I published my book "Moments to Remember" on 10.08.[redacted] and ordered two proof copies along with three actual copies for friends. The deadline for proofreading the book for pre-order purposes was 18.08.[redacted]. Since I hadn't received the proof copies by then, I gave approval after quickly reviewing one of the actual copies. Unfortunately, the proof copies arrived only on 26.08.[redacted], and upon reading them, I discovered several errors that could have been corrected with more time. I promptly took down both the paperback and Kindle versions and will need to redo the publishing process. I feel embarrassed having to ask anyone who already purchased my book to return it and request a refund via a message on Facebook. I am hopeful they will consider re-ordering once I re-publish.

I am having issues with my Kindle app. It was originally linked to an old email address that is no longer active. When I purchase Kindle books using my new email address, the items don't show up on my iPad app, only on my iPhone app. My iPad app has 30 e-books, while my iPhone app only has 2. I can't access the old email for verification, and attempts to add a phone number for verification fail. I wonder if this is due to my location in Australia. I recently updated my iPhone and suspect that triggered the change. Any assistance would be great.

I own a Samsung Gallery Android device with the Kindle App installed. Lately, I've noticed some unfamiliar blank books appearing in my Form Your Library screen. They have "KINDLE" written on top, "new" on the right corner at an angle, and a "K" with a check mark at the bottom. Currently, I have 17 of these mysterious books. When I try to open one, it just keeps spinning and won't display. Yesterday, I attempted to remove one from my library, but they reappeared today. This issue has been persistent for about a month now. I'm unsure of what these "books" are, how they are being added to my Kindle library, and I would like to know how to stop this from happening. Hello, I accidentally logged out of my Kindle. I know my Wi-Fi network but can't remember the password. Also, I have downloaded around 80 Clive Cussler books, but I can only access about 40 that I have already read. The other titles seem to prompt me to buy them again on Amazon, which is frustrating as I don't want to pay for the same books twice. To avoid this issue, I now only download one book at a time and read it immediately instead of downloading multiple books and losing track of them. I have a list of the 80 Clive Cussler books I downloaded but can't access. However, I need to log back into my Kindle first, and for that, I require my forgotten password for the Wi-Fi network. How can I retrieve this information without having to repurchase the books? Let me know if you need the list of book titles. Thank you.

I recently noticed a change on my Kindle after an automatic update. The book I am currently reading is no longer automatically positioned as the first book on the first page of my Kindle library. Instead, it might appear on a different screen, like screen number 11, when I go back to it. This is frustrating, especially when I have multiple books open, as the book I was reading does not return to its original position. I have to scroll through pages to find it, which is time-consuming. How can I revert to the previous setting where the current book I am reading is always positioned as the first book on the first screen?

I am looking for help to send a message to Alison Cattleman regarding my Kindle Singles royalties that I have not received. The customer service team has yet to address this issue despite the time I have spent on it. My account was under my late husband's email with the university where he taught, but since he has passed away, that email may no longer exist. Amazon KDP has terminated my account, and I am a genuine author. I request the reactivation of my [redacted] account. I believe the quality of my content and sales speak for themselves. I have enrolled my books in Kindle Unlimited for exposure only on Amazon. I acknowledge my mistake and assure I will not violate policies again. Hello. I purchased the EE Smith Lensman Series books and successfully downloaded them, but they are not in chronological order in my Library. I have attempted to rearrange the books on my Library page to reflect the correct story order, but I have been unsuccessful. Can anyone provide assistance on how to fix this issue?

Hello, Recently, I have been experiencing issues with the Township game Regatta on my Fire HD 8 device. Despite following Township Support's advice to check the specs and clear the cache, the game continues to crash during the Regatta. Even when attempting to play other aspects of the game, such as the mini game or interacting with my team, the game still automatically directs me to the Regatta screen upon opening and crashes consistently. This has rendered me unable to enjoy any part of Township gameplay. I am unable to contact Support within the game due to the crashing issue, and using the web-based Support Form is not an option as it requires an "Invitation Code" that I do not possess. The frustration is mounting, as I have been an avid player for over 2 years and now find myself unable to play at all since the last game update.

I have previously emailed you multiple times. I am unable to make [redacted] calls from my location in Mexico. Could you provide me with a direct number to reach you? Once again, I bought "PRAYERS THAT SHAKE HEAVEN AND EARTH" using my cellphone [redacted] and received it on my phone, but it did not come through on my Android Tablet. I bought a Kindle 10in from Best Buy as a Christmas gift for my 6-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, she accidentally dropped it from a short distance, and the screen shattered. Best Buy's customer service informed me that without a warranty, they couldn't offer a replacement. They suggested contacting Kindle for repair or replacement options. I recently purchased a Kindle Paperwhite [redacted]. Unfortunately, my Kindle store constantly switches from English to simplified Chinese, and I am having difficulty changing it back. This is frustrating because I prefer using the English version. I have attempted various solutions such as restarting my device multiple times, which temporarily fixes the issue until I try to search or purchase a book. On December 31st, [redacted], I was shocked to receive an email stating that Amazon KDP had terminated my account due to one book potentially misleading customers, despite my efforts to follow their rules diligently. All my books were removed from the store, and my royalties were withheld. I have always adhered to their guidelines and promptly responded to their emails. I am seeking help to restore my Amazon KDP account as I believe the termination was unjust without prior notice.

I am a new self-publisher launching my own book. Unfortunately, the person I initially hired to assist me did not provide the necessary support to get my book published promptly. I decided to discontinue our collaboration. Despite having purchased an ISBN number from this individual, when I tried to utilize it for uploading my book on Amazon, she claimed that she had sold it. I insisted that she secure another ISBN for me as I had already paid for it. She requested details such as the book title, content, and author information, which I promptly shared via email. However, she uploaded all the details under her name as the publisher of my book. She later informed me that this was due to the domain name being under her control. I am seeking advice on how to rectify this situation so that I can have my own ISBN number and publisher details.

I purchased Neil Gaiman's Good Omens to reread because I lost my hard copy during a move. After buying it, I tried to download it and received an error message saying, "Due to expiration or deletion content cannot be downloaded, please buy subscription or another copy." This is frustrating because I already own the product and shouldn't have to buy it again. It feels like they are taking my money without providing the product or service I paid for.
