I've been experiencing unexpected messages stating "Can't access this site" when trying to visit different websites randomly. The notifications seem to suggest it's related to DNS settings, even though my settings are set to automatic and have been working fine until now. I use a VPN on my computer, so I'm wondering if that could be causing the problem. I thought the VPN was meant to enhance my browsing security, so I'm confused why it might be impacting my access to certain sites.

Last week, I changed my password and forgot to save it. In my rush to book an Airbnb for my son to use for online work and set up Google Pay, I had to create a new Gmail account. Unfortunately, I had a friend make the payment for me. Now, I can't access my Google account and am using the one my son created. I've tried to recover it by clicking "forgot password," but the email with the recovery code goes to the account I can't access. When I try to answer security questions, I don't get prompted with any questions after failed attempts. I received a text code that didn't work and submitted a recovery form, but it was canceled as it detected I was in a different account. I keep receiving codes but don't know where to enter them. I'm completely stuck and need help.

I was supposed to get a complimentary pair of pixel earbuds with my pixel 6 order. I got an email confirming the shipment with a delivery date of Dec 23 through UPS. The tracking information indicated they were delivered today at 12:40 pm, mentioning they were left at the door with driver release. However, I was home all day, and due to 3 inches of fresh snow, there were no tire tracks or footprints. I contacted UPS, and they advised reaching out to the Google store. It's quite frustrating to deal with this situation.

Hello, my name is Toshiba Bullard. I lost my phone, which has my Gmail accounts connected to it. I need to reset the passwords for both of my Gmail accounts: 1.) [redacted] 2.) Dear Support, This morning, I attempted to add credit to my account on the AsianDate app and paid €19.99. Unfortunately, I did not receive the credit, and when I tried to request a refund, the option for the €19.99 purchase was not available like my previous purchases. I have already contacted Play Store with my bank order details. I am willing to provide proof of payment if needed. I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my card from Google for applications. They have taken $30 twice without my consent. I did not authorize these transactions or give permission. I do not spend money on games or applications. I want a refund as I only allocated this money for Christmas. I only made small purchases for a Vegas slot machine app twice, not for the games I am currently playing for free. This situation with unauthorized charges has become frustrating.

I've been trying to set up my new phone, but I forgot my email password. Unfortunately, my old phone is dead and I can't use it to authenticate my account. The phone number linked to my account is also from the same dead phone. My backup email was also on that device. I need assistance in resetting my password so I can complete the setup of my new phone.

I have been locked out of my account for months now, and I urgently need access to my important information stored there. This situation has caused me to miss out on business opportunities and has prevented me from accessing funds that are just sitting there. The Google Authenticator has been a huge frustration for me. I am having trouble accessing my Google account. I recently changed my password, and now I'm locked out of my account ([redacted]). The verification code is being sent to a phone number I no longer have access to. When I try alternative methods, it claims to have sent a code to my email, the same one I'm currently locked out of. I am unable to access my Google account where I have important emails and cannot even log into YouTube. The system isn't providing me with the option to answer security questions. I am desperate to regain access but finding it impossible.

I created my son's Gmail account some years ago, but I seem to have entered his birthday incorrectly, making him appear under 13. I was unaware of the family account feature, which may have prevented this problem. His email is linked to other important accounts, and I can't recover them without accessing that specific email. I'm willing to take over the email in my own name or create a family account; I simply need access to it as soon as possible. Currently, the account cannot be found, and he can't log in. Restoring previous emails or lost information is not a concern; my priority is regaining access to recover his other accounts. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have an old Gmail account that I used for a notes app a long time ago. I log in twice a year to access the notes app and check the email. Recently, it appears that someone has hacked the account and changed the password. Despite it seeming trivial, I desperately need access to this email address because it contains five years' worth of important notes. I am unable to recover the password because the email linked for the "change password" link is unfamiliar to me, based on the first three letters. Can anyone offer assistance in resolving this issue?

I have been receiving Google verification codes regularly even though I am not trying to recover passwords or log into any accounts. The most recent one woke me up about 20 minutes ago. Despite my attempts to inquire about these codes, I have not received any explanations until I finally replied "stop" and was told I would be "unsubscribed." I was alerted yesterday about suspicious Google charges on my EBT card, which I believe are fraudulent as I have not authorized any payments to Google. I am concerned that my phone may be hacked. I have been receiving Google verification codes regularly without trying to log into any accounts. Just received one that woke me up. I asked why they are sending these, but received no response. After texting "stop," I was told Google would unsubscribe me. I was also informed about fraudulent Google charges on my EBT card. I have never authorized any charges with Google. I worry my phone may be hacked. I need help resolving this issue. I want to stop unauthorized charges on my card and prevent scammers from misusing my phone and Google for fraudulent activities.

Two months ago, my cellphone was stolen from me. The person who took it has caused significant damage to my life. Not only did he withdraw $1,[redacted] from my checking account by ordering from Uber Eats, he also attempted to open a credit line and made a purchase at Walmart in my name that I had to cancel just yesterday. Today, he managed to lock me out of my Google account. I am unsure of how he did it, but I am certain that the phone needing to be blocked is my Samsung A02.

I have been experiencing issues with my Pixel 6 Pro since purchasing it in November. The phone keeps rebooting and now will not turn on at all. After visiting the Verizon store where I bought it, they identified a hardware problem and advised me to contact the warranty department. Despite hoping for a new phone, I was informed that I could only receive a refurbished one. Considering I purchased the device in November [redacted], I am puzzled as to why a new replacement is not an option. If I encounter the same issues with the refurbished phone, would Google's warranty department be able to provide a new replacement?

I am attempting to transfer my number from T-Mobile to Google Voice. Initially, I receive a message stating "Congratulations. Your mobile number can be ported," and all checkboxes are confirmed. However, despite being prompted to enter a verification code by calling my phone, the final message I receive is "We could not verify your phone. Please try again." I have made several attempts by pressing "CALL ME NOW," but I continue to encounter the same issue and receive no calls or text messages for verification. I have exhausted all available options and still faced with the same problem.

My ex-boyfriend, Thomas Buchanan, maliciously hacked into my account, [redacted], which is linked as my recovery email. He changed the password, locking me out. I still have my phone number but resetting the password requires a verification code sent to both my phone and email, which I can't access without my Hotmail account.
