I purchased four pairs of your yoga pants on 11/12/22 as Christmas gifts. I typically spread the gifts out as I have seven grandchildren and am on social security. I am disappointed that your holiday return policy is only 45 days. I am now two days past the return window, and one pair has a two-inch difference in leg length. This is unacceptable. Your yoga pants used to be my favorites, but this recent purchase is subpar in quality. I request a full refund and free return shipping due to the defective nature of the items.

I attempted to utilize a merchandise credit valued at $35.45 from New York & Company that was given on 6/13/17. However, I was informed today that I couldn't use it, attempting to do so online since their stores are no longer available in my vicinity. This merchandise credit has no expiration date specified. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, the response I received suggesting I couldn't use the credit came from one. Additionally, they declined to provide me with the corporate office contact information. I believe they should not withhold my funds. What steps can I take to address this issue?

I made a purchase on August 2 for multiple items, marking my first order with your company. The order number is N[redacted]. These special items were chosen for my 28th anniversary trip with my husband. I only received three (3) sandals and nothing else. Despite contacting customer service before my trip, I was informed that the items had shipped with a tracking number but were delayed, providing no further details. I expressed my frustration and requested the order be canceled, but I was told it couldn't be done. The customer service representative suggested waiting for the lost items to arrive and then processing a return. Despite promises of a call back and escalation, no progress has been made. I now request the remaining items be canceled and a refund issued to the original payment method promptly. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to wait indefinitely for lost items. This experience has been extremely disappointing, I no longer want the items, I simply require a refund.

I recently made an online purchase, and I received my order which included six items, including item #[redacted], the Zebra Print Tie Waist Chiffon Blouse. However, the blouse was missing from the package, and instead, a black XL bodysuit was included without explanation. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach NY and Company customer service for assistance regarding this issue. I am requesting that someone investigates this matter and either sends me the Zebra Blouse or removes it from my account. Thank you.
