I have been attempting to set up Google AdSense for my website but have faced delays. Despite deleting my previous AdSense account, I am still encountering issues. To ensure a fresh start, I deleted old emails and reapplied, but I am still waiting for approval. My website www.mymindisasecret.com on Wix is fully functional. After being released from incarceration, I had to change my phone number, making it impossible to access my account recovery since the old number was linked to it. Despite using the account daily, I suddenly found myself logged out one day. When I tried to recover it using the information from another account, I was unsuccessful due to a password change I didn't authorize. The same issue occurred with my other account shortly after. Upon reaching out to a supposed Google support number I found online, I was asked to pay $[redacted] to regain access to my account. I now realize I should have gone along with it as I am struggling to get back in. I vaguely recall setting up a security question when I first created the account, so maybe that could assist me in recovering it. Thank you.

I urgently need help recovering my emails. The email host suggested I switch from Outlook to Gmail, where I transferred important company info and now cannot find it in Gmail folders. I am the Director of 4 companies, with data since [redacted] in Outlook under folders named KekkelChicks and KekkelWise. I followed the advice and started using Gmail but lost all the data, even after Gmail blocked my account briefly. I need assistance in retrieving the missing emails from all folders, including sent and trash. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated. - Esme Barkhuizen, South Africa.

Last night, I had to factory reset my phone which led to losing all my saved passwords and app data. Despite trying multiple passwords, I couldn't access my account and it's currently on hold. I'm desperate to regain access to my main account as it holds all my crucial information like passwords, photos, and apps. Additionally, losing all my phone numbers has made it even more challenging. I wish Google had a better customer service contact option, like a phone number, for situations like this.

I am having trouble accessing my account as the password recovery process is using outdated phone numbers for confirmation, and my current number is not being prompted for a confirmation code. I can verify the old numbers associated with the account and the previous password, but I have only a vague recollection of when the account was created. I can provide details about recent purchases made on the account for verification. Please reach out to me at [redacted] Additionally, I have provided a school email address that is directly linked to my identity.

I have been developing a new business website (gighighway.com) for the past few years. I originally set up a Gmail account for this business, which I believe was named "[redacted]" However, I am unable to access this email account now. When I tried to log in, it stated that the Google account could not be found. Despite this, when attempting to create a new account with the same name, it indicated that the account is already in use. Consequently, I created a new account "[redacted]" Although, I really need to regain access to the original "[redacted]" account. How would I be able to accomplish this?

They are also using my name and mistakenly used my Yahoo email, [redacted] I had to create a new Gmail account, [redacted], as the stolen account contains sensitive professional information that I would like to safeguard. I suspect the individuals involved might be Cassia Croft (alias Cassia Hensley) with the number [redacted] and Joshua Schronce with the number [redacted]. I receive numerous emails from LINKEDIN.com daily, approximately four or more. Unfortunately, there seems to be no option to block, unsubscribe, or mark these emails as spam. I do not have an account with this platform, nor do I wish to create one. While I comprehend the presence of ads, the excessive frequency of these emails has become incredibly bothersome and feels like harassment. If there is a promotional collaboration between Google and LINKEDIN, it is concerning. One company is bombarding users with an excessive number of ads, while the other appears to be enabling this behavior. This situation warrants attention and resolution.

Hello Google, I was referred to you from Paxful trading platforms. I have four Amazon gift cards, one worth $[redacted] each, totaling $[redacted]. During a trade on Paxful, the buyer asked me to upload the card receipts. I did as instructed and sent all four gift cards. However, the buyer only released $[redacted] worth of coins and held onto the remaining $[redacted]. After reporting this to Paxful, they advised me to reach out to Google support to track the redemption time and the trader involved. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter and am prepared to provide all necessary details and evidence. Thank you.

I bought a Google Max speaker in March [redacted], but it started having network disconnection issues shortly after. Despite numerous troubleshooting attempts advised by Google Support, the problem persisted. After months of dealing with this, I received a replacement Max speaker from Google. However, the new one I received is now exhibiting the same random network disconnection problem. This recurring issue has been very frustrating. I believe there may be a design flaw with the Google Max. I am requesting a full refund for the defective Google Max speaker. If my refund request is denied, I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge for selling faulty merchandise. Additionally, I will file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office, as I have seen others online facing similar problems. I have exhausted troubleshooting and waiting for a resolution.

I noticed a charge of $95.88 on my debit card for a year's subscription to Horoscope reading, which I did not subscribe to. People have reported receiving friend requests from my husband, although he does not have a phone. One person mentioned receiving a message on Messenger while I was holding my phone and did not send anything. As a Pentecostal Christian, I do not endorse or participate in such practices. I discovered this charge on April 17 when I checked my online banking. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and they suggested reaching out to Google. I am requesting a refund for the unused Horoscopes subscription. Please contact me to provide an update on the refund process. Thank you. M. Wittenbrink

I recently changed phones, resulting in a new telephone number. Unfortunately, I can't verify my account because it still references my old phone number ending in [redacted], which is no longer in use. I tried updating my information, but I'm stuck in a loop as I can't receive the verification text on my old number. I attempted to call your 1-[redacted] number and headquarters but received no response. I urgently need this matter resolved tonight. Please reach out to me via my Google number at [redacted] or through my other Gmail accounts. Thank you. - Ms. Vero S.

Hello. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my email account due to having it logged in on two devices, both of which I no longer have access to. My previous email address is [redacted], and I believe I changed the password multiple times to feature words like "red" and "gold." When attempting to log in now, I encounter a policy violation message. Unfortunately, my attempts to recover the account have been unsuccessful. I hope to receive assistance with resolving this issue as I am unable to speak with a live agent. Thank you for your help. Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated.

About two weeks ago, my Google account stopped syncing on my MacBook Pro. When I attempted to enable sync, it displayed a message saying "Sync is disabled by your administrator" and indicated that my account is "Managed by your organization." Additionally, every time I open a new tab, it displays a webpage with Google's colors and a Bing search box instead of Google's usual page. I have used this laptop and account for years without encountering this issue. I am the sole user of my laptop, so I should be the administrator. Despite researching solutions online and trying various suggestions, including scanning for viruses and reinstalling Chrome, the problem persists. Unfortunately, contacting Google directly seems to be unhelpful based on others' experiences. I cannot afford professional assistance, so I have exhausted all free options. This situation is increasingly frustrating, and I simply want to restore the ability to sync my Google account on my laptop. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am a small business owner, specifically a wedding photographer. My business email addresses, [redacted] and [redacted], are through my domain santaanaphotos.com. Approximately two weeks ago, I noticed that my outgoing emails, especially those sent to Gmail and some business emails ending with @domainnames.com, are being marked as spam. However, I receive emails without any issues. Despite contacting my email hosts, internet providers, and changing my IP address, the problem persists. Interestingly, all my other emails, including those from a different business email under a separate domain, are functioning correctly. Conducting a test by changing my domain name resolved the issue, indicating that the problem lies specifically with my domain. I have checked for blacklisting but to no avail. As the problem primarily involves Gmail accounts, I would appreciate any assistance in identifying and resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

Dear support team, I am facing an issue with my email address, [redacted], as I have forgotten the password. I tried to recover it using my recovery email, [redacted] However, Google did not send the recovery code to [redacted]; instead, they sent it to a misspelled email address, [redacted], where "gmai" is displayed as the domain instead of "gmail." This has left me feeling completely helpless as I am unable to access important files that I urgently require. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in helping me recover access to my email.

I have made several purchases to enhance my progress in an app called Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire, developed by Machine Zone, also known as MZ. On April 20th, [redacted], without any prior notice or explanation, MZ reset the game entirely, leading to the loss of all the items I had acquired through purchases. Due to MZ's actions (resetting the game without offering a refund or exchange, which seems like theft to me), I have lost all of the money I invested in the game. At this point, the game holds no value for me despite my previous spending, and I am seeking a refund for all the money I have spent on this game. If a refund is not possible, I am requesting the removal of all Machine Zone apps from the store to prevent further rip-offs.

I have an old email address, [redacted], that I previously used. Recently, my grandmother's iPad is linked to this email for iCloud, but it's now locked and requires confirmation to log in. I am unable to remember the two-step verification answers. When attempting to receive a message at this address, Google says it does not exist. However, trying to create a new email with the same name indicates it's already in use. Can you suggest a way to restore it? P.S. The email provided for contact is a more recent one that I use regularly.
