I purchased two LivingSocial vouchers totaling £[redacted].99 in February [redacted] for NuSpa at Radisson Blu Glasgow. When I called on Monday to make a booking before the April 30th expiration date, I was informed by “William” at Radisson Blu that they were fully booked until the end of May [redacted] and then closed for refurbishment due to oversubscription. I have submitted a resolution complaint as the provided email and telephone number were not responsive. I am requesting an immediate full refund of the amount paid. A complaint has also been filed with PayPal, and they are in contact with you to resolve this issue.

I purchased two tickets for Midge Ure's concert at the Bonus Arena in Hull, scheduled for July last year on Friday, May 12th. I have not received the tickets or a receipt. I checked my wowcher wallet and account to no avail. Upon reviewing my bank statements, I found a payment to LivingSocial on July 29th last year, which I assume was for the tickets as I didn't make any other purchases. I am having trouble locating my order number for a voucher I received from Frida Nails. I called the salon on 5/11 and left a message, then again on 5/15, and 5/16 as I wanted to utilize the voucher on 5/17 while I am in town. They returned my call on 5/16, but could only offer me an appointment on 5/19 when I am not available, or at 8am on 5/17. As I am currently enjoying a Mother's Day staycation, I prefer not to wake up at 6am for a pedicure. I would appreciate a refund since they didn't reach out in time for me to use the voucher.

Firstly, if your support phone number is not working, it should be removed from the internet. Secondly, approximately 3 months ago, I purchased a car wash deal valid until sometime in June. When I attempted to use the first of the 3 washes about 3 weeks ago at a location about 8 miles away, I couldn't recall my password to access the deal on my phone. Despite trying numerous passwords, none worked, leaving my car dirty. Upon trying to log in at home, I received a message saying my account was no longer valid, even though the deal had not expired. I kindly request to have my account reinstated so I can utilize the services I paid for.

On February 8, [redacted], I purchased a Super Star Car Wash Canauba Hot Wax Wash package that includes 3 washes to be used by June 8, [redacted]. The car wash is located about 8 miles away, which is not a route I typically take due to my work schedule. On a Sunday afternoon in either April 2nd or 9th, my family and I cleaned the inside of the car and drove to the car wash location. Unfortunately, I had trouble accessing my account on the website as I couldn't remember my password despite trying multiple variations. Frustrated, we had to return home without using the washes. Recently, when I attempted to access the account again, I discovered that it no longer exists. I am seeking assistance to restore my account so I can utilize at least one or two of the remaining washes before they expire. Thank you for your support! - Gary Borg.

On May 25th, I fully paid for an Electric Weed Sweeper with spare brushes. Despite being informed it would arrive by the end of June, the item has not been delivered. If the product is not available soon, I would like a refund of £44.98 plus an additional £3.49. Unfortunately, I do not have the order number on hand. I am having trouble with this website. Despite sending 7 emails requesting my account deletion, I have not received any response. This situation has been ongoing for weeks, and I did not even sign up for this site initially. Therefore, for the 8th time, I am requesting an immediate deletion of my account without any further email communication. I simply want to remove all association with this site. Additionally, my bank has informed me that you attempted to withdraw funds from my account without authorization, which is unacceptable. Please proceed with my account deletion promptly. I am firm in my stance as I feel I have been treated unjustly, and I expect this to be rectified immediately.

I have yet to receive my mattress order. Payment was processed and confirmed, but tracking information is invalid, and customer service is unreachable. Despite an email notification stating delivery, I have not received the item. Attempts to contact DHL have been unsuccessful. I made a payment for an air fryer but lost the voucher and have not received a new one despite multiple requests. My Klarna payment went through, so I kindly request the voucher code to be resent. I have tried reaching out multiple times without receiving a response. My order number is [redacted]2. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted my voucher code and have been unable to use it. The sender canceled my order, and the money was refunded to my LivingSocial wallet. I do not have any technical issues. I would like a voucher to be able to use the refunded amount. The item is the Green Portable USB Humidification Air Cooler, now priced at £18.99 instead of £59.99. I received a refund of £28.98 into my LivingSocial wallet. I recently made a mistake by opening two accounts for the same item with PayPal and Klarna. I returned the item, received a refund from PayPal, but I am still waiting for Klarna to close my account and refund the money. I paid £[redacted] to Living Social through PayPal and another £[redacted] to Klarna for the same order. I am concerned because my Klarna account is still open, and I am making payments. I have been trying to resolve this issue but have not had any success with Klarna. I am 74 years old, and this situation is causing me a lot of stress. Please help me address this matter. I need to file a formal complaint. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I placed an order for a single crushed velvet bed with headboard, but I have not yet received it. When attempting to contact customer service by phone, I was unable to reach anyone and was directed to an answering machine that does not accept any incoming calls. The website is now requesting my credit card details, even though I believe this information should already be on file. I feel like I have been scammed, and I intend to request a refund. I will be contacting my bank regarding this matter.

I bought a voucher for a salon at [redacted] Preston Center Plaza but the stylist mentioned she's not affiliated with Living Social. I purchased a garden foldable cart on August 26th and received it after using a code. However, I received an additional order for a black folding garden cart with another redemption code. My Mastercard was charged £37.99 in two separate transactions. I do not need two carts and do not intend to redeem the code for the black one. I request to cancel the order and receive a refund. I have had difficulties contacting someone at Living Social. I emailed yesterday using the address provided online, but got a response saying the email is no longer in use. Please address this matter promptly.

I am writing to express my frustration with Living Social. I accidentally purchased two folding garden carts on August 26th, one blue and one black. While I received the blue cart, I have not redeemed the voucher for the black one because I only need one. I have been attempting to contact Living Social via email and phone to resolve this issue, but have not received any response. I have been charged for both carts and would like to cancel the order for the black cart immediately and receive a refund on my credit card. Unfortunately, the lack of communication from Living Social has been disappointing, as I am concerned that by the time they do reply, it will be too late to cancel the order.

I recently placed an order for a folding garden cart on August 26th. Surprisingly, two orders were created instead of one - a black cart and a blue cart. I received the blue cart yesterday after redeeming a voucher. Since I don't need two carts, I've been attempting to reach out to Living Social via email and phone without success. No one has responded to my emails, and the provided phone number is closed. It's disappointing how they handle things! Hello, I need some assistance. I purchased wardrobes for my son through Living Social, paying £[redacted].00 with my Barclaycard on July 10th. Due to delays, I canceled the order and requested a refund via live chat. After not receiving a response for a few days, I contacted Barclays. Unfortunately, they mistakenly advised me to file a fraud claim. On July 21st, Barclays refunded £[redacted].00 into our Barclays account, but I informed them not to as I was told the bank refunds money during disputes. However, on October 19th, Barclays withdrew the amount without notice. They advised me to contact you to request a refund of £[redacted].00. Please facilitate the refund promptly.
