Hello, I have been noticing a deduction of RS. [redacted]/[redacted] from my Kotak Mahindra bank account for the last 3 months due to an unknown subscription with Google Adobe Inc. I contacted the bank, but they were unable to cancel the subscription. Adobe Inc. mentioned that I have no plans linked to my account and advised me to reach out to Google Play Store, as the subscription might have originated from there. I need to get in touch with Google Play Store to get information on the installed apps associated with Google Adobe Inc. and cancel the subscription.

I am enrolled in the Verizon unlimited plan and was offered a complimentary 6-month Disney+ subscription. To access Disney+, I downloaded the Disney app from the Google Play Store, which is where I typically download apps to my device. Recently, I discovered that Google Play has been charging my debit card despite the app being advertised as free for the initial 6 months through Verizon. To rectify this, Verizon advised me to unsubscribe from the app on Google Play to ensure that my Free Subscription is correctly processed in their system. The promotional period with Verizon is valid until 4/29/[redacted], after which I will be charged $6.99. My reference number with Verizon is #[redacted][redacted]50. I kindly request a refund for the charges incurred during this period to be credited back to the card linked to my subscription.

Today, I noticed Google Play has been charging my debit card despite the app being free through Verizon for the first 6 months. My cellphone was stolen, and now I can't access my Google account. I've also been charged for my Google YouTube Premium subscription, but I can't even watch it. I've repeatedly tried the recovery process, but it keeps sending information to the phone that was stolen. I've lost access to everything connected to my Google account. Today, there were unauthorized purchases made on my account through my Gmail without my permission. Someone accessed my account and made purchases on the Play Store, resulting in a debt with my phone company. Unfortunately, the dating apps purchased have a strict no refund policy, leaving me with a £[redacted] bill that I cannot afford to pay. The specific apps that were purchased without my consent are: - Joyride: £16.79 - Cougar Sugar Mommy: £17.99 - Meet My: £9.49 - FWB Hookup App: £14.49 - Luck Sugar Mommy Dating App: £27.99. Due to my financial situation as a vulnerable adult, I am unable to afford these unauthorized charges and would like to have my phone service restored by EE.

I am frustrated with the customer service experience I had. I spent over an hour on the phone and chat, only to be misled about a resolution. I purchased a $10 Google Play card for my granddaughter and me to play Roblox, but now I am being told there are issues with my account which is not true. I am angry and expect better service. Please review my Google Play history, I have evidence of the unresolved issue. My granddaughter's Christmas is now affected because of this. I have been repeatedly charged $64.99 on my debit card, even after my bank marked it as fraudulent and issued me a new card. The charges have been under different names but all seem to be associated with GOOGLE. In total, five unauthorized payments have been taken from my account, amounting to $[redacted].95. I request an immediate refund and will report this to the authorities if not resolved promptly.

I have noticed multiple transaction fees in January [redacted] totaling $[redacted], which I did not authorize for any game apps. I have been diligently reaching out via email and text every day to resolve this issue, but so far, I haven't received any assistance due to the refund policies in place. Reporting this problem accurately has been challenging due to limited options on the website for filing refund requests. Despite attempting to contact the helpline to explain the situation, I have been unable to connect. I want to emphasize that I did not make these purchases and respectfully request a refund for the unauthorized charges incurred this month. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello Google, I am requesting assistance in recovering my Gmail account. Unfortunately, I reset my phone which resulted in the deletion of all data including my important IDs. My Gmail is linked to several social media accounts, and I urgently need access to it. I have also forgotten my password. When attempting to recover my Gmail, I encounter an interface stating that Google couldn't verify the account belongs to me due to the 2-step verification code. My account was hacked by Google employees. I have some names, and they have been trying to hide and erase their tracks. This stopped today. I hired a tech team because I thought you would help me, but it was a big mistake. Not only am I going to press charges, but I will also be filing for identity theft and breaking and entering charges. I have some names: Ashly Linden and Alissa Smalls. I hope Google gets you some good lawyers. How could you let these criminals into my account and share my information? I will go public with what you did to me so other people can get help. I will advise them to hire a tech team for support. You stole from me and violated me. It's a good day to seek justice.

I attempted to log into my account on a new phone after mine was stolen, and I have a police report for it. I received a verification email with a code, but it stated that the phone number was not associated with my account since I had just acquired this new phone. I urgently need access to this Google account to sync it with the new phone I share with my girlfriend. There are vital phone numbers on there that I must retrieve by Monday. I am experiencing a concern regarding Google's apparent censorship of Parler and other competitors of Twitter, which I believe is based on untruths. Despite sharing multiple screenshots from Twitter showing content promoting violence, I noticed that the Twitter app is still available in your store. One specific account belonging to a foreign government (Iran) contained a tweet where a foreign dictator threatens the US government with violence and revenge, yet the account remains active. I have taken screenshots of hundreds of instances from Twitter depicting violence and intend to send them to the FTC and the FCC for investigation if Twitter is not removed from your platform by Tuesday night. I find it concerning that Parler was given less time than this to address similar issues, despite my observation of no violent threats on that platform. As a result, I have chosen to discontinue the use of Google products on my phone and opt for alternative search engines.

I recently downloaded and played two games, Tree for Money - Number Wars and Super Dice. I spent several hours over multiple days collecting enough money to redeem all levels in both games after watching all the required videos. I was expecting payments through PayPal, as indicated by the status updates I received while redeeming. However, despite the transactions showing as processed, pending, succeeded, and sent, I have not yet received any payments. I have verified my PayPal account and ensured that the email matches the one used for redeeming prizes. Unfortunately, when I log into the games, I can only play and check the status of my prizes; I have no means to contact the responsible individuals. Given that these games are accessible on the Play Store, I am hoping for assistance in resolving these issues to claim my substantial winnings.

I recently purchased a textbook but have decided to return it due to finding a better option on another website. However, when attempting to request a refund, I received a message stating that it does not meet the refund policy criteria. According to the policy, refunds for eBooks are generally allowed within 7 days of purchase, except for books sold for limited access periods of 24 hours, unless there is a defect in the content. I'm unsure why my refund request is being denied and would appreciate assistance from Google Play Customer Support to resolve this issue.

On the 28th of December, I purchased [redacted] gold coins for Jane's Farm for £38.50. However, after receiving the coins and taking a break, when I returned, the game had reset itself, and my gold coins had decreased to 4. Despite reaching out to them through multiple tickets, I have not received any response regarding this issue. Other players on the community page have also reported similar problems with bugs in the game such as sticking, crashing, and resetting. I have requested either the [redacted] gold coins or a refund from Qumoron, but they seem to be disregarding my requests. Additionally, £7.70 was also deducted without authorization. I seek a refund for these unauthorized charges made through Google Play. In-app purchases within applications streamline transactions for users but can lead to unauthorized charges. Contact the merchant, dispute the charges with your credit card issuer, or file a complaint with the FTC. I have taken these steps, expect a fair resolution, and urge prompt responses to address this issue promptly. If needed, filing a complaint with the FTC can lead to further action.

I recently got a new phone and created a new Gmail account without setting up a recovery email or phone number. After a factory reset, Google cannot verify me as the account owner because my phone number is linked to another account. Despite providing answers to security questions during setup, Google has not prompted me to answer them.
