I made payments totaling USD$52,[redacted] to the TAHOQUA FREEDOM project in Orlando through Advisor Melisa Roldan. The bank did not approve the loan request. I am requesting a refund of my deposits, but until now, no one has resolved this for me. I have spoken with Daniela Pino, who assured me she would send the necessary documents for the refund by August 22. Despite numerous messages and calls, today Daniela Pino informed me that the refund is being processed and will be completed within 45 to 60 days.
