On my recent Visa statements, charges from 'Cleaning with Confidence' were erroneously applied for services outside their service area. These charges were correctly refunded on the subsequent statement. The same issue occurred with charges from 'Pretty Pink' and 'Cozy Maid,' which were also refunded due to service area constraints. To my dismay, these same charges reappeared on my latest October statement, totaling $99.00, $[redacted].95, $75.00, and $76.54. I want to emphasize that no services were rendered, nor were they requested on my part. I am rightfully expecting a refund for these erroneous charges. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Order # [redacted] was supposed to be used by October 27, [redacted], but I haven't redeemed the voucher yet. The vendor now requests the redemption code for verification. Kindly share the redemption code with me so I can forward it to the vendor. Additionally, please improve the Groupon site to include an easy way to reach Customer Support. It's frustrating that I had to search online to locate customer service details for Groupon.

I contacted customer service on Tuesday to inquire about an Argos gift card. According to the Groupon website, the card should expire on December 31st this year. However, upon reviewing the egift email, I noticed that it actually expires on June 24th, [redacted]. Despite the discrepancy, when speaking with Zozibini from customer service, I was assured the card had not expired. The order number referenced is [redacted]69. I've also attempted to use the card to pay for an item in my Argos basket but encountered difficulties. Could you kindly advise on the available options to resolve this matter?

I believed the move would be cheaper but I encountered issues cancelling the order. Despite informing my bank, the payment went through. I faced unhelpful service and delays in responses, even having a chat disconnected while waiting. I feel neglected as customer support seems inaccessible unless paid for. I urgently demand the order be cancelled and a refund processed promptly. I mistakenly clicked the redeemed button thinking it would lead me to the Doorage website. I insist on a swift refund, as the situation has been mishandled. If a resolution isn't reached promptly and I am not contacted, I will involve my bank. I bought a Groupon for an oil change at Fenik's Auto in Ontario, California. I've had to go back twice and it seems like they are putting other customers ahead of me. They mentioned that they don't get paid by Groupon, and advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. The order number is: [redacted].

I had a computer issue while trying to book an additional emsculpt treatment. After confirming the initial treatment for $[redacted], I unintentionally viewed a screen showing 2 treatments for $1,[redacted]. Even though I did not confirm the purchase by checking the box, my Visa card was charged $1,[redacted]. I contacted Groupon customer support and was informed of a refund. However, upon checking the app, the 2 treatments for $1,[redacted] were still in my cart. I did not authorize this purchase and do not intend to pay for it. I have not confirmed the order and refuse to do so. Please remove this charge from my cart. I appreciate the services from JAX SLIM WRAP but encountered issues with your computer systems. I do not want to be billed for this unauthorized amount, as it might exceed my credit limit and affect my credit rating.

I purchased a few oil changes and filters, but I wasn't charged the advertised price of $15.77. I received an email today stating that the offer is indeed $15.77. I have a concern and a suggestion. It would be helpful if I could easily view the cost of my transactions on your site, as I currently can't see the dollar amount when I view a voucher on my phone. Hello, I recently purchased a hair salon voucher for a balayage at Mint Unicorn from your company. I redeemed the voucher on December 16th, but unfortunately, the service I received did not meet the balayage description. Instead of the balayage I purchased, only a few barely visible highlights were added. The hairdresser informed me after I was done that they could not fully apply the color as it would be too costly for them since they only receive 35% of the voucher value from Groupon. I requested a redo as the service did not match my voucher, but my request was denied. I was told that I am not a master hairdresser who can dictate what a balayage should look like. I attended my scheduled appointment on 11/18/21 at the provider's office, but the service was not provided. The provider, Kaylun Brown from Intimed, has been unresponsive to reschedule despite me informing her about my availability constraints. She expressed uncertainty about providing the service, mentioning being "on the fence." After presenting a negative COVID test, communication issues ensued when trying to contact her for rescheduling. It appears she may have blocked my messages or gone out of business. Hello, my appointment was scheduled for today under the name Debra at Reflexions Massage LLC at 1:30 p.m. Upon my arrival, I waited for over half an hour after knocking and ringing the bell with no response. Subsequently, I received an email stating my appointment was cancelled. As a new mom on a tight budget, I was really looking forward to this massage to relieve my stress and postpartum difficulties, especially after making the long drive from the inner city of Cincinnati. I'm having trouble with my voucher. I feel frustrated and upset as I can't seem to contact you through other means. I'm not sure if this message will reach you. I don't understand why there's a word limit, but I can keep chatting. The weather here is awful, it's been like this for a week. Maybe that's why I'm feeling so irritated, or it could be something psychological. Maybe I should consider therapy. All I really want is for my HelloFresh order to be delivered smoothly.

I bought a Groupon on November 8th for front and rear brake changes. Upon arrival, the mechanic mentioned he would call after inspecting the car. When he finally called 4 hours later, he recommended replacing both brakes and rotors. Due to budget constraints, I requested only the brake replacements without the rotors. A month later, my rear brakes showed issues, so I visited Brakes Plus assuming it was the rotors now. Brakes Plus revealed that the brakes were never changed, with the front brakes at 45% and the rear needing replacement, not rotors. I seek a prompt refund of the amount charged back to my account.
