I am completely locked out of my Gmail account along with Hangouts and all my other Google services. Despite changing my password and trying multiple verification codes, I still cannot access any Google apps. Hangouts is essential for me to stay in touch with loved ones, and now it's prompting to send an email, but I can't even access my emails due to this Google issue. I urgently need this matter resolved as I rely on these services. Contacting me via email is not an option at the moment. Your immediate assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I am in need of assistance with resetting my passwords for my email, Facebook, and Messenger accounts. Due to previous compromises, I was prompted to change my passwords multiple times, resulting in my inability to recall any of them. Additionally, I have created other email accounts that I also cannot remember. When attempting to retrieve a verification code, it is being sent to my old, broken phone without offering alternative methods like answering security questions. I have access to my friend's iPhone and an HP Chromebook but can only use the latter as a guest due to forgotten passwords. Could you please advise on the necessary steps to regain access, such as providing a photo of myself with my ID and a newspaper showing today's date? Your support is greatly appreciated. I have been trying to update my phone number on Google to receive a reset code for my password as the current number is incorrect. Despite updating it on one site, Google continues to send codes to the wrong number. This has been ongoing for over a month now and I'm unable to verify through email. I need assistance in ensuring Google has the correct number to send the verification code so that I can reset my password successfully.

I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] account. I no longer have access to the phone number linked to it and there is no backup email. The recovery process on go.com keeps asking me security questions but doesn't allow me to proceed. I really need to access my email as there is crucial information there. We informed you of our account cancellation on October 15 due to moving to a Retirement Center where TV service is provided. Anticipating a refund for the last half of October, we were surprised to find a $[redacted]+ charge on our Mastercard for November. Despite assurances of a credit on the December bill, it did not appear, resulting in another $[redacted]+ charge. We calculate that you owe us roughly $[redacted] for service not rendered. We reluctantly paid to protect our excellent credit report. We urgently request a resolution and reimbursement. I signed up for help last week and paid $1. How can I receive assistance? When I attempt to chat, it prompts me to pay $1 again. I am facing an issue with Google verifying my account using an outdated phone number. After getting a new phone, I am unable to access my Google account on the new device. Despite being able to log in on my computer, I have not been able to resolve this issue through the available methods. Google has not responded to my requests for assistance, and unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old email. I am still logged in and can provide verification if needed, but the system is not utilizing the correct phone number linked to my account.

My Gmail account is currently locked. A notification appeared when I tried to access my Gmail. I am unsure if this was due to multiple password attempts or a possible hacking incident. The system is requesting an alternative email address, which I do not possess. A friend kindly offered their email for me to use. It has been 48 hours, and I have not yet received a code to unlock my Gmail account after trying 2-3 times. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Hello! I have a query regarding the Google Pixel 6 Pro. This is my first Google Pixel phone, and I'm curious if there's a way to remove the Google search bar at the bottom of the home screen. The InfoSearchFunction extension has reappeared on my Chrome browser, and I've been unsuccessful in removing it despite deleting all launch agents and daemons on my Mac. The extension persists on the Chrome extensions page without a removal button, and though there is a switch to deactivate it, I am unable to turn it off. This issue has been persistent for a long time, and it seems to reappear mysteriously even after attempts to remove it. I have come across other users on the internet facing similar challenges with InfoSearchFunction or comparable search engine overtake extensions that are proving difficult to eliminate.

I recently encountered an issue with my Google account being closed due to age restrictions. Although my birthdate is correctly listed as Dec 7, [redacted], Google insists I am not old enough to have an unsupervised account. When I attempt to sign in to rectify this, I am continuously redirected and informed that Google has signed me out. This has put me in a frustrating loop as all my important information and applications are linked to this account. The account has been a staple for me for as long as Gmail and Google services have existed. Given it's tied to my job, it is crucial for me to resolve this promptly.

Hello, I am Dallas Downing. My niece and nephew used my phone, and now I can't access my account to retrieve my memories. The account is linked to my email, [redacted] I lost my SIM card, making it impossible to reset the account without the second authentication phone number, [redacted]. Since my phone is not reachable until I receive a new SIM card, I need to remove the second authentication to regain access to my photos and memories.

I have one email address I use for everything. I recently switched phones due to the pandemic, needing to use an Obama phone briefly. My new phone is up and running, but I can't access my Gmail account because my password isn't working. Since the Obama phone is no longer in use, I can't verify myself through it. I updated my password and received the verification code on my phone. Now, they're requesting another verification code sent to my email, which I can't access to send the code back. Previously, the phone verification was sufficient when changing my password. It's frustrating that I can't check the second verification code without email access. My business listing has been pending for a month now, even though my account has been verified. It's not showing up in Google search results. Please include my business listing on Google. The listing was removed from my account, and it's affecting my business as we have received many positive reviews. I forgot my Google password. When it asks for the last known password, I'm stuck at a point where I can't receive a verification code because I no longer have access to the listed phone number. Even after trying to answer security questions, I'm not offered the option to send the code to my recovery email. It's frustrating as many people's phone numbers change over time, making it hard to retrieve the verification code. I urgently need access to important documents in my Google Drive. I received technical support yesterday, which was completely ineffective. Despite informing them that I had already attempted all the troubleshooting steps they suggested in the chat, I am still unable to access my email after over 48 hours. I was repeatedly assured that within 48 hours I would receive a link to reset my password and regain access to my email and texting services. I reported this issue on December 29th at 7:32 a.m. It is crucial for me to have my email operational for my real estate transactions and client communications. Can someone please explain why it is taking longer than the promised 48 hours to resolve this matter? Thank you. -Diane P.

I've realized that my debit card has been charged for 19 months for a Music Premium subscription that I did not authorize. Although I canceled the service in May [redacted], Google resumed charging me from June [redacted] onwards. The service transitioned from Google Play Music to YouTube Music Premium, and the charges continued without my consent. I only noticed these unauthorized charges for the first time on 12/23/[redacted].
