I am seeking a refund for purchases made within the game Punishing: Gray Raven after experiencing a technical issue that reset my progress. Despite providing Customer Support with requested information about my game and device promptly, I have not yet received a resolution to my problem. Their usual response time of 24 hours has been inconsistent, leaving me unable to enjoy the benefits of my in-game purchases. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the transactions in question. Thank you for your attention and I hope you stay safe.

I received my $[redacted] stimulus on March 17 in my Am. Express Bluebird prepaid debit card. Shortly after, $[redacted] was taken in unauthorized debits by a google youtube member on March 22 and 23. Although I reported this on March 23, the bank did not prevent some charges even though they were pending. Only $[redacted] was returned to my account within five days, leaving the rest unresolved. Despite contacting both Google and Am. Express Bluebird, I faced denials and confusion regarding the refunded amount. Bluebird denied my dispute claims, stating I authorized the charges. They provided no documentation of their investigation process when requested, leaving me frustrated and feeling ignored. I use this account solely for direct deposits and keep it securely at home. Please assist me in resolving this issue, as I depend on this money being a disabled senior living on SSI.

My child made unauthorized purchases on the Google Play store. I reached out to Google for a refund, but they initially declined. After involving my bank in a dispute, Google stated that they refunded me. However, my Google Play transaction history displays the refund, while the bank claims Google reversed the chargeback and reclaimed the funds. I've also contacted Roblox, the developer, but they explained they couldn't assist as the funds were back with Google. Despite sending Google another request, I haven't received a response. As a hardworking single mother of five, this $[redacted] purchase has hit me significantly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Angela B.

I was denied a refund for $[redacted] that my five-year-old grandson charged on the War Food app in a few hours. I cannot pay bills now, and it is causing me significant problems. This is not an app I use, and I never spend that much money on it. I believed I had password protection in place, and I am unsure how he managed to make the purchases. I am extremely upset that I was still charged, and my refund request was denied. If I do not get assistance, I will have to contact the FTC or explore further actions, which I hope to avoid. I desperately hope for a solution and appreciate any help. Time is of the essence as I am facing losing power and electricity in a week due to this issue.

I'm having trouble changing the country settings in my Google account. I initially set it up when I was living in Vienna, Austria 14 years ago, but I now reside in Germany. Although I've updated my Google account settings, when I tried to download the myvodafone app for Germany on my new phone, it said it wasn't available in my country. Upon checking, I realized my country settings still showed Austria. Despite my attempts to change it, including adding a new payment method as suggested, I have been unsuccessful. It's frustrating that the Play Store doesn't have customer support available for assistance. After purchasing numerous apps over the years, I'm disappointed with the lack of support. I'm hoping for some guidance on resolving this issue. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a Google Pixel 4A on August 10. Today, the package showed as delivered, but I opened an empty box. I am in the process of reporting the stolen item through FedEx, under Case # 0`[redacted]8, and I also filed a police report. The phone was charged on August 17, the original delivery date, yet FedEx confirms delivery today without the phone. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company to hold off on the payment until we resolve this issue. I wonder if the phone was not packaged correctly by Google or if it went missing during transit, especially considering the delays. I have pictures of the empty box available if needed.

On August 1, [redacted], I bought the 'AnyMote Smart IR Remote' app. Google Play shows the purchase as an upgrade to PRO (AnyMote Universal Remote + Wi-Fi Smart Home Control) with Transaction ID: GPA.3[redacted]-1[redacted]3. I did not receive a sales receipt and missed it as my [redacted] email address closed on August 31. The purchase cost $6.99 according to the product page, with no mention of a subscription. Although Google Play does not list any subscriptions, my credit card shows recurring charges. Unfortunately, my phone does not support an IR blaster, rendering the app useless. Please confirm if this is a subscription and, if so, cancel it, as I am unable to do so without it being listed under "My Subscriptions." Thank you, Jeff.

I recently requested a refund from Scopely regarding the game, "The Walking Dead: Road to Survival." They advertised enhanced chances that persuaded me to make purchases. Although my initial refund request was denied, I am now reaching out again to not only request that refund but also for a reimbursement of all the money I spent in [redacted]. I have screenshots of their promotion and the response from Scopely support when I questioned it to provide evidence. This misleading promotion tactic has occurred repeatedly, making players believe they have a better chance when it's truly random. I eagerly await your reply. Thank you, Dean. I also have two screenshots but I'm uncertain how to share them.

During a recent game of Solitaire Atlantis, I encountered an issue where I attempted to purchase game cash for $3.84, but the transaction did not go through. After trying again, I received a message stating "You already own this." Following this, I encountered errors with the reload button, leading to the app freezing and requiring a restart. Despite not receiving the purchased item, my credit card was charged $4.07, as confirmed by a notification from my credit card company. This problem has occurred multiple times with $1 purchases as well, which I generally ignored.

I have a serious issue with my mobile phone; there have been numerous unauthorized charges from Google that I am unable to understand. Despite reaching out to my mobile service provider and Digi Malaysia for assistance, I have not received any help. Since August, I have been charged over a thousand units by Google, an amount I cannot afford. Visiting the Digi center did not yield any solutions; the staff advised me to contact Google, but I have been unable to find a working number to resolve this issue. I have deactivated all possible avenues for charges, yet the problem persists. Most recently, I was charged over RM200. I need assistance in understanding these charges and resolving this matter promptly.

I tried to contact the developer about this issue: I have been using the Swype keyboard for years. I originally purchased it in [redacted] for my Note 7, and now I have a Samsung Note 9. Starting around August 20, [redacted], the Swype keyboard started floating and blocking the view of the app where I input text. I have searched everywhere in the app but cannot find a way to change it back to its original position at the bottom of the screen. This floating position is not practical at all. Please provide instructions on how to move the keyboard back to the bottom of my mobile screen below the app where I am entering text. This app not only charged me for the purchase but also stores my personal dictionary and input data over the years. If it is not possible to fix the floating issue, I request my data to be returned to me so I can use it on a different keyboard like Gboard. I would appreciate a resolution to this floating problem or a refund of my purchase along with my data being returned to me and deleted from the developer's records. Thank you.

I visited [redacted] W Bloomingdale Avenue, Brandon, Florida [redacted], and something went wrong. I suspect they gave me someone else's damaged phone and tablet instead of new ones. I paid for a month of service, a new phone, and a new tablet. I asked the lady to ensure my Google account and Google One were set up correctly. Shortly after leaving, within 10 minutes, I lost access to everything - my Google account, Wi-Fi, internet service, and my phone number changed from [redacted] to [redacted]. I couldn't make calls or access my Gmail. It all just disappeared on the 13th of this month.

I recently discovered 20 unauthorized charges on my bank card from an unfamiliar account. After requesting a refund, the approval came through, but the money has not been returned to my account as Google mentioned. I filed the complaint on July 7th, [redacted], and to this day, September 5th, [redacted], there has been no sign of the refund that Google claimed was processed on August 27th, [redacted]. It's frustrating to not have the money back in my account. Maybe we should collectively reach out to local news investigation teams to shed light on how large companies can mistreat individuals and withhold their money unfairly.

I bought a Google Play card today from Dollar General Store in West Monroe, LA [redacted], but the card's code strip was sticky and gooey, making it impossible to scratch off. The glue-like film on the card code was so thick that it was tearing the card when I tried to scratch it. I loaded $40.00 onto this card and need urgent help to resolve this issue. Additionally, I purchased $15.00 Google Play credits that I have not received. Can you please add the credits to my account promptly? I am counting on your swift assistance. Thank you.

I recently purchased two Google Play cards in Las Vegas for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, while peeling off the sticker to reveal the codes, a part of the code got damaged making it unreadable. She visited Walgreens, where I bought them, but they advised her to contact Google Play directly. After struggling to reach out to them, I decided to take over. However, every attempt to contact them for over three hours has been futile and frustrating. I've faced issues with Google Play cards in the past, such as getting already redeemed ones, and had to deal with refunds. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter.

In March, I signed up for Epic for my granddaughter whom I was homeschooling. When she returned to school in May, I canceled the subscription. However, I have been charged $10.99 monthly since then. I've tried contacting Epic without success. They mentioned I might have subscribed through Google Play and advised me to reach out to them for cancellation. Even though I can see my granddaughter Leah's profile when I log in, it seems inactive. As a disabled pensioner, I cannot afford these charges. How can I get a refund for the money I've been wrongly charged, and ensure it stops debiting my account?

My nine-year-old son, Dominic Chandler, has an account on Roblox named Tiger356er. Despite him only making one Robux purchase, I was surprised to be contacted by Roblox on August 19, [redacted], regarding multiple high-value transactions totaling £[redacted].43 between August 1 to August 18. Dominic denies making these purchases, and even during our attempt to resolve the issue on the 19th, more Robux were bought without his involvement in the app. On that same day, I changed his password, added a PIN, and no further unauthorized purchases occurred. EE flagged Google Play charges on my phone bill on August 5, including 12 transactions totaling £49.88 and warned me of over £[redacted] more in upcoming bills. I only made one purchase for £4.99 on July 29, and any subsequent charges in July and August seem to be the result of a hacking incident. I kindly ask for a thorough investigation and a suitable resolution to this matter. Thank you. Regards, Rachel Chandler

I have been noticing a charge of $5 on my SSI card each month for Google Pay, which occurs 20 times monthly. I did not authorize these fees and I would like all the money reimbursed to my SSI card ending in [redacted]. The charges are connected to my old phone number [redacted], which was stolen over a month ago along with my personal information. My email account [redacted] has been hacked as well. I am unsure why these charges are happening and which accounts they are linked to, but I urgently need the funds returned to my SSI direct Express card. This Google Pay fee is just one of many unauthorized charges on my SSI card. I have already resolved five other unauthorized charges, but this particular $5 fee for Google Pay occurs excessively. I am currently battling multiple cancers, and I also recently lost my brother last night, so I am dealing with a lot. I am trying to recover access to my other account at [redacted] ([redacted]). Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated as I am uncertain about what steps to take next.

I recently purchased two Google Play gift cards for my great nephew's 16th birthday. He requested specific gift cards for a special download and I got him a $69 and a $[redacted] one from Wal-Mart. I live in a duplex near my niece and great nephew, and they help me as I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. After giving him the cards, he scratched them and found out they had a $0 balance. I contacted Wal-Mart, who confirmed the cards were activated, but they don't provide replacements or refunds. They advised me to reach out to Google Play Corporation. I am a loyal customer who spends a lot on Google Play, and it's disheartening that this gift was ruined for my nephew and me. I have all the receipts and documentation. Please address and resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Sincerely, Tammy K.
