My order (OD[redacted][redacted]0) was delivered to me on February 20th. However, I received a different brand product. I promptly requested a refund, but it has been pending for two days. The seller rejected my request twice. After contacting customer care, they advised me to opt for a replacement. The scheduled product pickup on March 3rd was unsuccessful as the delivery executive cited not being updated on picking up different brand products. Despite rescheduling the pickup for March 8th, the delivery executive again refused for the same reason. Following multiple attempts, customer care apologized, initiated a refund request, and assured me it would be processed by March 12th. Strangely, on March 11th, my account was blocked, and I am now unable to log in. I am eagerly awaiting my refund to be credited to my bank account.

I purchased a GREEN KIVVI Electric Vegetable Chopper with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. I requested a return within the specified timeframe. Despite contacting customer care to address the delay in the pickup, no action was taken by Filpkart. After being given another pickup date, no one came to collect the item. Subsequent follow-ups only resulted in promises of callback without any resolution. Although Flipkart claims the issue is resolved, it remains unresolved on my end. This unprofessional behavior is disappointing. If the matter is not rectified within a week, I will escalate this to the consumer forum. Urgent intervention is requested. Thank you. - RD

I purchased 3 handbags but received only 1 while being charged for all 3. My refund request was denied by the seller, resulting in my Flipkart account being blocked. Upon contacting customer support, I was informed it was due to multiple return requests. After an inquiry, they promised to unblock my account by March 19, [redacted]. Despite following up on the given date, my account remained blocked. Subsequent promises were made, extending the resolution date to March 22, then finally to March 24. Concerned about exceeding the return policy deadline due to their delays, I escalated the issue to the grievance officer but have yet to receive a response. I have also shared a video of opening the parcel as evidence with the officer via email.

I ordered four 2Mech multi-purpose storage double layer wall mounted organizers from Flipkart on February 22, [redacted]. It's been over a month, and three items are still undelivered. Flipkart cancelled the order but hasn't issued the refund yet. I've contacted Flipkart customer care numerous times over the phone and via chat without success. It's frustrating to be promised resolution each time, only to find the issue marked as "resolved" on the website without any actual progress. All I want now is a prompt refund of the amount.

I am a fan of HRX products and have recently encountered a disappointing experience. I bought two HRX shorts from Myntra: 1. HRX by Hrithik Roshan Men Black Solid Regular Fit Sports Shorts, Size: 32 - Order: HBHRSHOR[redacted]3 2. HRX by Hrithik Roshan Men Black Solid Regular Fit Sports Shorts, Size: 32 - Order: HBHRSHOR[redacted]9 One of the shorts quickly became damaged after just a couple of wears. The stitching came undone, and the grey strip on the right side started to unravel. I was taken aback by this low quality, especially from HRX. I have attached images for your review. I hope for an exchange or refund for the defective product. I have tried reaching out to HRX via Twitter with no response and struggled to find their customer support. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently purchased a Fire Boltt watch from Flipkart for the first time. Unfortunately, the watch's button is defective. I requested a replacement, but the new one has connectivity issues with Bluetooth and shows a low battery message when the battery is below 15%. There seems to be a discrepancy in the blood pressure and heart rate readings as well. I have tried reaching out to Flipkart's executives about 14-15 times, but each time the call gets disconnected while I am explaining the issue. They don't call back, leaving me frustrated. Despite being a regular customer with around Rs. 40,[redacted] worth of purchases each month, their lack of assistance is disappointing. If they cannot resolve the problem, I may have to consider shopping from a different platform.

I ordered a Paul Jordan Men's Solid Casual Grey Shirt but received the wrong brand, Cameron. I tried to return it on 27/3/[redacted], but the pick-up was rejected due to the mismatch. I spoke to customer care on 28/3/[redacted], and they asked me to cancel the return and place a new request citing the brand mismatch. I requested the return cancellation on 28/3/[redacted] through customer care, but it has not been confirmed yet. The status shows as "return cancellation requested" instead of being processed. I need the return cancellation confirmed so I can request the correct brand or a refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with customer care, no progress has been made. The deadline for the return is approaching, and I hope to get this matter resolved soon.

I purchased an Apple AirPods with a 1-year extended warranty on March 12, [redacted], from your website and received it on March 15, [redacted]. The order ID for my product is OD[redacted][redacted]0. Despite the product having a 1-year warranty, when I checked, the warranty is only showing valid until 3/10/[redacted]. The invoice provided to me does not include the serial number, only the IMEI number. I kindly request a revised invoice with the serial number for warranty purposes. We bought a Blue Star 1.5 ton A.C with HSN number [redacted]0 on March 14, [redacted], through order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 from Flipkart. The delivery was made to my address at C 29 Shankarpuri colony, Chinhat near the new High court Lucknow -[redacted] on March 19. After calling Blue Star for installation, we discovered that the box was missing the Connecting wire, Connecting pipes, and Flarenut when the workers opened it. I have contacted your customer service multiple times to report this issue, and each time a new complaint is logged with a promise of resolution within 24 hours. However, to date, the missing items have not been sent, and the A.C remains uninstalled. I kindly request that you address this matter within 24 hours. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action for your negligent business practices and breach of trust.

I would like to report that I, Soumi Mukherjee, residing at 48/34 South Sinthee Road, Kolkata [redacted], recently purchased a 1 ton 3-star Hitachi Split AC through Flipkart. My friend, Mr. Sumit Sana, helped me with the purchase using his Flipkart account. The product was delivered to my residence on 27.3.22 (Friday) and installed by Rimpi Electronics, arranged by Flipkart, the next day. However, on 31.3.22, the AC was not working properly. Upon contacting Hitachi customer care, their technician identified installation issues and a lack of gas in the AC. Unfortunately, Hitachi informed me that they could not resolve the problem as the installation was done by a third party. This situation is critical as my son, who has a 40% burn, and my ailing mother require the AC. Despite efforts to address the issue with Flipkart and submitting required documents, I am facing difficulties as no one seems to take responsibility. I have attached all relevant documents for your reference. I kindly request prompt assistance and hope for a swift resolution. Thank you for your attention.

I have received a message regarding Tracking ID FMPP[redacted] for the boAt Immortal IM1300 B. I previously raised a complaint about the sound quality and lack of noise cancellation in the product. Although I was initially advised to try a replacement, the new item has the same issues. Surprisingly, now both Flipkart customer service and the vendor are refusing a refund, which I find unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect Flipkart to prioritize customer satisfaction over protecting vendors selling subpar products. Today, I received a package from Flipkart that was addressed to me and was cash on delivery. After paying Rs.[redacted], I opened it and found it was not something I had ordered. I contacted Customer Care with order ID OD [redacted][redacted]0, and after verifying, they confirmed it was not my order and had been wrongly delivered. The call got disconnected, and I have been unable to reach Customer Care since then. I kindly request assistance in returning the article and receiving a refund promptly. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I am reaching out to you because I have encountered multiple issues with the Samsung F23 phone I purchased on March 25th. After using it for a few days, I noticed problems such as the notification light not working, screen not opening, heating problems, fingerprint sensor malfunction, and network issues. I requested a replacement on March 30th, and a technician came to my house on April 4th (earlier than the scheduled date of April 6th). Despite his efforts, the issues persisted. When I tried to request another replacement, I was told it was past the replacement window. After contacting customer service, I was promised a resolution within 4 hours, but it has been over 17 hours with no progress. I have several complaints regarding order OD[redacted][redacted]: 1. Some items were delivered without their corresponding invoices. 2. The option to request invoices is not available on the 'My Orders' webpage. 3. I have not received any email invoices within 24 hours of delivery despite contacting customer service. I have raised these concerns multiple times since May [redacted], followed by complaints in Nov [redacted], Dec [redacted], and most recently on 4 May [redacted]. Each time I contact customer care (SF VY LP PO SI MK KD), I receive generic responses that do not address my specific issues. The customer service team consistently advises me to obtain the invoices from the website, but the option is not available. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the problem, I only receive robotic responses. Moreover, when I raise challenging concerns, the agents either ignore or dismiss them. Even after publicly expressing my frustration, the responses remain unhelpful. It seems like the agents are either not comprehending my concerns regarding delivery and invoices or intentionally avoiding them. I urge for these critical issues to be addressed promptly.

I recently bought a new LED Nokia TV from Flipkart on 26 March [redacted] with order number (OD[redacted][redacted]0). The installation took place on 4 April, but on the same day, the screen became blurry and unclear. I requested a return, and a technician confirmed it was a faulty product and took it back for replacement. However, later I was informed that the replacement was rejected.
