I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account due to a requested ID verification that now requires a legible document. Since November 30th, I have been unable to access my funds. Green Dot informed me of a compromised account, but unfortunately, they failed to secure it. Subsequently, $[redacted].00 of my VA benefits was stolen on December 4th. Despite being prompted to complete dispute forms, I have not been able to retrieve my funds or access my account since the end of November. I have made efforts to resolve this for a month and a half, to no avail. I am missing $[redacted].00, $31.50, $44.00, and around $43.00 in total. I have encountered issues receiving my VA payment and regaining access. I plan to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau and Veterans Affairs. I am experiencing difficulty accessing the funds on my card even though I have the correct PIN. This morning my phone was turned off, but I have since paid my phone bill and it is now back on. Despite this, I am unable to withdraw cash from ATMs using my card. While the chip on my card works intermittently, I have received three additional cards that I did not request. My stimulus funds are only available on the initial card. How can I withdraw cash from ATMs if the chip is unreliable? Is there a method to transfer funds from my Green Dot account to my bank account card without incurring fees?

I used a Green Dot Turbo card for my [redacted] taxes, but I have since lost it and never reported it lost or stolen. The "Get My Payment" tab shows my stimulus check was deposited on 01/04/21, but I haven't received anything. I only have the routing number and the first 12 digits of the card number from my [redacted] tax return. When trying to contact Green Dot or the IRS, I can only provide my SS# and birthday over the phone. However, I have forgotten my login information to report the card as lost or to cancel it. I'm unsure if the card has been deactivated. I can't reach a live agent for help. I considered ordering a new card, but I lack the necessary numbers. I'm feeling lost and unsure of what to do next. I'm encountering difficulties accessing my stimulus funds because they were loaded onto a card I no longer possess. Despite a previous successful transfer, I am unable to resolve this issue without the full account number. The automated system rejects the last four digits I provide, instructing me to try again with the correct information. I have a Green Dot prepaid debit card. The IRS confirmed that my stimulus check was deposited into my account on January 6, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my card is missing. I have my routing and account number but do not remember the card number. The deposit was for $[redacted]. I need a replacement card. Several months ago, I purchased a Green Dot card at 7-Eleven, but unfortunately lost it while river rafting along with another card. Recently, a large sum of money was deposited onto the lost card for my PUA/unemployment claim, and I am now unable to access it as I don't have the card details. I urgently require the funds to be transferred to a new card and sent to me promptly, as I am facing financial difficulties that need immediate attention.

I received my $[redacted] stimulus on December 31. Upon checking my Green Dot app, I saw a $[redacted] balance on my card ending in [redacted]. I discovered my card and initially locked it for security reasons. After unlocking it the next day, I found myself unable to access the $[redacted]. Despite a replacement card fee of $5.00 being deducted along with a monthly service fee, I am still unable to use my card. I have tried to contact support through chat messages, but the issue remains unresolved. As a parent with young children who are in need, I am unsure of what steps to take next. Should I escalate this to corporate? I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I recently realized that my second stimulus check was deposited on my Green Dot card, which I had reported lost. After finding the card and activating it, I discovered that the funds from my previous card, including fees, were not transferred to the new one. I have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service as the line disconnects after being on hold for around 40 minutes. I am concerned about the safety of my funds, especially since the recorded message mentioned multiple cards, although I only have three in front of me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am having trouble accessing my funds in my GreenDot account. I am unable to log in because I don't remember my password and don't have my credit card number to reset it. I haven't used my Green Dot card for months, and now my stimulus check is deposited there. I can't reach anyone on the phone, and there are fees taken out of it even though I haven't used the account in over six months. I tried to update my banking information on the non-filer's site but couldn't do it before my stimulus check was deposited into my Green Dot account. It's been almost two weeks, and I am unable to access the money. I'm unsure how to proceed as I am unable to get assistance.

To whom it may concern, I misplaced my card two months ago and requested a replacement which I never received. During this period, my stimulus payment was deposited into my Green Dot account. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, I have been unable to speak to a representative. The automated system mentions I have two cards linked to my account, which is confusing. I am also unable to log in to the Green Dot app or website. I would appreciate it if my concerns could be addressed promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my Green Dot online account. I need to update my information quickly because I am currently locked out and unable to make any changes online. I recently contacted a Green Dot Bank representative after the IRS found my old email and sent my check there. The representative assured me the check was with them and could be mailed to me in 3 days for a $15 fee, which I paid. However, I have not received the check yet and need to reach out to Green Dot Bank to confirm where it was sent. It's been challenging to talk to a live person as I prefer not to deal with automated systems. My card was canceled, so I am unable to provide the card number when contacting the bank. I am eager to speak with a live representative from Green Dot Bank to sort out this issue.

I got a Green Dot card for Christmas and registered it online. Afterward, it informed me that I would receive my card in two weeks. However, now I have two cards with the same 16-digit number but different CVV numbers on the back. I am unsure if the other unregistered card will work. I tried contacting customer service, but the automated system mentioned that my card is on its way. I am now concerned about having two more cards sent to me. Can you please help me stop the additional cards from being delivered?

My identity has been stolen, and someone has opened a Green Dot account and a Walmart money card in my name. They have made cash withdrawals from ATM machines in Eagan, Minnesota, and Richfield, MN twice. I believe they are using my name for unemployment benefits fraudulently. The perpetrator goes by the name Robbie Hamp. I am Mark Katzenmeier and I need this account canceled. The bank routing number is [redacted]20, and the direct deposit account number is [redacted]13.

I think the IRS might have sent my stimulus to an old Greendot account that I no longer use. I can't remember my login details, and I no longer have the Greendot card. I got rid of it because dealing with Greendot has been a hassle since I opened the account. If you have my stimulus, I need my account information to transfer my funds to the correct card immediately because I believe Greendot is causing the issue.

There is too much to explain. I had my grandpa mail to my mother's house. I don't know if I got the date wrong, but I didn't see any charges on that website my ex was on. I lost everything this week. I just want to know if you caught it on the online purchase. I need to change my mailing address and order a new card. Please call me at [redacted]. I have been trying to contact your customer service for over two weeks now, but I have been unable to reach anyone. Each time I try, the system does not recognize my GreenDot card number, despite there being $1,[redacted] on the card that I cannot access. I have attempted to use the website's live chat but keep being directed to call the 1-[redacted] number, where again, it prompts me to enter my card number and states it is invalid. I urgently need someone to assist me with this issue.

Upon logging into my account, I received a notification that my account is restricted and that I need to verify my identity through a website, GreenDot.com, by uploading documents. However, when I try to enter my card details on the site, I receive an error message stating that the number can't be less than zero, preventing me from uploading my documents. This situation is causing me significant discomfort and distrust towards GreenDot, as I am unable to access my funds. I am looking to speak with a live representative instead of navigating through an automated system that is not allowing me to proceed. Previously, I had no issues logging in, but now I am completely locked out of my account online. I possess various documents such as a temporary state ID, birth certificate, marriage certificate, social security card, and an expired driver's license for identity verification. Due to the backlog at state offices caused by covid-19, I cannot secure an appointment for four months. Waiting for that long to access my funds is unacceptable to me. I urge for immediate assistance to regain access to my money, as being deprived of it does not serve my best interest.

I previously had a Green Dot account linked to my first stimulus payment, but I lost the card. I need access to those funds as my bills are due. I am struggling to recall my user ID or password. Despite waiting on hold for a long time the other day, I couldn't retrieve my account information from my old Gmail account. After being on a lengthy phone call with customer service for about an hour, I got disconnected. I ended up setting up a new Green Dot account. Now, when I call Green Dot, they ask for the last 4 digits of the account in question, which I don't have since I lost both the old and new cards. I was hoping to use Green Dot to transfer some funds via Western Union to cover my phone bill and truck insurance, but now I can't even reach customer service.
