I reserved a spa leisure access and afternoon tea as a gift for someone. On Tuesday, January 21st, we arrived at the venue and were seated promptly. However, the service became disappointing when the afternoon tea sandwiches took too long to arrive. After a 40-minute wait, we received the sandwiches with frozen, thick butter on stale bread, making them inedible. The sweet treats were also frozen and lacked freshness, and even the scones were frozen and sticky. Despite the restaurant being empty, the poor food quality and service were unacceptable. I raised my concerns with the manager, who took note and submitted a complaint to Groupon. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by impolite staff, terrible food, and overall shockingly low standards. I have no intention of returning to this establishment.

I am reaching out about an order I placed on March 17, [redacted] through Groupon for 4 video-to-DVD Conversions from Memories On Media. The order number is [redacted], and the Groupon vouchers used were: [redacted]3, [redacted]7, [redacted]7, [redacted]5. On March 22, I sent 40 VHS tapes to the company. Despite being told they received the tapes and to expect the DVDs in September by Sonja and Vicki last summer, I have yet to receive my order. I recently received my tapes back in the mail without the DVDs or a refund. I paid $[redacted] for the order on my credit card and have been understanding, but I now seek resolution. I attempted to contact the company via phone without success. I kindly request the delivery of my DVDs or a refund promptly. I have a Groupon for Liquivda Lounge for Botox that I purchased for $[redacted] in October, scheduled to be used on February 3. Recently, it showed as refunded, which is incorrect. I have not received any money or credit from Groupon. I need this $[redacted] voucher reinstated as it has not been used or refunded. I confirmed my appointment recently, and this issue arose. Despite not finalizing the purchase, I discovered a $[redacted].00 charge on my Discover Card statement later. I did not authorize this charge as I never received the product. I contacted Vibe Hotel in Sydney before buying my Groupon deal. Despite being told there were available dates, I couldn't make a tentative booking without the voucher. After purchasing, I called the next day to find the dates I wanted were already booked. It's puzzling how they filled up within 24 hours, especially when bookings were not accepted after a certain time. I need a refund promptly as I must urgently find another hotel in Sydney.

This morning, I had Tristen Cleaning Service over to clean my home. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service quality. I am starting to doubt Groupon's ability to recommend reliable businesses. I bought a voucher for 3 man hours of basic cleaning, but when I returned home, I found many areas untouched. The crew didn't properly clean, dust, or vacuum. They missed tasks like windexing the front door and scrubbing the countertops, only doing a surface job and making the beds. Although they did well in the bathrooms, which was unexpected, overall, I was let down by the service. I even tipped 20% of the full price, amounting to more than half of the Groupon cost, making this experience even more disappointing. It seems like both the local company and Groupon fell short in delivering a satisfactory service.

Yesterday, while browsing your website, I accidentally clicked on the purchase item without intending to. The transaction went through without asking for my approval. I would like to cancel this purchase. As per your website, I can cancel it through Groupon without opening the voucher, which I have not done. Could you please reverse this charge? I acknowledge my mistake and apologize, but it would be helpful if your website confirmed orders before processing them. Dealing with Groupon always presents challenges, and I usually avoid placing orders due to past difficulties. Despite this, my order was successfully processed this time. I currently have a cast on my right hand as I am right-handed. I accidentally clicked the order button while trying to create a wish list for my daughter's birthday, which I usually do. She usually reviews the list and chooses what she wants. I bought a synthetic oil change with a free car wash through Groupon. I called twice to confirm my appointment, and they assured me they could fit me in if I arrived by 4:45 pm. Upon arriving at 4:35 pm, they refused to service my car. Despite speaking to someone twice who assured me I would be seen, they turned me away and said I'd have to return for the car wash. They also mentioned my car needed a different synthetic oil priced at $65 on Groupon, plus additional charges for an oil filter and more. The employee was impolite and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this establishment and observed the same treatment towards the customer before me. The more frustrated I became, the more expenses were added onto the service. I advise others to steer clear of this business. It's disappointing that I made this purchase through Groupon. Please process a full refund promptly.

I purchased a carpet cleaning voucher for two rooms from Precise Cleaning Company with expiration on February 11, [redacted]. Despite leaving two voicemails on January 29 and 30, [redacted] to schedule, my voucher was inexplicably marked as redeemed on January 30, [redacted] at 9:43PM without any service provided. I have been trying for three hours to redeem your gift card, as instructed by five chat representatives. Every time I try to register my card, the card number and pin come up as "Not Valid." I even tried calling, but was directed back online which has not helped. I am frustrated with the process. Please contact me to resolve this issue. I attempted to make a purchase with the gift card but instead, my credit card was charged. I want this corrected, with the purchase being credited to the gift card, not my credit card. Please call me to assist further, as I prefer to provide my card number and pin over the phone for security. Stop emailing me and let's resolve this now.

I purchased a voucher for Empress Nails on North Avenue in Chicago, but have been unable to use it due to their lack of response. The phone numbers provided to book appointments do not work, the email went unanswered, and the salon was closed when I visited. They extended the voucher deadline, indicating an issue. I placed an order for 3 pairs of jeggings on Wednesday, the 28th of January [redacted]. I am seeking assistance in tracking my package since I never received an email receipt which would include a tracking or order number. While trying to purchase a Groupon for Helium Trampoline Park in New Berlin, WI, I encountered a misleading situation. All the available Groupons were listed under New Berlin Helium. I selected the two-hour jump admission for four without realizing that upon viewing the voucher, it indicated it was only redeemable at Iowa Helium - a location I did not intend to purchase from. Unfortunately, there was no way for me to know this until after I had clicked on the voucher. This oversight led to the issue of not being able to return the Groupon after redeeming it. The confusion between New Berlin Helium and Iowa Helium has made it challenging to rectify the situation as Groupon's policy does not allow returns after redemption.

I placed an order for Bio Oil, expecting it to be left in the package room like other packages. However, the order was returned to the sender due to a missing apartment number on the address. I recently purchased [redacted] cushion luxury toilet rolls, but unfortunately, the delivery driver left the package at house number 3 when no one was home.
