I believe I have encountered unauthorized access from a group called "the family" through a Truecaller phone app. They claim to be affiliated with Google but seem to be involved in criminal activities. Mary Thomas, who identified herself as a lead scammer, is using an iPhone left behind to hack into my account and send inappropriate photos. Their use of Swiss technology makes it difficult for me to regain control. I have evidence of her involvement on my phone and urge you to remove her access so I can use my account as before. Otherwise, I may need to involve my lawyers. Please address this issue promptly.

I have a secondary Gmail account that I created when I purchased an iPhone because my normal Gmail account is through The University of Texas at Austin, with an "edu" domain. The secondary account is appearing when I send emails, prompting for a password, which I can't seem to get right. I want to remove this account from my iPhone but can't do so without the correct password. I've tried my old and current passwords to no avail. How can I fix this and remove the unwanted Gmail account from my iPhone?

I have been unwell for a year with a recurring illness, Brucellosis. During that time, my Discover card was charged for Google Storage monthly fees. Due to a hack on my devices, including my phone, I had to buy new equipment. The hacker manipulated my account, ordering additional storage. My old phone number was [redacted], and my Gmail accounts were [redacted] and [redacted] My boyfriend, Donald A. Koonce, managed these bills. The unauthorized charges need to be refunded promptly by contacting Discover card. Their records will confirm I did not require extra storage. Please investigate the charges tied to my account. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, Jill Tilghman

I have been dealing with Brucellosis for over a year, during which my roommate handled my bills. Today, as I was checking my bills after recovering, I noticed unauthorized charges from Google* Google Storage, alongside a non-functional phone number. Two months ago, my devices were hacked, leading me to seek help from Verizon, who advised me to replace my phone, phone number, and email account due to the hack. The fraudulent activity also impacted my boyfriend's Verizon bill. His name is Donald A. Koonce, and his contact information is provided. I believe this issue stems from either a Verizon error or from the hacking incident. It's essential to examine my previous account details to confirm that I had sufficient storage, as indicated by the Google Storage charges. Kindly investigate and promptly refund the charges to my Discover card ending in [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Jill Tilghman

I need help recovering my [redacted] account. One week ago, while setting up my new Android phone, I encountered issues with the password for my [redacted] account. Unfortunately, I had to create a temporary account [redacted] to continue. Since my original account holds important banking and credit card information, I've been unsuccessful in recovering it despite numerous attempts. The recovery email is sent to the same account I'm trying to access, creating a frustrating loop. After enduring multiple failed recovery attempts and a long hold with your Mountainview office, my patience is wearing thin. I provided my mobile number [redacted] and backup email [redacted] for verification purposes. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Best, Christine Pfaff

Google seems to have deleted or altered my password, making it challenging to regain access to my account. The verification process requires sending a code to an inactive email or the compromised account itself. The ability to link my new email to the old one or change the recovery email is not available. Google is not allowing the addition of a new account or phone number for recovery options. It appears that all methods to recover my compromised account are centered around having access to the existing email address. When attempting to recreate the email address, I receive an error stating that the deleted account "already exists," while the account recovery process claims my compromised account "doesn't exist." It feels like a scenario straight out of the Twilight Zone.

I am currently unable to access my Gmail account. My old phone, which had the Google 2-step authentication enabled, was lost or stolen, and its screen was damaged. I have since switched to a new AT&T device with a new SIM card, but I am now unable to log in as the SMS codes are still being sent to the old device on the Verizon network. Additionally, I have tried to recover my account using a secondary email address but am unable to remember the password. Moreover, the recovery account does not have 2-step authentication enabled.

I bought a Google Play gift card from Walmart on 6/13/[redacted]. When I tried to redeem it, I was prompted to provide more information. After filling out a complaint form, Google informed me that my account or gift card was not eligible for appeal. I am now left with a $[redacted].00 Google Play gift card that I am unable to use. I have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Google for assistance. I am hoping to either have the $[redacted].00 transferred to my Google account or receive a refund.

Lately, I've been dealing with a hacker issue. A shadow program has infiltrated all my devices, installing keyloggers, making me lose administrator access on all my accounts, including Gmail. Despite my attempts to recover, the security measures seem inadequate, allowing these individuals to exploit loopholes in apps with negative intentions. My identity was stolen from my device, and now the hacker uses it for verification. They are aware of my actions and seem bold, confident in their ability to steal identities. It feels like Google might have inadvertently facilitated their access to multiple accounts, not just mine. This has unfortunately happened to me and many others before.

When setting up a recovery system, Google requires a phone number to send a recovery message. However, Google's method involves sending a text message, which isn't feasible for individuals without a mobile device. I am among about three million Americans facing this issue. I kindly request Google to enable the option to call my landline, my sole phone. If this isn't possible, please suggest an alternative contact method. Following Google's phone contact advice at 1-[redacted] led me to option 5, resulting in an unproductive hold. Internet research revealed this as a non-responsive Google number. As a busy individual, improving Google's customer service in this regard would be appreciated. I hope Google can address this matter and provide assistance accordingly. Thank you for your attention to this. Sincerely, Marvin Lee McConoughey.

My phone recently underwent a factory reset, causing my phone number to disconnect, all data to be erased, and every Google account I was signed into became logged out. As a result, I am struggling to access one to three of my Google accounts due to this issue. Unfortunately, I did not have any backups in place for three of the accounts. The situation is quite complex and overwhelming.

Hello, I am Jeffrey D., a DevOps Engineer at Inform & Inspire, LLC. I recently encountered a scammer known as "Kevin Jiminez." Here is the gathered information regarding his identity: Google Voice Phone: [redacted], Gmail: [redacted], Recovery Gmail: sup*********@gmail.com, IP-Address Locale: Baltimore, Maryland (39°17'26.1"N 76°36'33.3"W), IPv4-Address: [redacted].57.16.38, Device: iPhone 5s. Through intelligence operations, we attempted to gather more data about him with limited success. Kevin is deceiving families and rental prospects in Orlando, FL, by misrepresenting properties owned by FirstKeyHomes for personal gain. Although FirstKeyHomes is aware, they lack the necessary tools to address the issue. We urge Google to assist in identifying him, freezing his accounts, and aiding in his apprehension to ensure justice is served. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently switched to a new device and successfully transferred my number, but I'm having issues logging into my Google account. Despite correctly entering my email address ([redacted]) and password, the verification code is being sent to my old number which is no longer in use. I've tried to update my number multiple times without success. This is causing me a lot of stress as important details about my legal matters, custody battle, divorce, retirement, and the passing of my grandmother are linked to my Google account. I need access to this information as soon as possible to avoid freezing my bank accounts. I'm frustrated with how complicated this process has become and I'm seeking alternative solutions that actually work. Thank you for your assistance. - Kimberly C.

My name is Les Waters. I have been using a Samsung mobile for some time now but recently purchased a KONKA phone for a replacement. Since I am 80 years old and not completely adept with today's technology, my daughter helped set up the new phone for me. However, when she tried to enter my existing details, they were rejected. After several attempts, she had to input new information. Unfortunately, the KONKA phone proved to be useless to me, and I quickly reverted to my old phone, discarding the new one. Everything that was on my Samsung phone is still intact and working well, except for Gmail, which has become a mess. I urgently require assistance in completely removing the KONKA phone and all its associated data and restoring my Gmail account to its original status at [redacted] with the password "19L4W2rs" - both of which have been in use for a long time. Thank you.

Subject: Unauthorized Transactions on My Savings Account Dear Google Play Support, I recently discovered that there have been [redacted] unauthorized transactions totaling [redacted].00 JOD on my savings account Visa card, ending in [redacted]. These transactions occurred multiple times for varying amounts ranging from 0.73 to 64 JOD between May 10th and June 12th. I did not authorize Google to charge my card during May or June [redacted]. Upon being alerted by my bank about these transactions on June 12th, I took immediate action by filing a police report and contacting Google to no avail. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue through a claim, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from Google. I have also sought legal advice and may escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau and potentially pursue legal action. The unauthorized charges have deeply affected me, and I urge Google to rectify this situation promptly. Trust has been breached, and I insist that my hard-earned money be returned to my account without any further unauthorized charges in the future. Sincerely, A.R.

I am having trouble accessing my admin console to update my G Suite Legacy to Google Workspace subscription. The reference number is [redacted]75. I have not been able to access my blog for a while and had to change my domain name because the old one was taken. I purchased a similar one, but when I search for my blog using the new domain, it does not show up. I can access the blog content, but the domain is not linking correctly. I usually try to navigate these issues on my own, but since it has been a while, I am finding it challenging to resolve. Help is appreciated.

I recently got a new phone and am having trouble accessing my secondary email accounts. Although I was able to recover my primary email successfully, I am facing issues with the secondary ones. Despite receiving verification codes on my primary email, the site is not recognizing it as mine when I input the codes. I attempted to contact support but waited on hold for two hours before disconnecting. It's frustrating that while you encourage us to handle Gmail problems online, the system seems to be blocking our access. I really need to regain access to my email accounts.

I am currently unable to access my Google and Gmail accounts as I have forgotten my passwords and am locked out. I attempted the steps to recover my password but unfortunately, I do not have my password list available. Despite multiple tries and involving my brother, I received a message indicating that I could retry after 48 hours. I then created a new Yahoo mail account and attempted the recovery process again, but it failed due to excessive attempts. I even created new Google and Gmail accounts but was unable to attach the original Gmail account to the new ones. I have a lot of important information tied to my original accounts and would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering them. Thank you for your help, Mary L.
