accessing my PayPal account because the phone number linked to my account is no longer valid. Every time I attempt to add a new phone number, I receive a system error message. I have been attempting to reach customer service for four days now, but I haven't been able to connect with a live agent. I have tried all the options on the website without success, and the Live Chat representative I spoke to mentioned she was in Korea and couldn't help me. Thank you.

I recently received $1,[redacted] from my son, but a $30 fee was deducted from it. Unfortunately, there seems to be a restriction on my account that incorrectly indicates the funds were for purchasing products, when they were actually for an emergency. This situation has significantly impacted me as I have been unable to travel to see my children during Christmas. I urgently need this matter resolved, especially since I've had trouble reaching out for assistance. The limitations on my account are preventing me from adding my Bank of America card on PayPal for online purchases and withdrawals. I require access to the $1,[redacted] as soon as possible to buy gas for the long drive to be with my children. Please release the funds and remove the account limitations promptly. I need assistance with filing a chargeback on my PayPal Credit account through Synchrony Bank for a $[redacted].72 charge. I received a defective product from the seller, Creality, and requested a refund or replacement which they denied. Despite multiple email attempts to resolve the issue, they have not cooperated. The purchase was made on December 22, [redacted], and I reached out to Creality on January 6, [redacted], within what I believe was a 13-day period since receiving the item.

I have not received a payment due to a guest checkout transaction. I have been attempting to contact customer service for several days with no success. I intend to file a complaint with the BBB. I expect them to rectify this situation by being available to answer my phone calls promptly and not placing me on hold regarding guest checkout transactions. It is extremely challenging to reach out to them. They should offer multiple ways to access customer service.

I'm having trouble logging in, and the automated system isn't helping. I need to speak with a person to fix this as soon as possible. I need help with a refund issue. I requested refunds for 4 transactions where I tried to contact the company multiple times to no avail. Despite suspecting it was a scam and not receiving responses to my messages, I was advised that Mohamed Ahabrach would handle the matter. I received the merchandise yesterday, American Silver Eagle Coins [redacted] Uncirculated 1 Troy oz 99.9 silver, only to find out they are fake. I purchased a pair of pants on December 9th for $25.98, and the package arrived on January 8th. However, the return address only has a PO box number with no company name. I encountered difficulty accessing my account due to a security alert regarding unusual activity. I recently received a suspicious email regarding my Amazon account and became aware it was a scam during a phone call where they attempted to resolve it by requesting credit card information, later using my PayPal without permission. Thankfully, no funds were transferred, but on Dec. 24, I received $[redacted] from Bruce Pascal for Hot Wheels. Typically, PayPal prompts me to transfer funds to my bank account, but this option was not available, leaving me unable to access the funds. I wish to transfer the $[redacted] to my checking account and update my Visa information, however, I am unable to take any action. Despite speaking with a representative who advised visiting Resolutions, I am unable to log in. I am the primary account holder, but when verifying my identity with birthplace and the last 4 digits of my social security number, my input was deemed incorrect. I recently received a collection letter from ACI for charges dated August 7 and August 16, [redacted], totaling $[redacted].78. I did not make these charges and am currently disputing them. I ordered an item (RObot) via my computer back in November [redacted] but it was delivered to the wrong address. I am trying to return it for a refund, but there was no paperwork inside the package. This has happened before with another order. I previously sent back shoes through the post office, but the company claimed it took too long and I lost $99. I filed a dispute because I did not receive the Hoka sneakers I ordered. The seller is asking me to return an item I never received in order to get a refund. The package I got on the supposed delivery day contained a small yellow plastic number, not the shoes I ordered. USPS confirmed it was a 1oz package, my sneakers would have weighed more. Yesterday, I needed help setting up my new GPS. I went online and mistakenly called an [redacted] number. They claimed I had 34 Trojans in my computer. Despite having McAfee, the Zoho IT Services team convinced me McAfee couldn't handle Trojans and charged me $[redacted].00. Today, McAfee informed me Zoho had misled me. Discover card advised me to contact the listed number under "IT Services." I disputed the charge, but now the number Zoho provided is busy. Seeking guidance. - Bill D.
