I placed an order recently, but I'm having trouble tracking my parcel because I can't recall the email address used for the order. The order was made on Saturday, the 21st, with next-day delivery scheduled for Sunday, the 22nd. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the parcel. This is disappointing as it was meant to be a Christmas gift that I am now unable to give. I do have a screenshot of the order reference number and the bank card used for the purchase.

I am concerned because the courier stated the parcel was delivered with a falsified recipient's signature. Despite being home all day, I did not receive the package. The delivery system indicated the parcel was received at 3:45 PM, but no recipient's signature was logged, only a dash. Falsifying a signature is illegal and can lead to penalties such as fines or imprisonment.

My daughter was supposed to receive a Sports Direct delivery yesterday, but the status still shows "awaiting pick up." This is a £[redacted] order for my grandson's Christmas gifts. Can you please explain why it's still in the warehouse? She's been crying all day, not knowing what to tell her son. Miss S Lovat, 42 Holystone Ave, Blyth, has emailed Sports Direct twice, but they are ignoring her messages.

I accidentally had a £[redacted] order from PLT delivered to my university house in Liverpool. Although PLT contacted Hermes to retrieve the parcel since I'm not in Liverpool, it was still delivered to the wrong address at 67 Edinburgh Road, which isn't mine. This address is not secure, and I don't know who lives there. I would appreciate it if the parcel could be collected and returned to PLT as originally requested, or alternatively be sent to my current address. Thank you.

I am frustrated with the delay in receiving the gift I ordered for my 16-year-old son. Despite paying for next day delivery on Saturday, the parcel has not arrived yet. The courier, Hermes, seems to have the package but is facing issues in delivering it. I have not received any courtesy email, and there has been no update in over 24 hours. I was expecting a package today, but the driver entered my building and didn't follow my instructions to leave it in my mailbox. Instead, they left a card without any details filled in, leaving me clueless about where my parcel is. I requested next-day delivery and this lack of service is unacceptable. I consistently have issues receiving packages from your company.

The address listed on the parcel tracking website is not close to my location, and upon visiting, I discovered they do not have my package. I did not receive any delivery slip, only an email stating that the package was delivered, which it was not. This is a Christmas gift, and the confusion led me to inquire with my neighbors to no avail. The signature on file is simply "no 25." I am requesting for either the parcel to be redelivered to me promptly or a refund that includes the cost of the Funko Pop Kraven the Hunter figure and the express delivery fee.

I would like to report an issue with the delivery of my parcel. The package was left outside my house next to the bin in an open estate without any notification or attempt to deliver it to me directly. Despite being home at the time, I did not receive a knock on the door. After checking my email for updates on the delivery, I discovered that the parcel was not placed through my letterbox as indicated, but left outside by the bin. I've invested a significant amount of money in this parcel and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Please contact me as soon as possible to address this matter. I prefer a phone call as reaching customer service has been challenging. To resolve this issue, I kindly request Hermes to contact the seller to acknowledge the lost package and arrange for the items to be resent to me promptly, preferably before New Year's Eve.

The courier attempted delivery four times, but never left a contact number. I tried reaching out via live web chat with Hermes, only to receive automated responses redirecting me to the tracking website. Reaching out via phone also led to automated responses only redirecting me back to the tracking site. The experience with your customer service has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of communication from the drivers is unacceptable. Unfortunately, a little girl had to go without her Christmas gift due to this issue.

Hello, My name is Joana Costa, and my order number is [redacted][redacted]. On December 24, [redacted], a lady from Hermes collected my parcel, as confirmed by my live cameras. Unfortunately, my daughter mistakenly gave her two parcels instead of one. The additional package, which was in a small box labeled "Amazon" without any specific label, contains very sentimental family cassettes that were meant for another company's collection. I am deeply shocked and upset that it was taken without proper identification. Therefore, I kindly request that only the smaller package be returned to you, as the other box holds invaluable sentimental value to me and my children. It contains approximately 10 precious cassettes, which are irreplaceable. I implore you from the bottom of my heart to please ensure the safe return of that package to me.

I recently received three parcels from my local Hermes delivery driver, but unfortunately, two of them were not meant for me and were delivered to the wrong address. I would appreciate it if the driver could return to collect the incorrect parcels. I attempted to contact Hermes, but only received an automated message directing me to the website. On Monday, December 9th, a parcel was picked up from my home for return to QVC. The tracking number for my parcel is 34-[redacted]-03-[redacted]8-5. The latest update on MyHermes tracking, dated December 13th, reads "Your parcel is on its way back to the sender." Three other items that I personally returned to a MyHermes shop on December 14th have all reached QVC, and I have been issued a refund for them. I am having trouble returning an item to Holland & Barrett using Hermes. H&B provided a label for the return and arranged for Hermes to collect it. However, Hermes claims they cannot locate my property, even though they delivered a parcel to us today. Despite my efforts to contact Hermes and H&B's follow-up, I have not been successful. Due to health reasons, I rely on the collection service. We have received other parcels from Hermes recently, so their inability to find us seems inaccurate. Any guidance or suggestions are welcome. I used Hermes to return an item to the Ashgrove Avenue Ardrossan store on December 20th. The store gave me a blue slip with a 7-digit tracking number starting with the letter P. I assume this is my tracking number. I haven't received any communication about the return, so I visited the store today for an update. They mentioned I should have received an email from Hermes once the driver scanned my return. I'm concerned about the status of my parcel and would appreciate any help in tracking it. I need to express my dissatisfaction with Hermes' service. The courier did not provide a contact number when they left my parcel in a safe spot. I tried various contact numbers to speak with someone, but none connected me to a live person. I am unsure if the parcel was truly left by the driver, if it was just marked as delivered, or worse, if it was stolen. The customer service from Hermes has been extremely disappointing.

I'm experiencing an issue with my ASOS parcel delivery. According to the tracking, it has been delivered and signed for by someone else without my knowledge, despite me being home all day. I didn't receive any notification about a missed delivery either. The package was signed for by someone with the initials MS, not me (SD). This situation is unacceptable. Hello, Good afternoon, I am facing an issue with my recent purchase from Mothercare. Hello, I was expecting a delivery today between 3-5. I've been home all day, but I received an email saying the package was delivered and signed for, even though it wasn't me who signed for it. This same item was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of December between 11-1, and no one showed up then either. This was a Christmas present, and I'm quite upset. I contacted JD Williams, and they mentioned they spoke to Hermes, who stated that the parcel was scanned but not in my area. I would appreciate it if you could look into where the item is located. Please contact the driver and inform me about the parcel's status.
