Hello, I encountered an issue with my YouTube account today. While listening to music on my way to work, the app suddenly signed me out. When trying to log back in, it stated that the device was not recognized, despite using it just moments ago. This problem extended to my Gmail account associated with YouTube. Attempting to log in on a computer resulted in password and device recognition issues, hindering my ability to access my account. Despite trying the password recovery option with no success, the system failed to verify my identity or provide necessary security questions. As my YouTube subscription is affected, creating a new account isn't a feasible solution. Interestingly, my business Gmail account on the same device remained unaffected. Since both accounts are linked to the same phone number, only the business account is recognized during the login process. I seek guidance on regaining access to my account, specifically through phone number verification, or advice on reaching out to Google support for assistance with this issue that is impacting my subscriptions and finances. My phone, which contained all my important emails across multiple Gmail accounts, was stolen. I had to get a new phone through insurance, paid the deductible, but now I can't access my emails due to two-step verification. The verification codes are being sent to other emails that I can't access, as all my Gmail accounts seem linked. I'm locked out of three accounts which hold my contacts, photos, and important data. Even though I enter the correct passwords, it asks to text a verification code to my phone number, which it doesn't recognize since it's a new device. I feel overwhelmed at every turn, stuck in a frustrating situation, and I just want to scream and cry.

Over the weekend, I misplaced my phone. I have a new one arriving tomorrow, but I'm unsure of my password as Apple usually saves them for me. With numerous password changes, I can't recall any. I attempted a third-party recovery but encountered a cancellation due to being logged in elsewhere. Despite checking the Find My app, my phone appears turned off. I have been attempting to regain access to my previous email account, [redacted] Despite providing various details, I am unable to verify my identity as the recovery emails and phone number linked to the account belong to my former employer. I no longer have access to those. I am willing to provide old passwords and any necessary identification documents like my license, passport, and birth certificate to prove my identity. When attempting to recover my account, the recovery process requests a code to be sent to my phone. I can complete this step successfully, but once I enter the correct code, I am then prompted to enter a code sent to the email address I am trying to recover. This situation could be a technical error or my account being logged in on another device, possibly my previous iPhone with a broken screen. Unfortunately, there is no option to confirm the login from that device. It seems illogical to require a verification code from the address being recovered without granting access. Dear Support, I recently discovered that my account was compromised, subsequently leading to unauthorized access to various other accounts and passwords, resulting in a substantial financial loss on Coinbase Pro. Additionally, emails related to cryptocurrency and banking matters were deleted without my knowledge. It appears the hacker established filters to automatically delete correspondence from these sources. While I am actively collaborating with Coinbase and my financial institutions to recover the stolen funds, I urgently require access to these deleted emails. Regrettably, I was not in control of my account during this incident, preventing me from retrieving the crucial information. Although I received initial notifications on my phone, the emails had already been eradicated by the time I checked my inbox. I have since changed all my passwords associated with my Google account. Some keywords or references that may aid in the recovery process include: Voyager, Coinbase, Kucoin, Wells Fargo, and Bittrex. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Hello, I'm requesting assistance with Google Mail. I unintentionally used the wrong email address, [redacted], instead of my correct [redacted] when booking a flight with Eurowings from Düsseldorf, Germany to Erbil, Iraq on January 23, [redacted]. The flight ticket has been sent to the incorrect email, and Eurowings has not been very helpful, so I'm reaching out for support. My partner, Barry A., has Advanced Alzheimer's Disease, and I urgently need to access his Gmail account. The Co-op Bank sends a 6-digit code to his email for me to log in and view his bank information. This is crucial for me to apply to become his legal Deputy through the Court of Protection as I require recent financial details and proofs. Hello, I have an email address, [redacted], which I have been using for a long time. It used to be connected to my phone, and I'm currently trying to access an old Instagram account linked to this email. I have attempted to receive a confirmation code without success. When I tried to log in via my computer, it stated 'Couldn't find your Google Account.' Strangely, when I attempted to create a new account with the same username, it mentioned that 'This username is already in use.' For the past 8 to 12 months, I have been experiencing multiple instances of my devices being compromised, including my phones and some of my Gmail accounts. I have informed individuals who contact me through Gmail about the security breach. Currently, I am unable to access the following accounts and would like them to be locked for now (with a future request for deletion after my investigations are complete): 1. [redacted] 2. Please assist me; my account was hacked three months ago and I still haven't been able to recover it. The hacked email is [redacted] I need to report the account since I can't access it. My name is being used to scam others, and the hacker used my email to connect somewhere else. I hope the Google team can understand my situation. I don't want my name associated with someone else's actions. The gmail [redacted] is important to me, but I can't recover it because the hacker changed the recovery information. Someone informed me that the hacked account was being used for scams. The hacker even reset my phone after the breach. Please deactivate that account; I am sincerely asking for your help. Please prevent them from gaining access to my account and refrain from disabling two-step verification. I am unfamiliar with [redacted] (no dot). I have utilized the email account [redacted] sparingly for archiving important emails from my current accounts [redacted] and [redacted] After a period of non-use, I attempted to log back in this morning and discovered that my original password was no longer valid. Despite several attempts, I could not regain access. I am experiencing difficulties receiving verification codes on my email. I have attempted to receive verification codes from various websites such as Amazon, eBay, Google, YouTube, and more. Despite checking my spam, junk, and deleted folders, as well as my inbox, I am unable to locate the emails. While I do receive one-tap verifications from Google, I suspect the issue may lie with my email address since I can receive verification codes on my other Gmail accounts. Is there a solution to help me receive these emails? Perhaps a hard reset or another intervention to my account could resolve this issue. I regularly receive other emails on this account without any problems. The email address not receiving verification codes is "[redacted]"

Hello, I'm Indap Pun Magar. I'm facing an issue with my Gmail account ([redacted]) as it was disabled due to suspicious activity. I've been locked out of it for almost a month now.
