Hello, I am Maggie. I have recently noticed that many of my older highlights are missing from my Instagram page. I believe this is due to having more than [redacted] highlights, but I am unsure. I would like to know if there is a way to retrieve these highlights, even if I need to delete some. Are there limits on the number of highlights on Instagram? I have not been able to find information on this. These older highlights are meaningful to me, and I would appreciate any help in recovering them. Please inform me if there is a solution. Recently, my phone froze, causing all my data to be lost. I am unable to access my iCloud account as I forgot my password, and the same goes for my Instagram account. When I try the "forgot password" option, it sends a link to my phone number, but I can't retrieve the code as I set up two-factor authentication. I'm seeking assistance to regain access to my Instagram account. Is there an alternative method to prove my identity and log back in?

My daughter's account was hacked, and I am unable to access it because a verification code is being sent to a different email address not belonging to her. Today when I tried to log in, I received a message stating that my account no longer exists. A friend who checked my profile noticed that my name had been modified. Unfortunately, attempting to reset my password via email was unsuccessful due to an unrecognized email linked to the account. I am unsure if this is my genuine account or a fraudulent one. My original account name was "kevinwedekind95," but now the profile displays as "meadhbhzika." I would like to request the deletion of this account.

I have two Instagram accounts: 1) Lebon Raymond @lebonraymon 2) Lebon Raymond @action.millionnaire Both accounts keep linking back to the first one (@lebonraymon). I'm unable to change @lebonraymon to @action.millionnaire and switch the bios. Can you help me solve this issue, or do I need to open two new accounts? Thank you for resolving my problems. I am the owner of the account sh0t0_ and I recently got kicked out and temporarily banned for phishing, which I have no knowledge of. The phone number associated with the account is outdated, as I switched from Vodafone to O2 three years ago and lost access to the old number. I couldn't add my email to the account as it was linked to another old account of mine. Without access to the old phone number, I can't receive the verification SMS. I have around five archived pictures of myself on the account. Is there a way I can verify my identity and regain access to my account by contacting Instagram?

Hello, my name is Erinn Velez, and I go by the username rin.spiration. I am extremely frustrated with the situation regarding my account. Towards the end of January, my account got hacked. Although I could still access it during the hack, I followed the suggestions from the Help Center, changed my password, and set up two-factor authentication. The hacker had changed my name several times and messaged people I didn't know or follow. When I tried to check those messages, it showed the content had been removed, and I couldn't find a way to report it. After changing my name back, everything seemed fine until two days ago when I tried to post and found out my account was deleted. I've submitted verification to prove my identity but when I try to appeal, I keep getting an error message and can't log in at all. It's been a significant journey for me to rebuild this account after battling depression and health issues. I had surgeries and wanted to share my recovery process. Losing access to this account without explanation has left me devastated. I hope someone can assist me in understanding what occurred and ideally reinstate my account. Thank you. - Erinn

I'm dealing with a problem where my Instagram account, linked to Facebook, has been blocked. I can't provide a password as I don't have access to the original email. I am frustrated with Instagram. They have blocked me four times now for no reason when all I was doing was unfollowing people on my account who weren't following me back. I am not engaging with any unwanted websites, just trying to manage my followers. I have attached a screenshot below to show that I am not violating any rules. I really need to speak to a manager or someone from the Instagram team to explain this issue as this keeps happening each time I unfollow users on my account. I would appreciate a call to clarify and resolve this matter as I feel unfairly targeted by these continuous blocks on my account.

Hello, I am an Instagram user who has encountered issues with inappropriate accounts on the platform. I have reported several accounts (such as __ashkan48__, mjtb3995, moha_4241, matin_gefary, lswr7680, lyswry147, zxazxytehf, m.tajparast81, mahdisdlvhzakvkxn, mohamadsadegh530) multiple times due to their inappropriate content, but unfortunately, Instagram has not taken any action in response to my reports. These accounts have no posts or information on their profile, but their followers and following lists include profiles involved in sexual exploitation and other concerning activities. I urge Instagram to thoroughly investigate not only the reported accounts but also their connections to other questionable profiles. As a concerned user, I am worried about the safety of individuals on this platform, which is why I feel compelled to report these inappropriate accounts and behaviors. I request Instagram to carefully review all reports and take appropriate actions. Thank you.

My wife's business account was hacked by a fraudster today. I am struggling to regain access to the account as the fraudster has changed the username, email, and phone number associated with it. Prior to the hack, my wife did not have two-factor authentication enabled, but the fraudster activated it after gaining access, complicating the recovery process. The fraudster has been actively using the account since midday, changing the password every 30-60 minutes. I am receiving email alerts about these changes on the linked Gmail address. Yesterday, on 09/02/21, while using my account on my iMac, I received an email alert that someone was trying to access my account from a Mac. It turns out it was just me trying to log in. When I switched to my phone, I kept encountering captchas even though I was already signed in. Eventually, I deleted the app, assuming it was a bug. Now, when I try to sign back in, I keep getting messages like "user not found" or generic errors prompting me to try again later. It's been 24 hours, and I still can't access my account. My music industry partners have informed me that my account appears to have disappeared inexplicably. This is frustrating as I rely on Instagram daily to connect with fans, promote my music, and expand my following.

Dear Support Team, I am encountering a difficulty with my Instagram Business Account (@moinhodvento) for my restaurant. The issue we are facing is the inability to add the location of our business on Instagram. Previously, we were able to do this until around mid-[redacted]. Since then, our business seems to have disappeared from locations. When we search for Solar Moinho de Vento, the location does not show up. Interestingly, our address is correct on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps. We would greatly appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly, as customers often want to tag our location in their posts but end up tagging Largo Moinho de Vento instead, which is a small square in front of our restaurant. I was browsing on Instagram when I thought about revamping an old account of mine. When I tried to log in, I encountered issues with nothing loading - not the home page, my posts, or anything connected to the account. Interestingly, my other accounts are functioning normally. I reached out to Instagram for assistance by reporting the problem, but unfortunately, I did not receive any help. I then visited Instagram's help center, which suggested basic troubleshooting steps like logging out, reinstalling the app, and reconnecting - all of which I tried without success. I'm unsure if my account has been banned, as I did not receive any notification about it.
