Operating in the networking industry as a public speaker and business/career coach, my services heavily rely on networking with other users. Generating a steady income can be challenging in this field, and the connection limit exacerbates the difficulty in sustaining my livelihood and supporting my family. I am seeking a potential increase in my overall connection limit to alleviate the financial strain on my family and me.

I enabled two-factor authentication on my LinkedIn account, but after switching phones, I lost access to it. Unfortunately, the help center was not helpful as they only provide information on account recovery when already logged in. I am seeking assistance from LinkedIn to temporarily bypass two-factor authentication or obtain a one-time verification code for logging in. I understand they cannot provide my password, as I already have it, and I am solely focused on overcoming the two-factor authentication barrier.

I enabled 2-factor authentication on my LinkedIn account with Google Authenticator. Unfortunately, I had to reset my phone to factory settings due to software issues, causing me to lose access to the 2FA codes. It has been a month since the reset, and I am struggling to regain entry to my account. Accessing my LinkedIn is crucial as I am in need of finding new job opportunities and maintaining my professional network. I am facing an issue with a job post on LinkedIn for my company. I am trying to set it up so that applicants can upload a cover letter along with their resume when applying through LinkedIn. I have searched through LinkedIn's help documents, but all they suggest is mentioning the cover letter requirement in the job description. However, this does not allow applicants to actually upload a cover letter when they apply. I reached out to LinkedIn support, but the response I received only directed me to the unhelpful documentation. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from support in over a day.

Hello Team, I am reaching out concerning the restriction on my account by the LinkedIn Team. I have encountered certain issues that need attention, but unfortunately, I am unable to contact LinkedIn's customer support. 1. I need to edit my profile name, but due to the account restriction, I am unable to verify and make the necessary changes. 2. There are ongoing job postings on my account with deductions being made despite the restriction. I urge LinkedIn to either resume the job postings or stop the charges since I cannot access the profiles. 3. I am eager to rectify any policy violations and comply with LinkedIn's guidelines. I kindly request an opportunity to communicate these concerns to the team. The reason cited for the restriction is behavior that may violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service. I am willing to verify my identity to appeal this decision, with hopes of having the restriction lifted after a review. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear LinkedIn Support, I have been sharing my political views on the platform. Despite negative comments about President Trump in the past being allowed, my current posts are now being flagged. I understand and respect LinkedIn's rules moving forward. The urgent issue concerns charity work. My account closure is preventing donations to three overseas charities before Christmas. I urgently require my account reinstated. I received a response stating my account will not be restored due to policy violations. I am unable to hibernate your account at this moment. There seems to be an outstanding issue that needs to be addressed first. Once the matter is resolved, you can try hibernating your account again through your settings page. Your account is linked to an enterprise product at the moment. If you are an admin, kindly transfer your administrative privileges to another admin before proceeding to hibernate your account. If you are not an admin, please coordinate with your administrator to remove the license associated with the enterprise product before attempting to hibernate your account.

Hello, Please contact me as I no longer have access to my LinkedIn account, but it still appears in Google search results. I no longer need LinkedIn as I am currently on parental leave and wish to delete the account entirely. I am unable to reset my password as my email address is not recognized. Hello GetHuman, A few days ago, I unexpectedly received a message from LinkedIn, informing me of issues with my account. They requested that I upload my passport to verify my identity, which I promptly did. However, two days later, I received another message with Reference # [redacted]91 stating that my account activity violated LinkedIn's terms and my appeal was denied, resulting in a permanent restriction on my account. It appears the violation was related to misrepresenting my identity or providing inaccurate profile information, as outlined in their user agreement and community guidelines. I am an 80-year-old English man residing in Mexico. Recently, after purchasing Microsoft [redacted] and installing it, I encountered an issue where all my applications, including LinkedIn, vanished. I am having trouble accessing my LinkedIn account that had over a thousand contacts. I created a LinkedIn account for IVY League Ventures with the email [redacted] However, I mistakenly used the email [redacted] for customer support, which is not linked to my LinkedIn account. Now my account has been restricted without a valid reason. IVY League Ventures is a legitimate company, and I, Farheen Rangwala, created the account for the company. I also set up a company page for IVY League Ventures Pvt. Ltd. within the same account. Please lift the restriction on my account as I am unable to access the company page. If not, kindly close my account and the company page so I can create a new one for my company.

My account on LinkedIn has been restricted due to having two accounts - one personal and one project-specific. I understand that this violated the rules, and I apologize. Both accounts are restricted as the details are the same. I have submitted my documents for both accounts and have been waiting for over two weeks. I kindly request the LinkedIn team to complete the investigation promptly and unrestrict at least one of my accounts so I can make necessary changes and resume my work. Thank you.

Dear Customer Support, I am a frequent user of LinkedIn and recently signed up for a free trial of the Premium account. I accidentally realized that I have been charged for a full year instead of expecting to be billed at the end of December when my trial period was supposed to end. I acknowledge my mistake, but I do not require a Premium account for another year. While I understand paying for a month, I am hoping for a reasonable solution where I am not charged for an entire year. I recently noticed that I was charged for a subscription without my consent. After the trial month, I did not use it at all, as shown in my account activity. I was charged without any notification, and I am unable to cancel the subscription or get a refund. Despite trying to cancel yesterday, it continues until January 26th. Having a free month without any email warning about the subsequent charge is frustrating. The only email I received was a confirmation of my subscription. After reading LinkedIn's refund policy, I find it unacceptable. I will definitely close my LinkedIn account and encourage others to do the same. If necessary, I will seek advice from a consumer association before taking further action against LinkedIn, given the number of complaints online. As a student without income, this amount is essential to me right now. I demand an immediate refund. I request a full refund and the cancellation of my premium service.
