Subject: Request to Recover Email Account "[redacted]" Dear Team, I am Dulani Shermini Giridarage, a Sri Lankan national, and I am unable to access my email account "[redacted]" due to the following reasons. I had set up security settings to verify the device using my iPhone 6S (named Mohmed's iPhone), which is now not functional, making it impossible for me to log in. I registered this account with a Maldivian mobile number (+[redacted]) in [redacted]/[redacted] when I was working in the Maldives. Please find attached copies of my visa for verification. I currently reside in the United Arab Emirates on a work visa, and you can reach me at +[redacted] 56 [redacted]. Recovering this email account is crucial for me as I receive personal emails there. I recently encountered an issue with accessing my Gmail account. When trying to open Gmail on my new computer, it wouldn't accept my password. I initiated an account recovery process, which took 6 hours to receive a password reset link. Upon changing my password, I faced a roadblock with the two-step verification as it required a 6-digit code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. Despite numerous attempts to update the phone number, it was not saving. Now, I am left with the only option of creating a new email account, which is inconvenient due to important information linked to the current Gmail account. Hello! I am experiencing an issue with app access to my Google account. When trying to add my account to the application, I receive the following error message: "To download the schemes, you need to log in through Google. If you have not allowed the application access to your Google account multiple times, you will have to wait and try again. This is a limitation by Google." My Android phone has two accounts, and the Dap Drift Pro program insists on logging in with [redacted], but I need to use [redacted] instead. After declining multiple times, it no longer gives me the option to choose and I'm now unable to log in. The message keeps repeating the Google limitation. I have a Poshmark account that I use to sell items, and it's linked to an email I didn't intend to use. I accidentally removed that email permanently, preventing me from receiving any messages from Poshmark. Although I reactivated the email, I still can't receive any emails from Poshmark, including the codes needed to make changes to my account. I've tried numerous times over the past week to receive these codes without success. I need to receive a code in order to change my email on the Poshmark app and proceed with my account updates. Hello, I am encountering difficulties accessing my email account due to an impending deletion in 22 days. Despite submitting my Aadhar card for age verification three days ago when creating the email address, my account remains under review. Upon entering my password, I receive the following messages: one stating my birthday update request is being reviewed within 24 hours, and another warning my account will be deleted in 22 days due to age restrictions. I attempted to update the software on my iMac desktop to address its slow performance. However, when trying to delete old emails to optimize the system, I encountered a challenge. With over 51,[redacted] emails, my attempt to clear the folders resulted in all emails moving to the "all mail" folder, which are now impossible to delete. I sought assistance from AppleCare Remote and my internet provider, who advised reaching out to Google.com or Gmail.com support due to a potential configuration issue. I recently attempted to change my email on Epic Games, but encountered issues as I no longer have access to the original email address used, which I believe is [redacted] Despite my efforts, Epic Games support advised me to contact you for further assistance. I recently received an email notification about a charge that I disputed over the phone. Unfortunately, I followed the instructions given and discovered later that instead of reversing the charge, money was transferred between my accounts without my knowledge. The person on the phone then asked me to refund the excess amount by purchasing gift cards from various locations, which raised suspicion and made me realize it was a scam. Following this, I had to close and reopen bank accounts. Since noon on 7/2/[redacted], I have been unable to send or receive emails. Despite trying various passwords, I cannot access my account ([redacted]). Should I consider creating a new email service from scratch? I was incarcerated for over six years and do not have access to any of the old phone numbers or email addresses linked to my Gmail. I am unable to verify my account to reset my password. I lack a dollar or credit card to use the chat system. Accessing my email is crucial. My girlfriend recently changed the information on all my Gmail accounts and erased all my data. I managed to recover some accounts except for my main one since the recovery email is linked to the one I can't access anymore. I had set a temporary number as the recovery option, but she got rid of the phone with that number. I can provide any necessary proof to confirm my ownership of the account. Being locked out of my Facebook, YouTube, and other linked accounts is frustrating as I have been using this email address for a long time. I appreciate any help with this matter. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account. My old email was [redacted] I've attempted to use the account recovery tool, but I'm only presented with three options: 1. A temporary code sent to my backup email ([redacted]) which I cannot access. 2. A temporary code sent to my previous cell phone ([redacted]), which is no longer in my possession. 3. I am unable to access my account ([redacted]) as my phone was stolen on May 19, [redacted], at 6:00 AM (GMT+8) in the Philippines. I have already informed my provider, Globe Telecom Philippines, and my phone number is back under my name. However, I am facing an issue with G-authentication while trying to log in. Since I no longer have access to my old phone, I need to disable G-authentication. The first email that was compromised was [redacted], and the associated phone number belonged to my business, 1st Choice Clean Up at [redacted]. Subsequently, [redacted], which served as the recovery email for [redacted], was also lost. This has caused me to lose business as I have operated it for 14 years. I desperately need my pictures and personal items back, especially since my daughter's delivery information is in one of the emails. Hello, my account has been compromised. I have had my email address for approximately 20 years. Suddenly, I am receiving emails intended for a person with the same name, but their email does not have a dot between the first name and surname. The emails I receive for this person are bothersome offers or replies to her orders. What worries me the most is that she might be getting emails meant for me, containing my private information. I urgently require a resolution. I have contacted the other person by phone since I found her details in the emails meant for her but sent to me due to Google's auto-correction. She mentioned she uses her email without the dot. Is this a Google feature that sends emails to similar addresses without requesting correction, leading to emails reaching the wrong recipient? I need an immediate fix as this violates my privacy rights and poses a significant security risk.

Hello. My Gmail account, [redacted], was disabled. Prior to this, I received numerous emails in what seemed to be Russian and appeared to be from me, but I did not send them. These emails were sent to my own address and two hotmail.com addresses until Google notified me that I reached the reply limit. I received a warning email from Google about a potential unauthorized access to my account. However, before I could take any action, my account was disabled with an error message stating, "This account has been disabled. We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later." My account has been hacked, and both my password and secondary email address have been changed. Despite this, I am still receiving emails on the hacked account due to the redirecting service not being canceled. I did not link my phone number to the account, rendering the website's suggested solutions ineffective for my situation. I accessed the account through a VPN in China, where I reside, leading to numerous Google alerts that eventually caught me off guard. I attempted to regain access using a special code from Google, but even after doing so, they claimed it was insufficient to confirm my identity. If I could speak with a live Google support representative, I am confident that I could prove ownership with the documents stored in the account.

Around 16 years ago, I created a Gmail account and provided a recovery email at that time. After not using the account for several years, I recently decided to revisit it as I planned to shift to Gmail once more. Despite knowing my old recovery email, which is no longer active, I've confirmed it's not currently in use by trying to email it and receiving a delivery failure notification. Despite entering this inactive recovery email when prompted by Google, I opted for an alternative recovery method. I'm confident I correctly answered the secret question (recovery question), but Gmail appears to disagree. Consequently, I'm unable to access my old Gmail account that I wish to revive. I'm wondering what will occur when Gmail detects the bounced recovery email.

Hello, My Gmail account ([redacted]) was recently compromised. I attempted to recover it, but the hacker altered all the recovery information, including the phone number associated with the account. Despite receiving a security email notifying me of the change in phone number and promptly changing my password, the hacker still managed to gain access. While I could access my Gmail on my notebook, I noticed the hacker had replaced the recovery phone number and email. I tried to remove them but could not do so without the changed password. Unfortunately, I have been logged out of my account on the notebook.
