I need assistance with Word for Mac version 16.73 as I am having trouble accessing several of my saved documents. When I attempt to open them, I get an error message stating the document is unreadable and asking if I want to recover the contents. Despite clicking yes, I receive another error stating Word experienced a problem opening the file. It suggests checking file permissions, ensuring enough memory and disk space, or using the Text Recovery converter. However, after trying these steps, the document still cannot be opened. I would appreciate speaking to a representative for further assistance.
