I have been attempting to send emails without success. As I am partially sighted and unable to type quickly, I encountered an issue with an outdoor garden storage box (Order Number: [redacted]22) I received from Alta&Co Trading. The front and back parts do not connect to the bottom as expected. After emailing them, they insisted I cover the return shipping costs, which I found unreasonable. They mentioned that Groupon would contact me regarding the matter. Unfortunately, with my laptop not functioning, I am unable to access my Groupon account to retrieve the invoice number as all my old emails are now inaccessible. If I do not receive any updates soon, I am considering escalating the issue further as I have exhausted my attempts to resolve it with them. Thank you.

I had a frustrating experience with Groupon when I tried to book a zip line activity on Oahu in Hawaii using their search engine. Unfortunately, the location was on Maui, where we were not staying. After spending hours on the phone with Groupon customer support and Viator to arrange a refund, I only received Groupon bucks instead of the cash I needed. I purchased a Groupon for a spa service at Scottsdale Camelback resort on March 12, [redacted]. The Groupon was mistakenly bought for the wrong resort and was consequently canceled. Although Groupon stated on my account that the refund was processed, PayPal claims they did not receive it when I followed up with them. After a conversation with Groupon's live chat support assuring me the refund was done, I contacted PayPal again only to be informed that they never received any refund. Subsequent communications with Groupon revealed that the payment was reversed due to a failure on their end. The back-and-forth has caused prolonged frustration as PayPal continued charging me for the service. I am now seeking confirmation from Groupon to confirm the payment failure and am looking for a resolution to this issue to avoid involving my bank. The situation feels unsettling as it is resembling a fraudulent transaction.

I have a voucher for a one-hour golf lesson at Stourbridge Golf Club with the code VS-H3MP-YVNT-W5BW-CSMR. I attempted to make a reservation through the Groupon site, but the link was not functional, leading to the voucher expiring as I couldn't book. Additionally, bad weather caused the golf course to be closed often, adding to the difficulty. After contacting the golf club, they advised reaching out to Groupon for an extension or a new voucher, as they are prepared to honor it once the expiry date is updated.

I visited a place using a Groupon but left because they weren't wearing masks and gloves during the pandemic, which made me uncomfortable due to my autoimmune condition. They refused to accommodate my concern, even after redeeming my Groupon. Now I need assistance to get a refund back to my original payment method through Groupon or a dispute with my bank.

I purchased the harvester deal for £26.99 for 2 (47% off). We wanted to try this restaurant. Upon arrival, we were handed a menu. After selecting our dishes, we mentioned it was a Groupon deal. Surprisingly, we were then given a different menu, a simplified version with fewer choices compared to the original menu. Although the options were similar, the full-price menu was the same cost as the Groupon deal, £15.00 per course. The advertised discount of 47% for 2 courses priced at £29.99 doesn't seem accurate. This discrepancy has left me feeling misled by the offer.

I bought a Groupon on April 26th. The payment went through, got the receipt. Scheduled an appointment, but couldn't use the voucher due to technical issues and ended up paying full price. Contacted support, they promised a refund but no confirmation email. Still waiting for the money back, struggling to reach someone. Feeling extremely frustrated and considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau if not resolved, seems fishy.

I attempted to contact your chat line for expert assistance, but I keep getting directed to a payment page asking for credit card details. This is not helpful at all. The issue I experienced is with the Shake 'n Bake Original Pork product. When I bought it, I was surprised to find no bag inside for mixing. As I do not have gallon bags at home, I rely on the supplied bag. Please either refund me or send replacement boxes swiftly along with the bags needed for preparation. Thank you.

I purchased a mani-pedicure deal from Renu Herbal Spa and Nails on April 21, [redacted], for $32.59 through PayPal using a discount from Honey. I encountered an issue when trying to print the coupon and reached out to Groupon for assistance without any success. Upon reviewing my order, I noticed a message stating that Renu would honor my request, but after contacting Renu on April 8th and 9th, [redacted], they informed me they were no longer accepting Groupons for that deal. I informed them that the $32.59 payment was processed on April 22nd, [redacted], but I had not received my Groupon, so I requested a refund. Renu mentioned that Groupon had the payment, which was made through PayPal with a discount from Honey. I am seeking a refund as I have not received the service or my money back.

I purchased a Groupon for Teleflora to surprise my mom with a beautiful bouquet on Mother's Day. However, when I tried to complete the purchase on their website, the price at checkout was three times higher than expected. Despite spending hours trying to apply the Groupon, I couldn't afford the final cost. Since my mom's birthday falls on Mother's Day, it was crucial for me to get her these flowers. Due to the wasted time on their site, I couldn't order from elsewhere in time for the delivery.

I wanted to gift these massages to my daughters, Brenica D. and Ambree S., and my wife, Cynthia B. to enjoy together. Unfortunately, I was informed the massages couldn't be split between different individuals. Affordable Massage instructed me to contact Groupon for a credit on the purchase, and then they would book each massage separately for each person. I followed these instructions on Sunday, the 14th. I am disappointed with the service I received from the manager and alignment technician at this establishment. They claimed my tires were in poor condition and used that as an excuse to not perform the alignment and rotation I had requested. The technician also stated that my tie rod needed to be replaced, which was disproven by another mechanic I trust. The entire situation left me feeling frustrated, especially since I have previous experience working at a tire and alignment shop. This experience was not up to the standards I expected when purchasing the Groupon voucher for this service.

I purchased 60 units of Botox for 3 areas at Morristown Family Dental. However, I am disappointed as I have not seen any results. When I inquired about the amount of Botox in each syringe, they informed me that it was three syringes, 20 units of Botox each. Despite their explanation, I have not noticed any changes after 8 days. I am requesting a refund as I need to seek treatment from another doctor. Thank you.

I bought a 1-year membership to Yogaworks via Groupon for $[redacted]. I see the charge on my credit card statement, but I haven't received any information to access my account. Groupon doesn't have a phone number, and their chat support is unresponsive. I've been trying to resolve this for two days now. I am experiencing an issue with redeeming the software. Even though it shows as redeemed, I have not done so. Unfortunately, I tried to provide the last chat conversation with Deepika, but it has disappeared along with my two previous email attempts to Groupon. Despite being a long-time Groupon user without issues, it appears all those years have caught up at once. The customer service has been disappointing; Deepika abruptly ended our chat twice, leaving me feeling ignored. I tried to attach the requested screenshot of the message for Deepika, but it was unsuccessful. Hopefully, this message reaches the right team at Groupon and my problem can finally be resolved after several unsuccessful attempts.

I encountered an issue while trying to redeem the software as it indicates it's already been redeemed, even though I haven't done so. I was planning to provide the latest chat dialogue with Deepika, but it has vanished, just like my two recent email attempts to Groupon. Despite having used Groupon successfully for years, my luck seems to have run out all at once! The customer support experience is disappointing; on two occasions, Deepika simply vanished from the conversation without resolution. I failed to attach the screenshot of the message as requested by Deepika. This marks my 7th effort to resolve this matter; please rectify it or provide a refund. Here's hoping this message reaches Groupon's customer service successfully this time.

First of all, I want to address that the email address currently on file for me is invalid. I have attempted to update it to my correct email address, [redacted] However, even after purchasing two theatre tickets recently, the tickets were mistakenly sent to the invalid email address, which I cannot access. Unfortunately, the policy states that all sales are final, leaving me out of $80. This situation is absolutely unacceptable.

I purchased a Groupon for a Legoland hotel in Carlsbad, California. The vacation is set to start today, May 22, and end on May 24. Even though it shows as purchased and available in my Groupon account, I am unable to obtain an order or confirmation number. The hotel redirected me to Groupon for assistance. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue through Groupon's online chat support, I was unable to get any help. I provided all requested information, including identification, address, recent purchases, and pictures showing the available Groupon in my account. This trip was planned in advance for my son's birthday, and I have already taken time off work. It is frustrating to be stuck in this online loop with Groupon. Additionally, I have other Groupons booked for the Carlsbad area that are nonrefundable, so I am at risk of losing nearly $[redacted].
