Hello, I'm Vincent from Thrissur, Kerala. I purchased a POCO M4 5G mobile from Flipkart through Mr. Joshy on May 5, [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon using it, I encountered two issues: poor Wi-Fi signal response and disturbances during voice calls. As an Accountant working in a Jewellery concern, many staff members noticed the same issues and Mr. Joshy raised a complaint on my behalf on the fourth day. Despite service visits confirming no problem, my mobile remains unusable due to these issues. A visit to a Mi service center verified a network problem. Given it's only been ten days since purchase, I prefer a refund or replacement. Please address this promptly. I've been a loyal customer of Flipkart for over nine years. I recently purchased a Steelbird S1R2K helmet on May 14, [redacted], and it was delivered on May 23, [redacted], after 10 days. However, upon receiving the product, I noticed that the paddings inside were duplicates. When I requested a replacement, I was informed it would take an additional 11 days, which seems too long considering the initial wait. Waiting another 11 days for a replacement would bring the total to 21 days, almost a month in total. I urgently need a new replacement within 5 days to avoid any safety risks due to the duplicate product. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and the delay. As a loyal Flipkart customer, I am reaching out about my recent order experience. On 25th April, I received a damaged Apple iPad Air (Order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0). I promptly requested a replacement, providing images of the damaged product and my ID for verification. The replacement was approved by the Seller: HydtelRETAILSsales, however, Ekart Logistics (Delivery Executive: FMPP[redacted]) has not picked up or replaced the item as promised on multiple dates, including 18th and 25th of May. My Pickup/Replacement ID: FMPR[redacted] is also untraceable. Despite no delivery attempts or updates, my product remains unreplaced. I am disappointed by the lack of communication from the customer care team and the vendor partner. With three failed delivery attempts, I urge for a swift resolution before escalating the matter further.

Despite technician visits, the replacement motherboards provided have not fixed the problem. During the latest visit with Mr. A., I requested a product replacement due to the ongoing frustration. He advised contacting customer care to request a solution. In Mr. A.'s presence, I called customer care and connected him to assist in explaining the situation. Although efforts were made to escalate the issue to Mr. S., he declined to send an email. After further discussions with customer care and Mr. A., a promise was made to receive a resolution via email, which hasn't happened yet. Subsequently, an unauthorized transaction of Rs 12,[redacted] took place at 6:39 PM for a mobile purchase through my Flipkart Paylater. I urgently require the following actions to safeguard my compromised account: 1. Immediate closure of Flipkart Paylater with cancellation of the Rs 12,[redacted] transaction. 2. Prompt deletion of all card information stored on my account. 3. Reset of my Flipkart account credentials. 4. Halting any transactions post 5:30 PM on May 26, [redacted]. 5. I am here to address my recent experience with a purchase I made on your website. I bought an Asics product that turned out to be substandard. After lodging a complaint, my refund was processed by Asics' customer service. When I returned the item, instead of asking if the refund could be credited to my Wallet, your branch informed me that they would be doing so. This action forces me to use your services again against my will, disregarding my customer rights. As an army cadet who relies solely on my own savings without familial support, the money I paid for the shoes, which were ruined after 3 days of use, holds significance. Despite repeated attempts to express my dissatisfaction, I am met with excuses from your customer service representatives. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M30s from 2gud Flipkart, but I was sent an Honor 8C Smartphone instead. I requested a return, but the local E-kart logistics agent declined to pick it up on June 6 without checking the product. After contacting Flipkart customer support, a return request was raised. On June 8, an Ekart executive came to collect the item but rejected it, citing "Missing Contents" and stating they require the original Samsung Galaxy M30s. I need assistance with resolving this matter.

I purchased a UPS Microtek online from Flipkart. The item was delivered on June 2nd, which was defective. I requested a replacement the same day. However, the replacement has not been processed, and no technician has visited. Today, in our account, the issue shows as resolved return rejected. I have complained to customer care on June 8th and 9th continuously. Only getting reassurances. Our account shows the issue resolved, even though it hasn't been resolved. Please arrange for UPS return.

I have had an awful experience with Flipkart, leading me to decide to boycott their services entirely. I have been contacting customer care daily for the past 5-6 days regarding my issue, but unfortunately, no resolution has been found yet. I placed two orders with the following order IDs: OD[redacted][redacted]0 and OD[redacted][redacted]0. However, both times I received the wrong products - a RATTLE TOY in a box with no product or bill included. Despite raising requests for return and replacement, I received incorrect items again - a toy in one box and 3 N-95 masks in the other. I have tried scheduling the return for both items three times, but they have not been picked up by the delivery personnel, who have been unprofessional and rude, rejecting pickups and cutting calls abruptly. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of accountability from Flipkart.

Dear Sir, I purchased the Mi 11i mobile from Flipkart on May 15, [redacted], with Order ID OD [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues with the phone. I purchased an LG AC from Flipkart, with delivery on April 29, [redacted], and installation initially scheduled for May 3, [redacted], but was done on May 8, [redacted]. I was very unsatisfied with the service due to the delay. Within a month of installation, the LG AC stopped working, showing Error Code "CH 38," indicating low gas. After searching online for the error, I learned about the issue and filed a complaint on June 8, [redacted]. Flipkart promised a resolution by June 15, [redacted], but as of today, June 16, [redacted], I have not received any response. This delay is unfair. I suspect the gas leak might be related to the installation; the installer did not check for leaks. Please resolve this issue promptly.

Hi Flipkart Team, I would like to share my recent experience with your delivery associate. The individual was quite rude and unfamiliar with Flipkart's policies. Unfortunately, the replacement pickup was canceled as the delivery agent did not show up at our location. I have been facing this issue for 15 days now and it's very frustrating. I have encountered challenges with the Flipkart team. Despite repeated assurances that my issue would be resolved, it remains unresolved. Each time a return is approved, the delivery is rejected by the agent. Ekart logistics requires written communication before pickup. Despite multiple approved returns, they are consistently canceled. During a call with a customer service representative, I was transferred to a senior staff member who abruptly disconnected the call without further assistance. It seems challenging to find the necessary help to resolve my issue. I am contemplating reaching out to Flipkart's owner, Walmart, to escalate my concern via email for a potential resolution.

I placed an order for the realme AirBuds Pro with the order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 on May 14th. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was a different brand, used, missing the charging cable, warranty card, and the product seal was broken. I contacted the customer support team to explain the issues, and they opened a complaint. Despite the status showing as resolved, my problem remains unresolved after 48 days.
